THIS LINK OF ALTER GOLD http://www.ecommerce-journal.com/articles/altergold_is_a_scammer_of_the_epoch_or_it_s_a_new_fraud_machine garyghouri, I would suggest not take this too seriously, unless you are into "sensational tabloid stories" and "gossip columns" of all sorts, in general. I read ECJ sometimes too, but it is obvious that they tend to grossly exaggerate some of the facts, or even add some that are hardly related. It's the nature and a manner of this and other publications: to present some extreme controversial views to stir up the conversation, to attract readers, but yes, it is still "fun" to read articles and replies. |

wuto,
Just wanted to mention that while many administrators and program representatives are indeed using HYIP.COM to communicate with users, some of them do NOT. Perhaps, with an inquiry like yours, it is better to contact bahrain-capital directly. |

hello,
This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently: contact@bahrain-capital.com Technical details of permanent failure: .......... contact@bahrain-capital.com not exist????!!!!
YESHUA,
This program operates from the .BIZ domain, not .COM and there was an update about this from them. In general, I would recommend to click through HYIP.COM to any of the listed websites, because we are usually on top of changes like this even if administration will not publish the news in HYIP.COM news section. Importantly, we also verify if the domain change request is authentic, which is important as there were cases of phishing websites appearance before.

Scam Alert !!! No need to wait and see, this is clear shot SCAMMER. Who else "would come up" with something like this: No payouts, they are just collecting money until some "scammy units" are all sold out. Unbelievable, just try to estimate the amount they are interested in collecting (price per scam unit, times their number), prior to starting payouts. Yeah, Right on.
DO NOT PUT ANY MONEY TO PROLEXBIZ.COM !!! |

Don't bother waiting please.
Scam Alert !!! Very long shot SCAM. Just think about their idiotic approach: Sitting there, doing nothing for months, just collecting money until some phony units are all "sold out"..., then what? Try to calculate the amount, which they want to collect prior to starting paying anything. What a cr*p.
Stay away please. |

looks like Alex is cleaning up some of these forums. Thank you! Yes, quite a few actually in this thread. AMISTAFUND Administration contacted HYIP.COM mentioning that program has been subjected to extortion, which I now see myself and am confirming to be the case.
hunter, It looks like goldpoll might be a bit behind checking fake posts on the site. As you can see, there is also some very inappropriate language there, which I don't think would have been tolerated on the site if checked.
Something like this is happening often with popular programs, which are a magnet for various extortion criminals. |

I would like to reply here and issue a serious WARNING to investors and stay away from this site. Report this scam whenever possible!!!
By all indications, this site is run by a very "sophisticated scammer", WITH ADVANCED WORDING SKILLS !!!. "Program" updates containing FAKE STATEMENTS seem to never stop coming into email boxes of unsuspecting users!!!
This site had troubles from the start and never recovered. It is for that reason, that there are NO any of credible 3rd party "performance monitoring" links on this website.
Most recently, the administrator have contacted HYIP.COM with an attempt to restore the "paying" status. ...Well, as some of our users may know, we've already had BAD experience with the "restoration" of not monitored for long time listings, in the past. For that reason, administrator was offered to remit listing restoration fee, which could have ensure, that in case if there would be "not paid" reports, such users could have been compensated from such "listing restoration fee". Administrator refused outright, which is yet another indication of SCAM.
It is in everybody's "interest" to stay away from "fx-interest" !!!
P.S. Please see the date of my above warning post, regarding fake updates (it was on May 26th !!!) |

I just cant see eb surviving this unless there is some tranfer in management. If they come back i just see everyone trying to withdraw their money since i think a lot people would have lost faith in them at this point.
Just an opinion: The withdrawals should not be impossible if numbers on the accounts indeed correspond to either funds in the bank, or to the actual gold and silver, which e-bullion holds. The big problem, is per earlier posted information (wich apparently is true, since the site is off) that Fayed is the only person within the company, who was getting the business going on a daily basis. Also, what seems to be keeping Mr. Fayed in jail is ONLY the fact that he is the suspect of his former wife murder. Otherwise, just like it was for e-gold, the "unlicensed money transmitting operations" charges could have been (should have been) handled without him being in custody. |

http://www.thestandard.com/news/2008/08/18/briefly-fayed-pleads-not-guilty-e-bullion-case
Quote: "e-Bullion co-owner James Fayed has pled not guilty to a federal charge of operating an unlicensed money transmitting business, according to the CBS affiliate in Los Angeles. Fayed was ordered to return to court on September 15 for a status conference.
However, Fayed was not released from detention, as authorities claim he is a flight risk. In addition to the federal charge, he is also considered a suspect in the July 28 murder of his wife and former business partner, Pamela Fayed.
The federal trial is scheduled to begin on September 30. " Unquote

Hey guys, This is NO BIG MYSTERY - your email is accessible right here on HYIP.com and many other forums you have signed up to use! If your email is posted, all of us will receive spams for other programs!! Just trash them!
I would strongly recommend to use some disposable email addresses for sign ups to HYIPs and various forums. These lowlife spammers are like bugs, crawling all over the internet harvesting emails wherever they can.
I should also point out that on HYIP.COM, users have the option to show, or not show their email address in their profile.

akashefi12 :
Hello all, I am very new to HYIP and I have been seeing a lot of payment proofs from members of the HYIP community, most of which look something like this :
date : 10-10-08 batch : 123455 AMOUNT : $13.50?????
I think I am confused on what that really means...Is this the average made on each day throughout your investment? Or, is this the grand total profit made from on an investment or what? I ask because while 13.50 could benefit me, I am looking to make more like $1350.00! Any information on this would be greatly appreciated...
akashefi12, you are probably asking about this specific format of posts. This is basically the same thing as to post "I got paid $13.50 by the x program". It is just a matter of formating..., just poster's decision. Also, like nycv mentioned, the actual payout is different for everybody, depending on which program made this payment. For instance, it could be the total yield on investment of $10 into the program that offers 135 % return on investment after x days. Or, it could be one of daily payouts, if that's the plan offered by a program. For instance, the $13.50 could be a payout for today, from the program that offers 1% of total investment, paid daily (in this example, the original investment would have been $1350).
Users are also often post payment's batch number, which makes such payment report more realistic. Every single transaction within any payment processing system, such as LibertyReserve, AlterGold et.c., has unique number (the batch number). Actually, posting the batch number alone with payment time in report, not only makes it "look" realistic, but it can be checked by those, who had transactions at about the same time, within the same payment processor. Thus, the batch number must be close in value if real.
You see, these batches are in all known processors not some random numbers, but sequential. It means that everyone can estimate how many transactions are happening in any given payment processor system per given amount of time.
Here is an example on batches for LibertyReserve and transactions rate estimate from real account (these are real LR batch numbers): 1. 11.08.2008 09:52:46 - this transaction on the account had batch number 4507848 2. 11.08.2008 08:26:53 - this transaction on the account had batch number 4506252
As you can see, for the time period of about 1.5 hours, LibertyReserve processed roughly 1600 transactions within it's system.
By the way, one could also try to estimate how much money LR makes based on their fees (1% for receiving money): If the average single transaction amount in the above example's time period was at least $100 and such transaction rate (about 1000 per hour) is close to an average value, then LR makes approximately $1000 per hour in transaction fees. :o) ... think also, how much LR is loosing when their site is offline for several days...
... think also how much PayPal makes with their up to 4% + fees and no upper limit of fee amount (LR, will not take more than 2.99 per transaction, regardless of the amount transferred)...!!! |

This must be just some temporary issues and I am absolutely positive that yours will get resolved. You may have gotten used to companies with thousands of (often useless, but fast replying) phone operators, classy looking headquarters buildings and company management personnel driving Jaguars, but here, things are different. This system IS working, provides good quality payment processing services and it does it all with very low fees. Once your account will get setup, everything will work smoothly. |

Hello Alex, I note that Alcohold is just listed as "problem"! Are the monitors still being paid and if so this may be a sign they will be back! If not, this needs to go to "not paying", right?
We didn't receive any payouts for a while now. "Problem" instead of "Not Paying" status was in expectation that some explanations of the situation will come from management, which did not happen. So, yes, "silence" + no payouts, that's a "Not Paying" at this point.

It looks like the script here is set to make automatic withdrawals, so whenever there are (even slight) network problems, the withdrawal will not go through. Well glo, I'm also dissappointed. But I don't think this helps. The monitors state paying when they're paid, that's the nature of it even if investors are not paid. But perhaps Alex is busy on other issues. Just a guess. The paying simply states the HYIP is paying the monitor. It is up to us to determine it.
We have larger withdrawal amounts pending for a while too. For the past few weeks, while all rating stars were removed, we were keeping "paying" status in hope that program resumes payouts to at least some users. This did not happen, therefore this listing goes to "trash" now. |

Per small payouts on our accounts and external resources reports, some payouts ARE happening, for that reason the status is kept. We do have larger withdrawal requests pending too, but what good will the status change do to those who posted problem here? No word from administration either.

papalodell :
Greetings all, I see that this site has been moved to the #1 spot on list. What is up with this as the return on investment doesn't warrent the placement. Papalodell
Thanks for your note papalodell, it is actually very much appreciated, as answering to it, gives us another chance to give an idea about what we feel is a very unique to HYIP.COM rating system. I should mention that it applies to all programs across the board, not only to TradeLite.
The return on investment is by far not the only criteria in our ratings. The same is true for monitored time (see the list, see for yourself).
Rather strong criteria is the site/program popularity, which we measure in THREE distinct ways. First, is purely technical (HYIP.COM buttons are also the traffic counters that check the number of visitors to any given site). Second, is number of referrals that any given program gets (we can see that some programs get more sign ups than others) . Third, is the amount of money users invest (our referral commissions are in direct proportion to the amount invested). ALL three of these parameters are statistically significant, therefore valid.
In other words, all we do when rating, is we are following the "pattern" our users create. If we see stronger sign up rate, we rate program higher, the same happens with invested money. As time goes by, the "picture" becomes more and more clear for each listed program and adjustments (both up and down) are made through the time as well.
I should also add (again) that HYIP.COM may rank programs that order advertisement packages somewhat higher. We feel that continuous advertisement orders by any given program, may very well be considered as solid criteria for selection of financially sound programs. In other words, to compare with the opposite, if program administrator feels that spending some $30 a month for listing on HYIP.COM is too much of a spend, while stating on the site about $ millions in investment volumes, it does not sounds logical at all, to say the least. Also, advertisement orders help (a lot) to maintain HYIP.COM's position among the top few leaders of Investment Programs advertisement platforms. With nearly 18 thousand user base and constantly growing hosting costs (web server upgrades, DDoS protection, script maintanance, et.c.) our own expenses are very high...
I.P.S (Important Post Scriptum (c)) PLEASE, accept as the FACT that HYIP investing involves very high risk of loss. This is NOT a formal disclaimer, but real WARNING. |

Alex why was this site not on for the period you stated above? I am just curious to know. We've been contacted by the administration asking to reinstate the listing. On our inquiry regarding old payout obligations (see this thread's reports) the reply was that those will be taken care of, which apparently did not happened as far as I can see now, thus the current status ("Not Paying") until the issues are resolved (if that's what administration will be willing to do).
I'm also making the status more "visible" for better awareness by placing the listing higher on the list. |

Very exciting news everyone. Management of Stoic-Capital has agreed to hold conditional comprehensive interview session with HYIP.COM. Proof, Earlier this morning I had posted calling imonet a scam and stating a lose of $3200.00. Also questioned why HYIP.com was still showing it as paying and asked why Alex hadn't responded. After my post there were a couple post along the same theme. When checking forum several hours later saw that they had been removed. Creepy Uh? Papalodell Sorry papalodell, There was a "bombardment" of this thread with fake negative posts. I may have "overcleaned" a bit, my apologies. The opinion on the status of iMonet is very mixed. dest, The info is on the site, right here and as you can see, there is a lot more to come within about a week. Program seems stable and paying. |
05:32, 01.07.2008

I received a reply from administration with the note saying that program is fully operational, but they need to sort things out after recent downtime. During most recent downtime, the site was available in some parts of the world while in some it was not. For this reason, accounts data (deposits, withdrawals and account balance requests in both directions) needs to get some sorting through.
Please give them a few days before posting the "HYIP.COM trouble tickets" (if you know what I mean...) Angel-Capital is reported as paying on other monitoring resources, which suggests there is general understanding and acceptance of the situation.
This program is on the "radar" for almost a year now. It did have difficult times in the past and not once, but so far, it always recovered. The same thing is expected now .
P.S. Please do not invest your kid's breakfast money. I'm dead serious. |

Hi smolzen, proof here, Alex will have to continue to deal with your problem but send me an email and i will give a few plans that are paying as long as you are prepared to take the risk. see email jjdave8@gmail.com
I did indeed, however, I don't have much info to point to, as well as no way to check the validity of the "claim", which I do have strong doubts about. Like I said, I personally tested site's "account access" restoration function, it all worked. Also, as everyone can see per reports here, those who (indeed) had tech difficulties, had them solved.

Hey guys,
I'd appreciate it if someone could clarify this for me. What does the comodo certificate really imply? Does it mean that they have actually verified that Stoic is a legal company and have people working for them or something like that.....
This was sufficiently answered, however, what I would like to suggest everyone to do, is in a sense to try and be more proactive together.
I am now asking everyone to post questions, for which you would like to have specific answers, directly from STOIC administration. If and when sufficient amount of questions is posted, we will compile the list and try to request an INTERVIEW from Stoic Chairman, or any other company executive, entitled to provide such an interview.
You should also consider this to be as the "Due Diligence" type of initiative, which (if met enthusiastically by HYIP.COM community) we may expand into other programs as well, in addition to other forms of mediation and problem solving we have already been accomplishing here on HYIP.COM.
Don't hesitate to post overlapping questions, because for us, it will be an indicator for inclusion into final "questionable".
PLEASE, forget about the term "stupid question". When it comes to YOUR money, this term should NOT exist for you!!! SO, POST ANYTHING YOU FEEL YOU NEED AN ANSWER FOR.
I would deeply appreciate your posts and comments regarding this initiative in general.

Deutschland_Hyip :
Are they are a good investment? The posts are quiet good. But as I am new here i dont know what means that they are accept new members now. What was before? They were offline? Or why people could not join them some time? Deutschland_Hyip, They were always online, but quite awhile ago, after initial opening for deposits, this program was closed for new ones. Now, per their update they will be accepting new investments again. For how long, I don't know and they don't say. My best guess, is that they will have some maximum cap allowed for new deposits, after that, they will probably stop accepting them again.
I wouldn't say, this thread is quiet, unless you got used to "junk forums" and comparing to them (didn't mean to critique anyone...)

garyghouri, I simply don't believe the "8weeks" post and not sure if there will be follow up about the second one, as user most likely solved the issue. My feeling is that there is NO issue, but simply security feature on the site, that is not handled properly on user's end.
I just tested what have been said about account access lock myself. I made our own account locked by entering wrong password several times and went through procedure to restore the access and it worked fine. There was security question prompt, there was email with account activation link, and there was new password received. All worked automatically. The only possible problem I can envision here, is that user's ISP may either place those emails to "trash/bulk" folders, or block it altogether, due to mistakes in their blocking software. To avoid email problems, just add support's email to your list of contacts. Any decent spam filtering system, will first check user's list of addresses, before applying any other filtering.
P.S. No problems accessing the site here either. The only thing that not always loads AFTER login, is the "referral area" page, but that's really minor thing. |

That LibertyReserve deposits are often not showing up on the accounts of users, seems to be an often seen general problem, which most likely caused by the LR site rather than merchants's. Some sites are even posting notes that LR deposits may not show up and that users should submit tickets if that happens.
On padlocks and ssl questions, well, I am not an absolute expert on these, but I can say that as long as user's computer is not compromised by some malware, the data sent between computer and website is secure enough even without the SSL in most cases. The data sent and received, is a bunch of digits (while in transit), which user's browsers and website scripts decode to read and code to send. Now, the addition of extra encryption (the ssl), simply put, is the same process of coding and decoding, but there is some extra "braking" of the data going on, which "breakes" it into more complex "digital strings".
My take on the DDos - SSL and their "on and off" issues: During DDoS attack, because it takes a lot more time to "read" ssl encrypted data (there is a lot more of it to decode), it will take a lot more time for DDoS protection systems to separate valid traffic on the site from that of the attacker (to be denied the access of). This is why, some websites may turn the ssl encryption off, or even not use it on the first place. |

Thanks Alex, this is good advise. Should we be also concern about the blackmailers ? as I am not too clear on they work their evil web? For the end users there is nothing to be concerned about. The worse that could happen is that your email might be getting spam, which is pretty much a common thing these days. To minimize this issue, I would recommend using temporary email for signing up with HYIPs and if it starts getting way too much spam, just drop it, get new one. As for program administrators, as far as I know, they do get various threats from various extortionists and they deal with that. An example of threat, is fake negative voting and negativity posting, which are NOT the issue at least on HYIP.COM. I believe, together with our users, we usually have a very good "handle" on real state of affairs for each "Monitored" program.

The most important thing to prevent hacking is to not use the same passwords on different sites and emails. Also, check regularly your computer with anti-virus and anti-spyware programs. Yes, I did see the link to another site, allright... But, as much as I do too admire your creativity promoting it, it does not really qualify to be posted in this thread or in this section of the forum in general (...it is way too "googly" and you already quoted everything that is relevant). Be my guest in the Advertisement section (...but no thread "bumping" please) and/or pretty much any relevant website can be also added to HYIP.COM catalog. Just click on "Add Your Website" button on the main page and "Wow"... you'll get the real "Link".., not just an "Entertainment".

Welcome back lordxan, There are no issues with the S word here. The SCAM ...oops, here it goes...., is in fact one of the keywords, so to speak. It is also one of the risks criteria that we want users to keep in mind, when investing AND that applies not only to HYIPs.
The subject of discussion here is that our dearest user wowlink tries to make the "S word" type of conclusions, based on similarities found in hosting providers and/or company registration records. These conclusions are premature and I still disagree with their overall validity.
Here is why: Whenever the company is registering itself in any given offshore jurisdiction like Panama (...we are not discussing here why is this done, but there is a number of legitimate reasons for such registrations...), it is assigned some physical address and often the representing physical office. When two independent companies will have their registrations processed by the same registrant (of which there are NOT many, per jurisdiction, if not a single one...), chances are, their addresses and assigned representing offices might end up in the same business district, or even the same building. This DOES NOT make these two companies related, right?.
Consider another example: you've got small business, you walk into some post office in your area and purchase a mailbox for your small business, for privacy protection reasons. If there happened to be another small business owner in your area, chances are, (s)he has the mailbox in that same post office too. This means that addresses of your and your "neighbor's" businesses might differ by a mere couple of digits in it. Imagine now that your "neighbor" somehow screwed up his business and one of his pi***d off customers, hypothetically named "WahaLink" starts an "investigation", then starts posting on message boards that YOUR business has practically the same address, therefore it must be a "screw-upper" too... How would you feel? |

TINAhyip :
XXXXXX has gone and the have started a new project , MODERATED.... They have the same IP address, the same SSL certificate and the same block DDOS company. We need to open our eyes the earlier the better before some people become victims. TINAhyip. Your conclusions (moderated out) were incorrect. I've explained on a few (by now) occasions, that hosting service providers are doing just that, providing hosting services to whoever orders it, therefore, they are NOT associated with hosted by them company. About IPs: Each hosting provider has defined set of IP addresses, which they assign to their clients and which they obviously may "recycle". So, chances are that if one website moves to a different host, it's IP becomes available and will most definitely be sooner or later assigned to another client (another website). SSL certificates cannot possibly be the same as for any two different sites (different domain names), because each certificate is issued for a given domain name. But, again, what CAN be the same here, is the company, which issued the certificate. There is only a handful of hosting companies around here that provide DDoS protection. HYIPs get DDoS often, this is why you see "overlap" here. |

rumyn, Even when programs don't offer automatic compounding option, you can do so manually in most. Your current earnings are appearing as "account balance" and you can use that as a source for new deposit. The effect is practically the same. Also, such manual compounding is more flexible in a sense that you can always decide which portion of earned money to redeposit and which to withdraw.
P.S. Investing in High Yield Investment Programs (HYIPs), involves proportionally high risk of loosing. Please, do not invest more than you can EASILY afford to loose. This is NOT a formal disclaimer, but warning |
07:32, 29.05.2008
|
It supposed to be that way in this program (and in many others). Principal is included into daily payouts, unless stated otherwise. |
18:36, 27.05.2008
|
Will try to be as neutral here as possible. We have just received payout from Afteraweek, so this is a "Paying" program on our list. Our payout was in e-gold and LR seems to be still having glitches, so let's hold on here.
About linvestment.net, the payout plans overlap on many sites. Chances are, if program would use whole percent value (or some easy "rounded") for daily earnings and ties the total investment term in days to weeks and months, there will be not that many combinations, thus overlap between different programs. In longer term programs typical percentages are 1.0, 1.1, 1.2,....2.8 et.c. Some of the longer plan terms in days: 30 days (month), 70 days (10 weeks), 90 days (3 months)..., 180 days (6 months, or half a year). You got the point. About text on the site, I absolutely agree on that the site is much better off, having the text if not totally unique, but at least minimally "customized". However, as an example, I would refer you to the text, which I'm sure you've seen and not just once: "...Our program is intended for people willing to achieve their financial freedom but unable to do so because they're not financial experts..." Seen it? :o) Well, this "issue" has been somewhat discussed here on the forum and that is the "template" issue. Template texts and pictures, may come with the script, with the design, with clip art with whatever widjets... I guess, admins may often not even know that they got some "templating" on the site going on. Moreover, things like that are often a subject of various infringement cases. Some of them are for real (website owners are trying to capitalize on recognized names and trademarks), while some of them are just an extra source of revenue for the trademark/name owner, who is "riding the system" and is most often (simply put) an ass***e.
Of note, the linvestment.net is about to get listed under "Monitored" status on HYIP.COM, so it is up to you all to decide on how much the "templating" thing is of an "issue". |

Hello, If you received emails that appear as sent from HYIP.COM, those are not from us, but are a result of "E-mail address spoofing". E-mail spoofing is a term used to describe fraudulent email activity in which the sender address and other parts of the email header are altered to appear as though the email originated from a different source. E-mail spoofing is a technique commonly used for spam e-mail and phishing to hide the real origin of an e-mail message.
Please feel free to report these emails to spamcop.net and include email headers (headers will show spammer's real location on the Internet)
The fact is, HYIP.COM did not send any emails to it's subscribed users for (at least) half a year.
P.S. Please post if you would like to have the email associated with your current HYIP.COM account removed. |

Added: You know what, if, you'd like, please cc email to biz AT hyip.com and ask them to cc their reply to me as well. This is just so I could stay informed better.

proof, Spam emails (usually) do not come from "promoted" in them site owners, but from those, who spam in hope of gaining referral commissions. Often, in attempt to mimic some extra credibility, these "ref whores" would try to spoof known in the field domains, which is exactly what just recently happened to hyip.com and I reported it. While you did not post headers of that email, I'm pretty sure it was NOT sent by the owner of hyipS.com domain, which means that it is also spoofing email.
As to reporting spam, in general, one can post spam emails in "Community Caffe" section of this forum.

Dear glo,
Please read carefully. On your behalf, I now explicitly demanded administration of Malinofinance to provide definitive response to your inquiries and reported issues all together. I also requested them to attend to these issues, by no later then within the next 24 hours.
P.S. Does your e-gold account has specific record (and butch number) of that $25 spend to Malino's account? P.P.S. If that "test dollar" is staying on the account upon your login, your computer should be indeed ok (at least now). P.P.P.S. Please read the "top 10" profitability table very carefully and read program details description. Any "quickie" can potentially get into that table (at least temporary) within a matter of few days if they offer "fast paying" plans. With that said, you do have a good point there, which we do have plan to address as soon as possible. The script, which calculates and displays profitability values, will include "other" factors into evaluation... |

About the issue: I've offered possible reason of your problem, which may explain the unique nature of it. Otherwise (if global) something like this, would NOT go unnoticed within the multitude of other monitoring resources, discussion forums and alike. You said that e-gold stated Malino wiped your account. Sorry, I doubt that e-gold would be "pointing fingers" like this. Post e-gold's reply, let's see what exactly do they say. proof,
The contact information you posted, is that of website hosting services provider and not of the website/program owners you mentioned (and actually, of a lot more, that you didn't). Similar to domain registrars, like TUCOWS (in this example), ENOM, GoDaddy and many others, which are shown in whois records of millions of businesses and website owners, various records, reflecting those of hosting providers, are presented there as well.
The reason you may see records of some hosting companies (like blacklotus.net) more often in whois records of HYIP websites (then those of other types of businesses), is because such hosting companies offer DDoS protection, and HYIPs are getting DDoS a LOT more often.
The reason you also see blacklotus.net on the "administrative contact" of the domain itself, is because blacklotus.net (via it's subdivision at blccgold.com) is also offering "anonymous" domain registration services. Lastly, Jeffrey Lyon belongs to blacklotus, but NOT to the websites his company hosts.
Hope this "does it"

This type of virus is very difficult to eradicate. Complete re-installation of operating system may be required. But, before doing so, I would recommend testing with small deposit into your e-gold account to see if it disappears upon login. |
21:21, 12.05.2008 Europe Commerce LTD |
glo, Based on what you said happened, this is unlikely to be the fault of the website/program. You need to clean your computer system from viruses ASAP. This type of unauthorized withdrawal to hacker's account with the help of malicious implanted software, has been reported in the past and it is happening RIGHT AFTER you login to your e-gold account. Hacker DOES NOT have and does not need your login info, as withdrawal happens only after you login to your account yourself. Changing login info WILL NOT HELP !!!
If you haven't done cleaning of your system, yet, you can even test it again. Have someone send one dollar (it will be lost !!!) to your e-gold account, then login into it. You will see that dollar "gone with the login" again. |

proof, Site loads fine for me. My best guess, is that your IP may be blacklisted. Blacklisting, in turn, may be a result of your computer being infected with some malware (Trojans, Adware, et.c...)
Here is what I recommend you to do. First of all, use Firefox browser. This THE safest browser there IS. Developed by geeks and "good hackers" for the public to "GET THE INTERNET BACK" (from cheap copycatter Microsoft, whose software products are costing businesses and end users billions lost to theft. Download Firefox here Always clear cookies at the end of the day (can set browser to do it automatically, when browser is closed)
Install, use and then REGULARLY UPDATE free anti-malware packages Spy Bot Search & Destroy and Ad-Aware.
I strongly recommend to purchase, install, regularly run and update, genuine anti-virus program, such as Norton Antivirus. In reality, you don't really need the latest version, because virus definition updates, are the same for all versions. Therefore, you might simply get older versions on ebay.com (from trusted sellers!!!), for a "formal" price.

More importantly, DO NOT CLICK on the link in this and similar emails. The link will lead to the phishing site (...just in case, phishing, is NOT about "dinner". Click hereto learn more about it).
Text-wise this link looks real, but if you right-click on it and see "link properties", you will see that it's actual URL does NOT lead to the main domain of e-gold.com. The main domain is what goes right before the "COM" up to the nearest dot. All other "words" in that URL string, are sub-domains "under" the main domain.
Here is an example of this URL trick (It is safe to click on this one):
http://www.yahoo.com
Here you see the url of Yahoo, but if you click on this link, you will get to Google :o) Also, try the right-click and see the properties. |

Hello again Marsha,
Yes, confirming. The reply you received is genuine!!! There is NO "other" HYIP.COM, ok?
Coiii, is NOT a monitor to begin with and there is NO WAY you couldn't mention the difference about what exactly they (supposedly) offer. Your status is not "Green" (...you know what I mean, right?), based on easy assumption that you are associated with these crooks, thus, corresponding status for your site.
If you were not, you would have learned about them a bit more and once you did, you would NEVER enter into agreement with them.
Brief background:
Coiii.net (used to) offer insurance on investments in HYIPs. In reality, they scammed both, program admins (by collecting fees) AND investors (by not paying per "insurance policy terms" when HYIPs close). The fact of them NOT paying investors is fully confirmed.

thx wowlink for finally ah endorsing di ting... The cool payout stats, ARE presented here on HYIP.COM. Just click on any of the program name from the main page and you will see a page with tabs fully dedicated to any given program. Wowlink, Sorry if you feel offended, but if you did indeed made posts and they were removed, this was most likely due to the fact, that Brics Fund site was loading fine (at a time), there were no other (reliable/verified) reports about problems and because payouts into monitoring account were coming as expected.

Anita, that's great and Yes, I see you among referrals and some of your account related info. I've send an email to administration, asking to take a look at your account. Meanwhile, please try the password recovery feature here: http://www.ffg-traders.biz/forgot_password/ I hope this is just some technical issue. Also, a note to all users (Very Important!!!): PLEASE, always use different user names and passwords, when signing up for various websites and programs (this applies not only to HYIPs)!!!

Anita, what is your id in FFG? Are you a referral of HYIP.COM, do you know? When users are our referrals (...those, who clicked on HYIP.COM program listings prior to signing up), it is A LOT easier for us to check things out for them. |

SCAM WARNING !!! Do not invest !!! This HYIP (bullishventures.com) is also displaying a banner of scammers at coiii.net (the so-called HYIP insurance company), which was previously exposed for not paying it's users (search keyword string is "coiii.net) Beware !!! |

It is VERY strange to see that an advanced payment processor such as LibertyReserve, is still having DDoS problems and it is now being off line for SEVERAL DAYS! This could only mean that LR is using some cheap solutions for their website protection.
The weirdest thing is they actually feel it is ok to post about DDoS problems on their blog. Isn't it a straight up confession about their INABILITY to firmly establish web presence?
Extremely disappointing !!!
Who the ***** is running it??? (Pardon my French) |

Hello womanofsubstance,
I agree with your reasoning and suggestions fully. Advertisement resources, such as HYIP.COM can indeed be subjected to abuse, which is actually true for both "directions", pseudo-positivity AND pseudo-negativity. There are several checking mechanisms (I don't want to be explaining them in details, for obvious reasons), which we at HYIP.COM are using to minimize misrepresentations. However, not everything is "bullet proof", some things still can be missed and mistakes can be made on occasions.
Getting a true sense of any given program's state, is a community effort and often is quite a challenge.

proof, My best guess, is that you are talking about difficulty ACCESSING this site, otherwise it does load and the program IS paying. For your information, this site has the type of DDoS protection, that is not very user friendly (it blocks legitimate traffic). To pass that "Enter the site" page, let it load in full, click ONCE and wait. If the same page reloads, wait like 20 seconds before clicking the second time. If the same page is loaded for the third time, Give it a break for 15 - 20 minutes, then repeat again. Clearing computer's cookies may also help. Good luck |

explorer, As explained many times on this board and elsewhere. There is NO misleading here.
Daily payouts, are NOT called "profit", but "Interest Payouts". HYIPs are NOT banks. To calculate your total profit, subtract total paid to you, from total you paid in. Simple as that.
I strongly recommend to NOT try to "Interpret" any information stated on program sites, but simply read what the site offers and take the meaning "Straight" (exactly what it says).
Once again, MAJORITY of HYIPs, DO include principal into daily (or whatever their payment terms) payouts.
P.S. Investment in HYIPs is extremely risky venture. DO NOT invest more than you REALLY CAN afford to loose !!!. This is NOT a formal disclosure, but a time proven warning. |
23:17, 30.04.2008 The Creative Plan |
explorer, Question "So does this mean I never get my principal back?" Answer: You will NOT get principal back in this particular program and most programs do it the same way (unless stated otherwise on the site), which is -> principal is included in payouts. |

Kirill, BricsFund.net is loading fine. Try this link: https://www.bricsfund.net Note httpS. Also, try to clean your computer with anti-virus/anti-adware software. Start, from installing the bare minimum FREE (good) progrmas SpyBot Search & Destroy and Adware. |

Yeap, the domain is agi-club.net. In general, if you can't load the site, check listing on HYIP.COM. Many sites changed domains in the past and sometimes, we are even setting the direct IP address, while admins are in process of changing hosts. |

General comment: Please, refrain from posting meaningless comments too often (post building). Please, refrain from posting " negative opinions" in form of conclusive recommendations, especially repeatedly, daily and all over the forum board. If there is an issue with payouts, please post user name, so we can try to help addressing the issue with administration and to follow up. |

Please let me know which website should I use, I might take a look (again, that is...) mgeforex.com is redirecting to some hosting company website picture, if that popup dialog box is closed. I can't read that dialog box, so I'm NOT pressing that "OK", neither should anyone (I think). That is also the reason, I've changed the URL to loop back to HYIP.COM. Regards |

Hi Alex , can you say or any one else if you or they know or used this exchange co listed under hyip.com, (at the bottom under CURRENCY EXCHANGES) their name is eForexGold (e-forexgold.com).
Are they competent? as I need to exchange a large amount of e-gold to LR /EB based on what e-gold has become towards Alcohold and Agi-Club.
In general, and it is VERY IMPORTANT, please keep in mind, that all sites and programs listed on HYIP.COM are ADVERTISEMENTS, NOT ENDORSEMENTS !!!. [B] With that said, my personal impression, is that eForexGold can be trusted. They are displaying valid (!!!) Global Digital Currency Association (GDCA) seal (gdcaonline.org) and have pretty high score there. The only problem is, while the exchange rate is provided for e-gold, it is not listed among other digital currencies on the actual exchange form. This most likely means that they don't accept e-gold. Prepare to pay double digits (in percent) for an out-exchange of e-gold...

Please, take a note, that Advertising-Surf.net is reinstated on HYIP.COM, as of today. While HYIP.COM does show the original registration date and our old payout records, it should be understood, that the site was not on the list from January 14th, 2008, till today. Per other information resources, the site existed and was in operation during this period (Jan 14th till today). Per new agreement with administrator, we are simply resuming monitoring/advertising of/for this program. Please check this program out.
P.S. Invest in HYIPs responsibly. |

I am very sorry, Anita. Have been quite busy of late and just got to do some research. I am amazed Alex did not pick up on this since it is exactly the same to the "T" as Saving Finance and Gold Satisfy!! Both of whom took funds and never paid!! We need to form a clean-up team on these monitors so many more are not duped! Please contact me via a PM at either address I have shared as I have a couple good sites!! glo This is wrong conclusion glo, In other words, "false alarm" on this particular observation. Please make google search with the key words "Website Template" and check out few top sites. You will see what I mean (close to 5 million hits). That's a Monster Industry, so to speak. Check out TemplatesMonster.com by the way... I agree, however, that it is always feels better to deal with uniquely looking sites, but the fact is, "website template" services are SO widely spread, and there are SO many template options, that it actually makes sense for website owners on a tight budget, to at least start their business, using "off the shelf" products, including inexpensive website templates. As time goes by, you will see many more similar website elements (big and/or small) on different sites.
Kindest Regards |

Hi Alex this club is having the same problems with E-Gold as Alcohold to the point where they will have to remove e-gold? what is E-Gold really doing? There are, first of all, known internal "issues" within the E-GOLD company itself, AKA e-gold Ltd, Gold & Silver Reserve (G&SR), Inc and the (now fully mysterious) primary exchange division of e-cold, OmniPay. Secondly, putting the e-gold.com aside, the actual gold itself, seem to become VERY unstable "backing" for ANY payment processor. It is (probably) so, because of the enormous volatility of gold's value, recent months and days.
Big "swings" in price of gold, are happening because (since recently), it became a commodity, heavily traded on the open market. Earlier, just few percents (single digits) of world's gold was "tradable", which kept the price rather stable. Today, about 30% is allowed for trading, which apparently is enough for up to several percent a day changes in value.
Just see for yourself, right there in your e-gold account: Login, set the value to USD (or any other currency) and refresh page for an hour, every 5 minutes, or so. Chances are, you will see change in value, close to the full percent.
In other words, getting gold as some longer term investment..., is one thing. Getting gold as something to pay with, most likely bad idea these days... |

Thanks Alex, this could be the reason for there e-mail. This is what they sent and my response. But if the $250 is just part of my $1000 then this is unacceptable they have had this money since Jan. 23 and if they can not pay this all at once then anyone that has money in this program should be concerned about there own deposits. But if this is an accumulation of my withdraws that are being paid then hears to things running smoother and I will post every time I receive a withdraw
Dear Tuker,
We paid $250 to your e-bullion account , we are waiting for our account load from investments activities within several days. and pay to you other part of money in a few days later. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Best Rergards Admin OF Gold-Empire-ltd.biz
Not exactly what I thought would happen..., but at least some explanation is given and I think, this is an overall good reason to try and stay positive. At least in theory, it makes sense that if investor's money are put into some profit-making, most of funds cannot be "sitting" in admin's account, but invested. Therefore, if there are too many requests for withdrawal, extra funds would need to be pulled out of the "workings", which very well may be not such a fast process.
P.S. Just some reasoning and positive thinking -> please "don't kill the messenger"

Hi all see Alcohold latest re e-gold NB-- any body knows a well trusted exchanger with desent rates as I need to change some e-gold to LR Dear members,
This is to inform you that we have to stop processing e-gold payments effectively today. E-gold was a frustrating experience with continuous account blockings and outexchange difficulties. As some of you might have noticed we have changed six e-gold accounts withing past five months and all of them were blocked, even verified ones. More and more of our members accounts get blocked too. Looks like e-gold does not want our business any more. It was the most convenient payment system once, but those days have gone. E-gold is more and more costly and risky to use and difficult to outexchange. Time to move to a more safer environment.
All current e-gold deposits shall be transferred to Liberty Reserve, please, update your accounts with LR account numbers. It will take several days to update our database and clear all blocked funds from e-gold. Please be patient with us for some time until we adjust our system. Our script does not have automatic interexchange feature, so we shall have to do it manually.
We are ready to answer any questions you might have, please, do not hesitate to contact us.
Otherwise the business as usual,
Thank you and best regards,
Greg Nielson AlcoHolding Inc. co-owner That's good news. Frankly, it is way overdue, but good.

tucker,
I've sent an email to admin earlier and got a reply that your issue should be resolved. |
08:13, 06.04.2008 Hopax Trade |
Let me expand a bit on this issue, as enough time has passed for clarification of the issue, but these Coiii.net crooks, would refuse to recognize their wrong doings and they actually seem to continue full operation!!! Per one of their user's request for help about inability to get the payout on significant "insured" (yeah, right...) amount by coiii.net, I have personally logged in into his/her account and confirmed that specified amount was indeed "approved" for payout. Later on, everything was gone on his/her account and administration would deny that there was any insurance at all. Unbelievable...
Once again, beware of coiii.net scam!!! Stay away. |

|
What a pull back today, after that hit. How on earth, something like gold, which is jumping in value THAT much, could even be considered as payment equivalent these days? Not anymore !!! One should ONLY put Any money into ANYTHING, backed by gold, if they WANT to get gold and hold, NOT as payment method.
