I think we need more attention from administration here, Setting the status to "On Hold" till issues are resolved.
This also brings up an important point on HYIP choices that some seasonal HYIP participants are making and recommending. The community should take a good note about it, as their choices appear as either almost RANDOM, or are simply "paid by administrators for review" (per evidence on their blogs)

I guess the "deal" was right in the name of this website in that when it started, it was NOT for the current but "Future", no doubt bumpy Trails. That "future" is now "in play".
This one is full of hidden hiccups, misleading and various cheats. There is absolutely no way it can be called a "success", unless it one looks at it from the "dirty" side of the matter, but that is unfortunate.

I am only pointing out that, as you can see, your intentions may get "various" interpretations, including those not necessarily positive ones.
May I recommend you to please rather post some weekly summaries (with that frequency), instead of the daily ones?. It would be easier to read for the rest of us and I think it would be of more value to the program as well.

Being able to publish on some major main-stream media resources is definitely a very positive sign, although I think many other programs listed here on HYIP.COM are not doing so simply by choice.
About your comment on the posts of calebjor, I seriously doubt that an establishment like UInvest would risk its reputation with something like "paid to post". Often times, a well established programs do not have too much of discussion going on (unless one is looking at penny-paid flow of useless posts on some over-trashed forums), mostly due to things going very "smoothly". So, it basically may take a single committed and happy user to create the "picture", like one you are referring to. I do agree with you though that calebjor's posts are on a bit excessive side and would recommend him/her to "slow down" a bit :o) I also just moved a few posts to "Got Paid Reports" section.

He does NOT "know", he simply predicts what is likely, rather than not, to come (based on "other" examples). You may be easily right as well, as there are plenty of examples when programs do come back after halting payouts for some period of time (there are these kinds of "examples" too).
The notion of "too late" may come out as quite random saying as well and I am sure sunsurfer will confirm this.
The absolute definitive "too late" may ONLY come as a Post Factum event. That is, if program closes and one haven't gained, he or she can THEN definitively say that the investment point WAS "too late".
Experience shows that "too late" can be at absolutely ANY time during ANY program's existence, be it brand new one or be it an already established one. For instance, sunsurfer's most recent pick (yesterday) is PlexFund, which means that he does NOT think that "entering" at 179 days of THIS program's operations is "too late".

An advice is the last thing we want to do, but the main one is to not invest your "food money" into any HYIP at any stage as there are risks involved.
We report current state of the matter and the message you quoted is approximately half a year old. So, while that message was valid at a time because Oilstructure was seemingly falling into otherwise failing pattern, this program has obviously shown a great deal stability since and it is operating per original terms today.

We do have pending request too, but as Avfinance is normally pays instantly and there was a downtime of LR yesterday, it is possible that this was the reason for your earlier withdrawal cancellation, or so I hope.

Well, I deposited into InvestPlatforms about 2 weeks ago using AlertPay and so far everytime I request a withdrawl to my AP account they always send it to my LibertyReserve account which I really don't mind because I need some $$$ in my LR and as long as they keep paying that's all that matters.

It has come to our attention that there is a couple of outstanding AlertPay related unresolved issues here, however full explanation was provided to us on underlying cases of the issue. It appears that all three parties are currently involved in solving the issue (AlertPay, depositing user and GenuineOnlineBank). It also seems that the reason of the issue mainly relates to the fact that deposits in question were funded via credit card, which is the main reason for them not yet being settled.

There is something majorly wrong with the logic of some low grade HYIP administrators, who feels that the investment account of public websites (such as HYIP.COM) is something that is less real and can be ignored.

What you also need to realize is that Oilstructure is the type of HYIP where admin is openly stating to EVERYBODY that "you are not to get paid and say anything but good things" (not exact quote, but the meaning is there). This is exactly how admin explained why he stopped payouts to HYIP.COM.

This is now getting so incredibly ridiculous and I honestly can't imagine how could anyone want to deal with so incredibly incapable person running Visotrade website.
Here are the quotes from recent emails we received after revealing that admin was cheating on payouts:
First we get this:
"...We will check the situation and help you sir. Please check our company policy ... it will help you to anderstand our service better..."
After that they go ahead and write this:
"...We are working according to our company policy. Please note it is only your fault that you did not check your LR account for several months."
How "nice" is that? It is now my fault and this clown is basically saying that "to cheat is our company policy and it is users' own "responsibility" to catch us doing that." This is just beautiful, isn't it? :o)

It get's even better now and after getting through some website's database errors (that look like this: "Warning: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL" AND after having to restore our account access (probably due to this website being hacked YET AGAIN), we see the usual $28 weekly supposedly available for withdrawal.
All previously cheated out funds were NOT there (while requested), but I went ahead and requested these $28, just to see what happens next.
Sure enough, admin has "thrown a bone" here and $26 has arrived to our payment processor account.
Well, this payment while still short $2 of the requested amount :o) (per "company policy", I guess), is a lot better than the months' worth of 10 fold stripped payouts, I suggest the readers to get out the popcorn ready and let's just see what happens next.
Just to remind everyone, admin wants HYIP.COM status to be "paying" and prior to receiving the aforementioned "bone" of $26, he was requested to submit stripped previously payouts.

You can check the amount we invested here and check the latest payouts, you will see that all latest payouts were about 10 fold underpaid each. At the same time, our Visotrade account shows that correct amounts were processed and this was happening for over two months!
If this "company" wished to not use HYIP.COM, ask yourself than: why wouldn't they state so and let us know earlier, instead of cheating by marking our Visotrade account with payouts of one amount and sending 10 fold lower amount to payment processor.

For your information, Visotrade was ordering a good deal of advertisements on HYIP.COM and to be alongside with investors who uses HYIP.COM, we have invested here heavily and we are now have been cheated on that investment.

If you feel that the investment accounts of HYIP.COM, which are made public specifically for the purpose of confirming payment statuses to the community do not qualify as something valid and as something users can rely on, I don't know where else can you go to be at least to some degree certain about the status of any given program on the list.

If you are told by some administrators that only their own rules are something that is canceling ANY other rule of others including also a simple common sense, then how can you ever expect any fair treatment from such people.

I've seen non payment reports elsewhere, which prompted for the "On Hold" status and later there was not paid request on our own account as well, so the current status is "Not Paying".
As it happened with you, there were no replies from administrator on any of these status changes (our system sends notification email to administrators automatically upon status change).

The amount you see invested was NOT invested on day one, but some time later, in fact not that long ago.
What you see reported on HYIP.COM for all "monitored" Programs is the data from LIVE investment accounts we have with these programs and which are made being public and all payouts are reported in real time for the past 10 days, with total reflected in Invested/Paid ratio.
Our activity on these account is the same as what every individual may do and that includes things like, compounding, re-investments, addition of funds to investment, receiving referral commitions (which are also not always shown to not confuse HYIP.COM users)
For this reason, it is highly unlikely that you will in fact find invested/paid ratio to be correlating to the PLANS offered by any given program listed here
Once again, you are looking at data from LIVE accounts of HYIP.COM.

"The long haul" might not be so long than you think. This HYIP is over 450 days old, from what ive learned so far thats very old for a HYIP. They could go scam at any time now.

Not to vote for, or recommend, but just to balance the opinion, there has been precedents of programs paying for as long as over 4 years. This means that in theory, someone may come here some 450 days from today and point out to you having wrong assumption. This may then happen yet again, after yet another 450 days with the same point being brought up.
In short, history have shown that while there is indeed rationale to it, the "age" of HYIP is not necessarily an absolute factor determining future stability of the program.

There is a growing number of various HYIP review websites, which we recommend users to read in a NETWORK manner.
The only thing to be careful about, and this is the subject of this post, is when reading reviews dedicated to the analysis of the Alexa Rank number of any given website and it's Alexa rank dynamics over time.

Alexa Rank is of course a very good way to asses program popularity, however, in all of the reviews dedicated to Alexa Rank I personally have seen so far, one IMPORTANT component is missing and that is TOP referring and destination websites, which MUST BE accounted for the website analyzed.
When it comes to HYIPs and resources around it, there are a lot of cases when Alexa number is FAKED, which is possible to accomplish very easily and even without significant expenses.

Many are looking directly at Alexa number and are not accounting for the traffic sources such as referring and destination websites. Both are normally clustered within the same category of websites, but only if such traffic is natural (referred by similar category websites and search engines). Some website owners, including HYIP admins, who are obsessed about presenting their Alexa rank are likely to cheat. One can buy very cheap traffic to manipulate Alexa rank and that is the fact.

For instance, there are hundreds of services (PTC) offering penny payments to low income users just for clicking the link or a banner and viewing corresponding website for a few seconds. Such (obviously useless for the actual resource) visits are all accounted for in Alexa rank, while such visitors have no interest in the site they are viewing (they've got thousands websites to visit to earn for clicking). This means that cheating admin may pay some $5 - $10 for tens of thousands of visits to create an impression that there is great interest in his or her website. Many PTCs are even offering to deliver such useless traffic targeted by country and this is how one could cheat on where his or her users are coming from.

When you read for instance that website administrator is mentioning way too often about his Alexa rank being very high and that website has visitors from one or another country, this is a good sign to take this with extra caution and verify the claims in better details. This is especially should be of concern if such administrator is insisting on comparing the number (!) with other web resources, to whom he is visibly loosing in attracting visitors for example.

Now, the reason this post is made in this particular thread is because on top of all other problems and damage in this industry that Money-News-Online is creating on regular basis, it appears that he is also one of the very dishonest webmasters out there in the HYIP world who is VERY HEAVILY altering (cheating) the Alexa Rank of his own website.

The reason we were prompted to look up deeper at the type of the web traffic that MNO has and to collect observations through the time, is stated above and that is, he constantly is bragging about how high his Alexa Rank is and how much better it is in comparison to other respected resources in this arena.
We found that the MOST significant daily traffic sources of money-news-online are the above mentioned PTC (Paid-To-Click) websites with the top 3 being (TenDollarClick com, RichPTC com and FinePTC com), which considering the "quality" of traffic from PTC sites, effectively dismisses the claims about popularity and origins of this website (MNO).

It is also important to note however that daily traffic and it's sources are highly dynamic data. Such data may also be easily manipulated and we even tried doing this for our own domain report (that of HYIP.COM).
This was done in controlled way by knowingly sending traffic FROM HYIP.COM (aka "destination traffic" to some irrelevant (shoes selling) website and we were able to confirm that externally reported data (such as on Complete Com) can indeed be altered on any given day. Importantly, removing our traffic from our "test control", shoes selling site, was quickly corrected on Complete com the next day.
The dynamic nature of reported on external resources traffic data was also the reason that we looked at MNO traffic sources for an extend period of time (while taking screenshots), to make sure that our exposing MNO as cheater findings are correct and valid. We hope he stops this.

I once again would like to mention to this thread reader about dishonest practices of MNO.
As many may already know, the chosen by MNO ways to bring in visitors to his website are unfortunately do not end with Alexa Rank cheating. Nearly from the start of MNO very existence, he does it simply by attacking other well known web resources in often hard even to spot ways.[/B].
In his heaviest attacks, which HYIP.COM in particular has been experiencing (and still is), he does it in two ways - by creating lies and by twisting not significant (often not avoidable) shortcomings and converting them to something very different to his advantage.
These two then are getting mixed in together and published with very high frequency in high volumes and for a long time. This nasty approach unfortunately leaves very little time for his readers to verify separate statements, therefore such lies may even settle in the minds of the readers as truth, while they are not in reality. Replying and commenting on every single lie from the side being attacked by MNO in attempt to present real state of each matter, is not only time wasteful, but 100% USELESS, because it only fuels the attacks by giving him more to "temper" with.

Thus as many know, being among one of the most used websites in this industry by definition, due to the nature of it's domain name, HYIP.COM has unfortunately been subjected to such attacks for a very long time, which at some point practically forced us to even introduce the listing rule on incompatibility of HYIP.COM with MNO (see start of this thread).
Today, MNO found yet another "enemy" and this time it is sadly his fellow bloggers. In the past, he already openly offended other HYIP bloggers calling them "sheep" and announcing himself as "shepherd". Today, MNO takes no rest in his nasty tactics and he now let his "slobbering dogs" out, at other bloggers.
It is our sincere advise to bloggers to NOT engage into discussions with, or about MNO, because this is what this dishonest person wants and is using to stay "afloat" in his dirty pool of "substance" (insert proper word yourself). You may be right a thousand times and you may try to present solid logic in your statements and arguments, but this will NOT help you to exit or conclude any given topic and if you do "engage", you will simply be missing on more important topics that this industry has plenty of and that needs to be covered. Look around you and it will not escape your attention that better times in HYIP industry are ALREADY showing definitive signs, NOW, not in September. If you keep looking and focus on the "wrong place", in no time you will be pounded with some "magically bad Black December" or similar, alone with the rest of negativity load.
Please, use the experience of HYIP.COM and please take a good note that even ignoring the guy (which is what do) may NOT help, given the "weight" of MNO's need to keep spilling the "substance" (insert the right word here as well).

You know what? Looking at my records since this new policy, things at MNO's have gotten even worst and I doubt this is a coincidence. Last year, MNO did well by including performing HYIPs such as Panamoney, GeniusFunds, Aimtrust, Incoforex, ect. All these ventures already present over at HYIP.com . And I hope I'm not the only one who noted that every HYIP that made its success outside the gravity of MNO , scams shortly when they decide to be monitored on MNO ? As if they were using MNO service for their mortuary arrangement...

Right now and since several months, it appears evident to me that MNO adopted the worst HYIP selection behavior for the private HYIP investor, putting their personnal interests ( income ) first. Is it working ? yes... Does the crowd realise it ? no... Sad but true.

I really think that this was gross exaggeration as it was only based on just a handful of examples triggered by some incapable (or fraudulent) and/or highly inattentive administrators.

I would start by quoting specific comment that followed the above and commenting on it (and in general).

i am not deluded things will just get back superstitiously in september if things go on at this rate. the hyip industry might just be done assuming if all that's left is just paranoidal fights from different admins. there has gotta be a winner or the fight has to subside before things get back."

Things ARE getting now (very much so!) where they always went year after year naturally, and that is - towards field's progress and hopefully NOW, towards development of better perceived rationales backing HYIPs.
The exceptions are only those (few) admins who wish to go over history lessons of running HYIP games. Interested may wish to dig various older forums for the couple years back content and see how did all of those "games" ENDED their very existence and that this DID happened regardless of investment plans "construction" attempts on admins' side (no matter in how many "parts" your investment is spit upon deposit).
This is exactly what the MNO is ALL about TODAY. This is where MNO is "taking" all listed there today websites (i.e. the END!!!) AND this is exactly what the "failure pattern" I often mention on HYIP.COM relates to.
I know that to most experienced people MNO blog has gotten very boring to read, but if you do, you must see easily what I mean.
Those into even more detailed analysis (TH ???) would also see clearly that STATISTICALLY, the program failures on MNO are of A LOT higher frequencies and that they are STATISTICALLY of A LOT shorter lifetime span, compared as a whole to those listed ANYWHERE else (not necessarily on HYIP.COM). Moreover, it is those OTHER resources that actually ARE at times COMPENSATING (!!!) all the negative impact caused by MNO with his army of hit-and-runners, thus expanding the life of otherwise doomed sooner programs.

Now, the above was mostly about the reality of things, but if someone is still refusing to actually consider what is being said here in direct manner and is still attributes this to some "personal fight", it is their choice and so BE IT. After all, I do take the interests of investors (AND fully dependent on THEM !!! HYIP.COM advertising business) personally, so I guess this is how EARLIER, it MAY HAVE gotten "personal" to some extend (see more on this below).
Even though some call it "personal", such perception does NOT change the "outcome" of it. The fact of HYIP.COM's incompatibility with MNO (alone with almost all listed there websites) REMAINS! This is something that is VERY UNLIKELY to change any time soon.
Today, there is simply no point of even trying to comment on ANYTHING that MNO keeps throwing at poor occasional readers about HYIP.COM, because it is all lies and totally inconsistent garbage. It means that any related to the issue event cannot be considered as something "two-sided" (i.e. "fight"). MNO's lies today are "a given", therefore have to be simply ignored altogether. This is also why this forum topic hasn't been updated often. We simply relied on people's own intelligence and that proven to be sufficient to NOT bring this topic up for the lack of reason.

There is no even a need to look for some "roots" of this issue, which is what I see happening on HYIPNews.com for instance, which I personally think of as decent and useful (at least thus far) to investors recourse. The proof of posted by MNO inconsistent, illogical load of garbage is basically in every passage where HYIP.COM is mentioned. For the sake of making the point , below is TODAY's (no need to go too far back for more examples) short but perhaps the fullest of cr*p "passage", followed by the comments on parts of it:

There has been alert on RedoInvest issued by HYIP.COM, per their (uneducated) "move" to MNO few months earlier, but (in spite of this fact) program showed great deal of stability since, thus was our own, in good faith, initiative to restore the listing.
RedoInvest had "Not Monitored" status all this time, there were no mentioning of this program on HYIP.COM since the alert whatsoever AND the program was NOT even on the list at all. How did "Alex" than managed to be "attacking them for five months"?

In spite of the fact of being offered by some scammers like Oilstructure.com, never did we take ANY payments to either "drop" the alerts or to restore the listings.
In particular, RedoInvest administrator was recently dully notified about our desire to restore the listing AND he was told that HYIP.COM is ready to report payouts, based solely on referral commissions. Administrator did choose to create (NEW) deposit of $150 in monitoring fee on our account for the sake of reports being daily and continuous.

Now, isn't this about complete lack of very basic logic of MNO? Well, I should add that the logic "pearls" like this are VERY often showing up throughout the blog.
How on earth could one find a logistic connection between bribery accusations and present some reports of delayed payouts "last night" as proof of that? (note again that mentioned pending requests were all processed)
This is just ONE of many examples on how actually irrespective of his readers' intellect MNO admin is.

To conclude, I hope that this post is taken a good note of by all newer members of HYIP.COM community and I hope that (being not updated for a relatively long period of time) it would clear some of the "garbage buildup" for our longer time members. The important take home message here are:
1. USE HYIP.COM alerts which proven to be STATISTICALLY valid.
2. See what should NOT have been said and promoted on review websites (if run by truly experienced people) AND
3. Most importantly, find on MNO the list of where to NOT invest.

Those deciding to join this program (NOT recommended) are advised to make sure they double check that administration is not canceling their withdrawal requests to delay payouts.

Sorry I couldn't help in this case and all we could do is to at least try alerting other people by changing the status per your report some 9 days ago and we have stopped requesting payouts on our account.
We did not get any replies from administrator either and as you know he removed HYIP.COM monitoring button, obviously to hide the issue.

I moved your post to "scam warning" thread and as you can see the first report about ESCOFUND problem was posted 10 days ago on July 16th and HYIP.COM status was changed soon thereafter upon confirmation of it's validity.
It was not until only about 3 days ago that some other resources have began to mention that remaining payouts from ESCOFUND are selective.
Keep in mind also that on some websites (monitors) you can see "paying" status for ESCOFUND even today, which should tell you that there are a lot of dishonest and/or inattentive resources out there.
For future reference, please make sure to check HYIP.COM for potential issue reports and general discussions of listed programs (use "Discussion" link on every program's listing).
Lastly, on many occasions HYIP.COM was able to mediate some of the issues, but this would not be possible if users don't report them timely.

The problem was solved (albeit only partially) and the status was restored as of right now.
However we do NOT recommend anyone investing here as those who joins are likely to be treated with no respect and their invested funds can become a subject of manipulations to the likes of administrator.
That was our own experience, we therefore recommend to move elsewhere as there ARE choices available.

I really think the situation have been sufficiently described and opinions posted, even the alternative ones. There is no need to be coming back to all of them and especially bringing the unrelated ones.

Besides downgrading the rank (which is fully VALID and supported by multiple examples and you know it!), the status would have stayed "Paying" if this admin would not have tempered with our funds on the account (which is the reason for the status change).
Moreover, we are NOT trying to "catch" anybody "by surprise" and this administrator was clearly explained the issue and offered to rectify it. He EVEN recognized the validity of reasoning and agreed with it (or so he said in his email to us), YET he have chosen to keep things where they "went", supposedly due to the lack of information, which (even if missed earlier) he did have before the alert was issued.

All this could mean only one thing: Oilstructure is now folding and admin's going for the "scammers camp" (MNO) is nothing more, but a pre-death attempt to defraud "those newbies" (as you put it).

Once again, a set of HYIP.COM listing rules (including minimal pricing policies) are VERY simple to apprehend and follow.
Moreover, we always are ready and ARE going an extra mile to make sure every program administrator is aware of them and if not, they are getting an extra notice IN ADVANCE when one or another issue is arising and/or some adjustments are required.
So, the only times when troubles like this one come to play, is when admin is too simple-minded OR if he is about to fold his "venture".

Take home message: Please make a good use of this "tool", while it lasts.

I now seem to be continuously experiencing issues.

Here is my story so far:
i) I made an initial investment of $100.00, it went well through the duration of 10 days and was finally paid my last profit plus my principal. All the withdrawals were instant.

ii) Then i invested $1,000.00, which also went well and ended on Thursday, 15th July 2010. I was finally paid back my last profit plus my principal, which amounted to $1,030.00. All withdrawals were instant, including the last $1,030.00.

iii) Along the line escofund introduced a bonus program. I had been in communication with Eric Henderson (the admin/manager of escofund). He would usually reply to all emails/messages promptly, and i was happy with it. Our email discussions were very encouraging to me.
On Thursday, 15 July 2010, after i withdrew the $1,030.00, i made a fresh investment of $5,000.00. This made it my third investment. With an investment of $5,000.00 and above, one should have access to their newly opened/introduced Esco Lounge, with all the talked about benefits.
I found out that i could not access Esco Lounge, so i sent a message(s) to Eric Henderson. As i write this, very well after 24 hours, i have not received a reply from him. This is quite different than his usually prompt replies/responses.
After 24 hours of depositing/investing $5,000.00, my account was updated with my profit of $200.00, but my request for withdrawal is still pending.
The bonus of 15%, which should be $750.00, is not yet credited. It ought to be credited within 24 hours of making the investment/deposit.
As a matter of fact, even now, i cannot access www.escofund.com. What i am getting is:
"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request".

Now, is any other person having same experience?

If you spend a few minutes reading HYIP.COM past alerts similar to this one, you should see the very clear failure pattern of programs for which such alerts have been issued. It is also absolutely not a secret that in many cases one of the main reasons for such alerts is when administrators, perhaps seeing imminent failure, are prompting for lowest grade scam promoting services, such as money-news-online.com. Our, by now fully confirmed, knowledge that a blog like this is where historically (since some earlier point in time last year) nearly exclusively only very fast folding scams are promoted, basically provides us with the tool very useful for prediction the "program troubles" with high accuracy.

In short, just like stated in the alert, there is just no way anyone could make any money with Oilsctructure if invested now.

This \"Do NOT invest\" alert is also largely supported by the fact that besides being totally irrespective of the rules of others (who this administrator is doing business with), he has also shown that NO any sort of critique may ever go his way, OR ELSE the invested funds are to be tempered with, or outright depleted. This is exactly what happened on our account there, thus the current "NOT PAYING" status.

It appears that as of the time of this post, others are still receiving some payouts, therefore users should take this chance and limit their losses by withdrawing only.

Previously issued alert was NOT misleading, it was consistent and justified. The TYPE and causes in general of such alert remain applicable to other instances from the past and possibly future. However, for the case of CherryShares such alert has been withdrawn.
As I've pointed out earlier, we remained open to further explanation from administration of CherryShares, we then have received a follow up from them, communicated back all the reasons of our actions, which they've recognized as reasonable. Thus, things went back to where they were prior to "accident".

CherryShares memebrs can also check their email boxes on relevant update from CherryShares, which came out today, or see corresponding News Release.

P.S. Please, DO NOT ever invest your food money in any of HYIPs, due to high risks of loosing are involved. This is NOT a formal disclaimer, but a time proven fact.

Nothing new EliteTrader, this is by now a long established failure pattern and as great body of evidence suggests, program administrators with "fraud agenda" are often prompting to go where the rest of fast folding scams admins go (and stay), and that is money-news-online.com.
HYIP.COM is only left to issue the corresponding alerts, but even that, is unfortunately often comes as too late (albeit earlier than a simple status change may be)
Now, make no mistake about it, HYIP.COM has done everything possible to avoid any confrontations and to warn ALL program administrators on the fact that we do NOT accept any new listing here for programs that already are using (or are planning to use) MNO. There are two big red buttons on this issue in every webmaster account, which they cannot possibly miss. So, the issue may ONLY come to light if/when administrators are knowingly choosing to ignore this SIMPLE rule we set forth for the better being of (actually both), investors and program administrators.
I would also recommend to regularly review HYIP.COM Alerts Feed and among these you will find some that are specifically involve the scammer's blog in question.

With that said however, we are still open to any new updates from CherryShares administrator, who (just like readers of that blog) may have been mislead by this scams harboring lair MNO admin.
So far, we can say nothing but positive things about CheryShares' performance, therefore it is quite possible that administrator there have unfortunately fallen victim of MNO's extortion.
There is no point in trying to expose all the lies that come from MNO in general, as there is a mountain of them (including about HYIP.COM, which is "a given" by now, therefore no longer bothered with), but one of the latest relevant lies here is the one where MNO scammer stated that he joined CherryShares with his "...own money simply because of the many requests from readers....". This comes in drastic contrast to many times previously stated by himself fact on refusing to discuss any program for free.

P.S. I do honestly hope that NOT too many people are falling victims of a "skillful liar" and are actually using MNO as any sort of guidance, UNLESS it is to look up where to NOT invest.

Hope you get treated better here, but for us, first there were no earnings posted on the account for several days, then some negative balance showed up, then administrator would not reply to questions to the former.

If not, you may want to write support request, so that they find your transaction and credit it on the account.
There is indeed no need to request withdrawals here, but they still seem to be using their website's database for payouts. So if deposit did not register for some technical reason (this does happen), they may simply not know that they are skipping payouts to you.

nextgenmarket.com is not monitored Rocky, but you need to answer a simple question about why on earth would the same admin start a second program if he could simply add or edit any of the plans he has on his first program at any time.

Yes, my feeling as of the time of my previous post (23rd) was that "alarming" was premature.
However, as payouts from AIMtrust were now not processed not only at the end of last week, through weekend AND into Monday (which is over in all time zones), the status today (the 27th) is changed to "On Hold". I surely hope this will be temporary.
To comment on the last part of your post, I honestly don't mind people taking it, as an advise to "get out of HYIPs" in general and I've actually said it before on many occasions, but it is just not happening. So, I guess, this is human nature and we better try to deal with them as responsibly as possible.
One message though that has to come across for sure is that HYIPs are not for those with tendencies to have frequent, not sufficiently substantiated "panic attacks".

The US government has accused Goldman Sachs & Co. of defrauding investors by failing to disclose conflicts of interest in some mortgage investments it sold during the height of the financial crisis.

SEC announced today (April 16th, 2010) their civil fraud charges against the Wall Street powerhouse and one of its vice presidents. The agency alleges Goldman failed to disclose that one of its clients helped create -- and then bet against -- sub-prime mortgage securities that Goldman sold to investors.

Investors in the mortgage securities are alleged to have lost more than $1 billion, the SEC noted. The agency is seeking to recoup profits reaped on the deal.

In other words, here goes yet another high profile fraud case committed against unsuspecting, trusting investors. It is not a ponzi scheme this time, but rather the "insider trading" one.

How could this happen?
- Wall Street's elite are extremely well-connected and because of that the insider information can be (and apparently is) easily passed within relevant social circles.
-Because of those connections, both social and professional investigators would have a difficult time finding evidence on fraud.

However, do we have a double-trouble here?
- Investigators are ramping up their techniques to pursue cases. The Galleon case (Galleon Hedge Fund is the one allegedly done the insider-trading, per Goldman Sachs' tip) relies heavily on wire taps, a method more used in pursing organized crime or terror suspects.

Whether Goldman had a role in the alleged insider trading or was just a bystander is something prosecutors will determine. But the Feds are employing more tools in trying to find out. If suspicions turn to convictions, Wall Street will feel the chill. Phone conversations and other communication could come with a question: who's listening?

What is even of more concern is that there seems to be credible reports out there about people's accounts with funds on them being locked by LibertyReserve staff and they do not reply on inquiries.

Someone contacted us with the issue of funds being blocked by LR (unable to send) and that no replies on multiple inquiries are provided by them for a long time.
We confirmed that to be indeed the case, then contacted LR staff via chat and now waiting for reply.

P.S. Stolen funds (hacked) seems to be separate issue though.

We have not received any mail from this user.

I also wrote to them and they have not responded. I mean, other HYIPs I have dealt with failed to respond to my emails at some point or the other but they still kept paying. Infinitiva, for example, is notorious for not returning emails and respond only those that benefit them. So not sure if "on hold" status is an appropriate punishment for them. Readers may see this as a big red flag and not invest while other admins do the same thing as TF is doing and get away with it. Hope it is sorted out.

You probably skipped a few lines in earlier posts.
Status change was related to a moderate "On Hold" due to the actual NON Payment, that lagged for over a week.
Customer support issue is separate and it (or a lack of it) is obviously NOT a subject to status changes.
Also, the issue HAS been "sorted out". This is a "post factual" discussion.

The reason I am asking about this may be understood from earlier posts and while there are no outstanding issues on our account at the moment, there was clear disrespect shown by administrator toward our (simple) requests. That this particular incident had to drag on for over a week (and there were no signs of resolution up until the status was changed), was actually not the only example of being mistreated. There were some less essential requests sent (more than once) some time ago, and those were just ignored altogether...

I take it that the reason for such disrespect may have been related to the association of our account with "monitor" (such discrimination of monitor owners does happens on occasion!), but I still would like to know if ours was an isolated accident.
Of course, what is most important is that regular program users (investors) would get proper treatment and at least some minimal degree of respect and this is what I think would be important for everyone to know about.

I think, I've seen that profits are not always credited at exactly the same time, but it always does happen.
My take is that profits crediting is connected to their trading activity (see their trading reports section of the website) and it is probably done manually. I mean, not manual crediting of each account, but a system-wide one (see their investment offers section too, it has some useful information on profits sharing).

On MNO problem in general, please follow THIS thread. I thought that the main points were stated there earlier, but this thread has just been updated again. If there are still more questions, feel free to post there.

Otherwise, just "work around" the issue (if it is for you), but understand that it is NOT HYIP.COM who creates one. It is those HYIP administrators, who are either can't read and/or just plain ignorant.

The fact is, all HYIPs will end sooner or later. Genius lasted (to my knowledge) over a year and a half. It made a lot of people a lot of money, and it took a lot of money from a lot of people in the end. That is the nature of HYIPs. Who WASN'T confused by Genius in its last days? MNO was just stating what many were thinking.

Everybody needs to stop thinking of HYIPs as serious investments, and start thinking of them as a game. I think Alex has forgotten this with his/her war on MNO. Here are the facts:

1. The goal of an HYIP is to make money for it's administrator. If investors make money too, that's a bonus.

2. The decision which monitors an HYIP uses is a business decision. The more, the better. Both HYIP.com and MNO have among the lowest alexa rankings (lower is better, for the uninformed) among the monitors out there. If a program administrator wants the most bang for his buck, he's going to go with these monitors. Regardless, there are "players" out there who use MNO exclusively, and HYIP.com exclusively. Why should an admin of a program ignore either of these groups?

3. All HYIPs will fail, regardless of which monitors they list with.

4. Saying that listing with a particular monitor is a "negative" sign for HYIPs, as Alex has done with MNO, is ridiculous. Listing with ANY monitor can be considered a negative sign since ALL HYIPs will fail at some point. I can name numerous HYIPs that were listed with HYIP.com (who I've been reading for 2 years now) that failed almost immediately, as well as those that lasted over a year!

5. Multiple programs listed with MNO have lasted a very long time. Genius is one, GNI was another, Stoic (if I remember correctly) to name just a few. If MNO is such a "negative" indicator, explain the success of these programs.

I think Alex has a good premise in the "Quality vs. Quantity" initiative. Proven negative signs should be used (such as extremely high returns, for example), as well as proven positive ones (large amounts of money spent by the admin). Listing with MNO, unless it CONSISTENTLY indicates failure of a program within a short amount of time after listing, cannot be used for this. If Alex has data that proves this (give me program names, dates they listed with MNO, and then failure dates) then I'd like to see it. But I'd venture to say that just as many programs that have been listed with MNO have been successful for 3 months or more, as those that have listed with HYIP.com.

I've said it many times, users MUST use MULTIPLE resources in their investment decision making process. I believe that most people do look up information about programs they are planning to invest with, but if you really know someone who doesn't advise them as soon as possible.
Such "look up" process is a MATTER OF A SINGLE CLICK - type in the domain name into Google search box and start reading!!! This could not get any easier.

DO NOT EVER accept the significance of Alexa ranking, when you are suggested to do so by the website owner (don't be fooled), because Alexa value can be VERY easily inflated artificially. For the website owners, Alexa rank can indeed be useful, but believe me, they have to ignore a lot of garbage on Alexa reports to estimate true website attendance. In reality, if not to simply mislead visitors with their Alexa rank, most webmasters prefer to use other, more advanced web traffic software for that purpose. You've got to look for more important factors out there, if you wish to get more accurate value of any given website.

GF was indeed one of the longest surviving "warriors" on HYIPs battlefield, but it has fallen (as ALL of them eventually indeed DO!!!) and MNO's runt was nothing more in this case, but a SCAVENGING VULTURE taking one of the first bites from GF's still warm at a time "body", that's all.
Your lovely Paul has JUST done exactly the same "bite" of a PTVPartner (see details HERE), so what is next? Expect the "credit taking" for "early warning" here as well!
Need more examples of MNO being a clear "Negative factor" for both, the investors and HYIP administrators?
Just take EVERY SINGLE review and you will see that both, positive recommendation and a negative warning are placed almost in the same sentence. This is a fool-proof way of this guy to issue the "I told you so" statements later on, at the first sign of the "wound".
We all know that HYIPs do get "wounded" often and that many CAN "heal", but NOT when they have MNO scavenger on their backs. THIS IS your "Instability and Negativity Factor" even if you are "just a player".

Just try to envision the "Before and After" picture... The "MNO curse" is relatively new phenomenon and we also feel that currently overlapping programs which listed longer ago are not affected by it.
Today, if you pick ANY NEW program from MNO list, make sure to deposit NOT LATER than on day ONE, as this is the only way you MIGHT get at least even. Please feel free to have your own opinion on this, but I hope I am more then clear that we have ours and that it is a firm one, as of today.

Every HYIP has a set of their own rules and we all know that those are better not be violated. So, how is HYIP.COM different?
Why should we tolerate it when our rules are openly ignored, or if we are dictated by individual admins on what HYIP.COM is supposed to be for their own "convenience"?
Why should we NOT then warn our users and visitors if admin has no respect of the rights of others?
What must also be considered is that HYIP.COM is here with investors' interests in mind, NOT of the admin's. HYIP owners are simply given a chance to present and advertise their programs to the community, but NOT to dictate their views on how they think things should work around here.

To conclude:
1. If you are not investing with listed on MNO programs, the incompatibility issue simply has no effect on your investment.
2. If you see that program is listed on HYIP.COM initially and later it starts using MNO, you know what to do - Withdraw Only and you will have a better chance to recover at least part of your investment. This is a 100% working "red flag" for you so far, so USE IT while it lasts!
3. If you are in love with MNO and listed there HYIPs, this is YOUR choice, use them at your own risk, but make sure there are no "traces" of such HYIPs on HYIP.COM.
4. The community will be warned about HYIP administrators, who are either cannot read listing rules warning from a big red button in their HYIP.COM webmaster area, or are plain ignorant, therefore are NOT likely to be capable of managing a program.

I was only trying to be fair to all involved. But thank you for at least stating specifically that the downgrade of our program was due to the listing with MNO. This will at least clarify the issue with readers. A couple of brief points, then I plan on dropping the issue, since we obviously are in some disagreement here:

1. I am NOT "behind the mainstream" as you put it. I'm fully aware of your stance on MNO. I was, however, under the impression that your refusal to admit for monitoring any program who also listed with MNO meant that you would list as "NOT MONITORED" any program currently on your list who does this. I should have confirmed that with you first, I suppose.

2. Although I thought it would be an option to ignore your monitor - that is no longer an option. I prefer for readers to see the commentary here, and make their own conclusions. I can only hope that you will continue to list our program as paying as long as you don't receive complaints from readers about lack of payment, or are not paid yourself.

3. Regardless of what you believe about our program, MNO, or our chances of "survival", you have NO RIGHT to make the assumption as you did in your "P.S." that I should not be trusted to manage my own account with HYIP.com. You should remember that I paid you for monitoring here, and though you are welcome to form your opinion about the program, I am still one of your customers and at least deserve the respect that comes with. I am not looking for a refund of any fee, since the fee I paid you was already reinvested in our program as per the monitoring agreement. Perhaps readers should know how monitoring fees work, by the way - as I'm sure many of them do not.

I have been exploring all possible ways to communicate the fact of apparent great deal of negativity associated with money-news-online.com and thus corresponding HYIP.COM's view on HYIP admins, prompting to use MNO.
YET, you seem to be well behind the mainstream information and I should point out that this is NOT to your credit, since you are claiming to be some HYIP expert.
I am pretty sure this is not a discovery for most, but for YOU, I once again repeat and CONFIRM that your use of money-news-online.com "promotion" IS considered as clear negative factor and it WAS the reason for downgrading Intermed-Investments.com on HYIP.COM.
Just in case, here is what such negative factor in plain language is:
If no, or very little users are signing up and investing, it is time to fold, but prior to that, it is time to try getting some "funds" from unsuspecting newbie MNO readers. Don't take my word on this, see the Alert List, see it "in action" yourself. I would be happy if your program becomes an exception, but so far, every single MNO related alert has shown to be fully valid (that is, most programs on alert list have folded, soon after alert).

For once, as far as I can see and in spite of your program being rated a whooping 3 STARS prior to downgrade, only 10 users of HYIP.COM have signed up to your program and only few of them made very small deposits...

Now, I have NO INTENTION to engage into too much of discussions here, but it wasn't by chance that I mentioned your "talking" about rules...
I should also point out that your attempt to dictate some conditions here is NOT appreciated. You have chosen to use HYIP.COM advertisement service, your fee is NOT refundable and if you choose to ignore yet another rule by stopping paying, that would finally grant a definitive "Problem" to your program status on HYIP.COM.

Alex - I am unable to log into my webmaster account using the login I have always used, and you blocked my original account from posting. And there is a cryptic announcement under my program on your listing which states "HYIP.COM NOTE: THIS PROGRAM WAS DOWNGRADED ON MARCH 23rd, 2010".

I have faithfully paid you and all investors from day 1. My assumption (and I believe I am correct) is that you "downgraded" my program because of my recent review by MNO. I understand the issue you have with this blog, and I understood when I signed up with Paul that you might have an issue with it. However, I feel it is unfair that you continue to monitor us as "Paying", but have an announcement which tells your readers I was downgraded. Here the choices you have (since I have no other way to reach you):

1. If you wish to stop monitoring my program, place me on "Not Monitored" status, and I will delete your deposit from our system. This is, I believe, the only fair option for all involved.

2. If you wish to continue monitoring and being paid, remove the statement about "downgrading", unless you are going to put the reason there as well. This is only fair to your readers to explain your decision.

3. The only other option is for me to stop paying your monitor, have you list us as "Not Paying", and I will ask all our investors in any way I can to kindly ignore your monitor.

Any other option is crooked business practice, and will not be tolerated. Until I hear from you, I will continue to pay you as promised.

What does "downgraded" mean?

This means program had received significantly lower grade than it had prior to such event.
Simply put, new investments are not recommended.

Here is the clue:
HYIP.COM, just like any other service provider has a simple set of rules for it's advertisers and we obviously expect those rules to be respected and, if some aspects of these rules are not clear, to be inquired about.
Garantmoney administrator, first ignored our rules and on our inquiry later on replied basically saying in line with "why should I care".
For some reason, administrator is feeling that he is in position to dictate the rules to others and we feel that this is not acceptable.

Garantmoney program as a whole, is HIGHLY unlikely to be sustainable for any extended period of time, due to the lack of professionalism on the side of management.

Note also that this program would have had "Paying " status regardless of the above concerns, but it is set to "Problem" because HYIP.COM's account has been blocked (must have violated some of the Garantmoney rules, I guess...)

Just a little less than 1 month ago an alert on Mandarin-Invest was issued on HYIP.COM (See announsement HERE and this program has just stopped paying its memebrs.
As statistical data accumulates, we cannot stress enough the importance for users to check HYIP.COM alerts regularly on the News Feed (follow THIS link) as often as possible.

Of ALL programs on Alert List of HYIP.COM for the past few months, so far NON OF THEM (!!!) made it to the point where users' investments would have been recovered prior to program closure.

I've looked at the site you mentioned, prior to link moderation. Believe me "That", is not related GF.
Also, looking at hosting and domain data for ANY given program cannot possibly used for any sort of Due Diligence research. Domain registrars and hosting companies have millions and thousands clients respectively, which means you will see similar data for absolutely not related websites.

This is one of the problems any free to sign up resource is facing. HYIP.COM is actually different in that every registered user can post only one vote. If additional vote is posted it would automatically replace the earlier one, thus giving it a more dynamic feedback.

I don't quite understand why are you putting your question in "how comes" way and what exactly do you want me to "explain and clarify".

If you are paid, you need to address the hyipexplorer status with them and make your conclusion after that. I personally am very respectful of hyipexplorer and several other resources, but having our own accounts with all monitored programs and (MORE IMPORTANTLY!!!) an ability to get feedback from thousands of HYIP.COM users, we feel that our site's status is adequate.
With that said (and I repeat it again and again) our recommendation to users is to always get their facts from MULTIPLE resources!

If you are NOT paid, please post your issue, alone with your user name so that it becomes known. Keep in mind though, information coming from brand new users here will require some sort of validation for obvious reasons (aka, it could be fake).

To reiterate:
The community here is aware of recent technical issues GF is having and visibly solving. Such events are actually quite common for these types of investment programs).
Payouts, are coming to all, albeit with occasional delays due to to website issues.
Taken together, current HYIP.COM's status of "Paying" appears to be fair and is warranted.
Feedbacks are very much appreciated.

This is "human vs. bot" authentication, which hosting company servicing GeniusFunds is using to protect wensite from DDoS attack.
For the past few days I've seen one or another "authentication" on this website and after passing it I always was able to login, request withdrawal and all payouts where received so far, including one today (requested next one just now).

Just so you know: There are thousands of people on HYIP.COM daily, following news updates, discussions and statuses of programs.
So it is logical that whoever is attacking one or another website (this includes DDoS attacks), would also come in here and start posting a magnitude of fake alerts.
Website loading issues are actually quite frequent occurrence for investment programs and (real) users are typically "tolerant" of these.
HYIP.COM is following this trend and we wouldn't change status or post any alerts, unless the issue is not resolved during about a day or so.

GeniusFunds is and was loading well for me at all times and I also see our affiliates' activity being "as usual" from within our account. Even if there is access problem for some, it is probably not affecting the majority.

It looks like this website got "suspended" by their hosting company. It is hard to say if they will be back or not.
In general, please keep in mind that "Not Monitored" programs are ... well, not monitored.
It is ok to sign up, I guess, but it is better to wait until they become "Monitored". Not all of the listed programs will activate monitoring and some may even be removed from the list, thus BECOME not monitored.
In the latter case, watch for HYIP.COM News Alerts (click on the link).

Investing "exclusively through" is the LAST THING you want to be doing. You MUST use multiple resources to arrive to your investment decisions.
If you know someone else using HYIP.COM exclusively, please let them know that they have got to STOP doing that and expand their NETWORK of resources. On MNO problem, consider all current alerts on HYIP.COM as an "added value" feature, where unlike for a simple CURRENT status, users are getting ADVANCED NOTICE, prior to programs getting closed, so that they get a chance to recover at least part of their (otherwise) losses. This is clearly developing pattern and, again, don't take my word for it, see that happening by yourself by checking prior alerts and taking a note of the future ones.

On the "up to date" issue, you are surprising me glo. Fist of all, HiluFund IS paying as of today, so are stating other NETWORK resources and there were NO problem reports up until TODAY. I do see the report posted on the forum and that is exactly how this works around here. Users post issues, we react. Now, you have to realize that there is a bunch of fake posts coming (both positive and negative), therefore NOT every single post is to be reacted to instantly, but verified first.

There is no way for us to try solving the issue, if this information is not available.
People also have to realize that there are often fake posts showing up from newly registered IDs, so we can't really react immediately, but if verified.

Well, I would advise you to follow HYIP.COM News Feed and alerts in general.

Consider such alerts as an added value service, in addition to simple payouts monitoring. Such alerts are based on several factors and they are typically given well ahead of time, therefore giving an extra chance to investors to withdraw as much as they could before program stops paying altogether.
So far, such alerts have been quite accurate, although this feature is relatively new on HYIP.COM.
You have to realize that monitoring alone is only as good till it lasts, till ONE day, when program stops paying AND this happens all the time.

Anyway, if you read few latest HYIP.COM announcements on removals of some programs from HYIP.COM list you should see well developing trend that some (about to fold) HYIPs are prompting to order heavy promotional services on Money-News-Online.com (MNO) just a few days before they close. MNO is just a one person owned blog, but it is quite popular among fast folding scam admins.
This is where they are paying to be presented to the public, usually as highly promising "industry leaders" and such. Of course, unaware and unsuspecting investors new to the field are the victims there. Go visit the site, see for yourself how "this promotion" is done and I think you will be able to answer your FXSTAR rating question by yourself.

We are not having any money problems at all, but we have recently had to move very large amounts of funds to different bank accounts. When moving large amounts of funds to the new bank accounts, they have put a hold on the funds for a certain time frame, and this has caused us major delays as these holds can last 15 to 20 business days. We thought it would be best to send an update to all customers, even though it will be lengthy. Please take the time to read this entire message carefully, as we believe it will answer some questions you may have.
Banks in the United States do not like doing business with any type of company that they feel are processing payments as a third party processor, or are acting like a bank in their eyes. This issue, as well as numerous other over-regulatory and intrusive U.S. banking issues, has caused problems for our contracted agents. This has become an increasingly problematic issue over the last few years as we are sure many of you know, and thus has made all U.S. dealings that much more difficult to deal with. This of course affects some aspects of our business, with the most obvious example being the ability to do ACH transactions for our U.S. customers.
These U.S. related issues were why we recently made one of the banks we have been dealing with for a couple of years a public option to withdraw and deposit funds for our customers. We thought this would be a rather quick solution, but very soon realized that they could not handle the mass volume of daily transactions that our customers complete within the time frames that we have promised in the past. We also had some customers tell us that their bank wire instructions are far too complicated. This issue caused many of the wires to be completed incorrectly by some customers or their banks, and these funds would then be sent back to the sender after a 7 to 10 day hold. These issues, as well as others, made us realize that we needed to find completely new banking options that could handle both the high volume and the processing time frames our customers had become accustomed to.
Having then changed to another bank caused us more delays, as we again had to move a very large amount of funds that were subject to their hold times. Once these funds started getting released to us, you could see that our outgoing wire time frames got much better again, and are now in the 2 to 4 business day range. These 2 to 4 business days will now be our normal time frame for bank wire withdraws. Incoming bank wires are also getting to us much quicker now with this new bank, and we have been told by many customers that the new bank wire instructions are much easier to understand as well. With the difference in time zones, and also the varying locations and banks that the funds are being sent from, a bank wire can take 1 to 5 business days to reach us. We are seeing that in most cases they will reach us within 2 business days, but we must state the time frame for bank wire deposits as 1 to 5 business days to cover all situations.
We have also recently had the first loading delays ever with our debit card platform since it was setup in June 2009. The new bank that we are sending the debit card funds from is having an issue that they need to get worked out with the receiving bank, and once they get this issue taken care of we will then start loading major funds to that account so that you can get your funds in the proper time frames once again.
Our number one objective is to make sure that your money is safe, and this is why we will take very calculated steps before we offer any new funding or withdraw options. We have many things that we are working on behind the scenes to make sure we can once again offer many different funding and withdraw options, but these things will likely take many months to complete. We have other banks that we have held accounts with for years, and we are also looking into what services they may offer us in regards to more of a public account with them. Keeping our customers funds and information secure and private is always of the utmost importance for us.
We are also working on a short term solution to allow check withdraws again, and we hope to have more information on this issue in the coming weeks. Unfortunately the fees may be slightly higher, and there will be some limits in place, but we feel it is important to at least give some of our customers an option to withdraw by check until we have a long term solution in place.
We know these delays have been frustrating to all of you, and they have been to us as well. As a way of saying thank you for continuing to choose StrictPay as your payment option through these trying times, we will be lowering the receiving fee on funds transferred from 2% to 1.5% until 2-28-2010. Basically and just as I predicted, you've got very simple technical problem.
As far as I know personally and what I read as feedback from others, PerfectMoney is replying timely to all inquiries.
What I've learned in your case from PM, is that every single message you sent to PM was replied to, but your Internet provider (earthlink) did not deliver those messages to you.
Anyway, write them again from different email address and I am sure your issues will be resolved (free email services such as yahoo, or gmail should work).

I strongly recommend you to withdraw ONLY.
You should not expect anything good coming from this program based on discovered mistreatment of select users with large investments being lost to these scammers (see earlier posts).
Requesting to remove the "not paying notice" does not give you any credit either. Not telling the truth is the same as lying in this particular case.
