Alex rises a very interesting aspect of this underground investment industry ; will it ever be regulated by some sort of official ( and legetimate ) entity in a similar way the Stock Markets are ? Boomist, if I remember well PlexFund had a valid SSL certificate just a week ago. Their website went offline for a couple of hours and when they got back online , there were no https anymore.

What an odd path to success FutureTrails experienced. Today , it's easy to confirm many HYIP investors had the chance to earn an easy profit with FutureTrails but if we back up and look at all the ink written about FutureTrails paying and not paying status, it really paints the omnipresent skepticism of HYIP players.

Of course I do not ''know'' whetheir a HYIP is gone for ever or if the problems the HYIP is experiencing ( SWProfits here ) will be promptly resolved. However, I ''know'' when a HYIP is not paying if I don't receive payment or if several of my trusted readers report non-payment. Like Alex says, I base myself on other example to afiirm such Scam statement concerning SWProfits in particular.

Alex, I like your mind because you come up with interesting subject matters. I entirely agree with you about the '' too late '' concept involved in our situation here. We can only know it was too late to invest in a particular HYIP ( thus SWProfits ) by letting time work his way around the clock. For example, I did involve myself in the 6 months old PlexFund on November 30th ; was it too late ? Of course I don't think so. Now , learning how to judge whetheir it's too late or not to put money in a HYIP is a topic requiring more than a simple forum post ;-)

In the end, good timing is everything in many spheres of life and obviously, HYIPs are no exceptions.

All in all, I think everyone has to agree with Alex about the fact that OilStructure really was a ''stable HYIP'' not that time proved it to us. It's only natural for any HYIP to scam.

I don't have any past issues with OilStructure and have nothing againts them personally. Still, it would surprise me a lot if they could sustain their payouts for the months to come and that's why I don't invest there. I'll continue to monitor their progress untill they scam, like any other HYIP.

You know what? Looking at my records since this new policy, things at MNO's have gotten even worst and I doubt this is a coincidence. Last year, MNO did well by including performing HYIPs such as Panamoney, GeniusFunds, Aimtrust, Incoforex, ect. All these ventures already present over at HYIP.com . And I hope I'm not the only one who noted that every HYIP that made its success outside the gravity of MNO , scams shortly when they decide to be monitored on MNO ? As if they were using MNO service for their mortuary arrangement...

Right now and since several months, it appears evident to me that MNO adopted the worst HYIP selection behavior for the private HYIP investor, putting their personnal interests ( income ) first. Is it working ? yes... Does the crowd realise it ? no... Sad but true.

Well, that has not stoped me from putting money in this investment opportunity and things are my report are looking quite good actually. I'm paid every business day since my registration. In addition, I really like that I can switch on an option that makes my daily earnings go directly to my LibertyReserve account. It's great because I don't have to login and make withdraw requests.

Now, be advised that WDP allow require 48 hours to process any withdraw request. In addition, it seems they are not processing withdrawals on week-ends. For exemple, I was paid my last 3 withdraw requests all at once and it's the same for other forum members here.

All these algorithm claims are always like a bunny taken out of a magician hat.

The ''real-life'' financial market generally behaves according to certain patterns because they are fundamentally based on the same legal principles and all the fields interact with each others. It's not the case with online HYIPs and they need to be human-analysed in order to get the pearl out of the junk.

I'm actually reading a book about statistical thermodynamics versus the economic market behaviors . It's interesting how Algorithms can be good in this field but in my opinion, the HYIP market evolves too fast to be sorted the same way. Just look where we are now comparing to 1-3 years ago.

Zeilster, I would not compound my investment. I never use coumpounding actually as it increases the risk of loosing money, which is already high enough in our industry. Still, this risk is your to take or not.

Alex, I can easily stop to share my opinion on given HYIPs and simply report if I get paid or not. By the way whose imagination have I copied and March not harder on the wallet? Don't you agree that GeniusFunds scammed more people than the average HYIP? Combine that with the monthly scam rate we're used to have, March was definitivly darker in my book. Not counting that the average investment with GF was higher due to the fact that people developped a relation of trust with them through time, as pathetic as it sounds.

Last month have really been hard on the wallet of the common HYIP investors. Some of the HYIPs which had the most member registrations crashed and burned. I don't want to sound poetic, but April marks the beginning of a new overall era in the online HYIP business. Why?

It's long-term programs such as Infinitiva that will take the torch relay. There is a new generation of HYIP leaders the old one being GeniusFunds and Company. I expect that Infinitiva will see a popular sucess through summer. It's time to take some notes here.

AIMtrust pays like a clock works since its launch and provides awesome support. One somehow negative point about their online HYIP is that the investment term lenght is disguised. Their outrageously long holiday list really has an impact. I counted them a couple months ago and I came up with something like 60 if I remember well. All in all, an investor will be able to withdraw is principal after one year or so.

This made me realise there's a reason to party all year long. By the way, it's potato day today here in Canada!

To be really honest with you, I have a bad feeling about those Cyprus lawyers and everything about their proposition to find Legal actions to recover the money lost in GeniusFunds. I know it would be awesome if it could work, but I woudn't count on it. In fact, I've never seen any funds lost in a HYIP venture recovered by the investors .

My opinion about these lawyers proposal is that it's a scam. Pure scam. These guys only want you to send them money and then they'll go away. Don't be fooled twice. One time is enough by GeniusFunds. They even encourage you to spread the message to the most people possible. And you know what? I'm sure these guys never even touched a Law Book in their lives.

There's a point I wanted to bring the last day about IncoForex. I want to know what you think about it:

You must all know that the last weeks were not so good for many HYIP investors due to a lot of very popular programs shutting down. Now we can suppose that these recent famous scams will affect some other HYIPs. People will make connections you know... In my opinion, some old and well performing HYIPs might seriously suffer from these recent scams.

On the other hand, some HYIPs such as IncoForex won't see any consequences of that, except positive.

One of my reader came up to me today and asked about what kind of power we have againts a HYIP that runs out with people money without suffering any consequences. The GeniusFund scenario is a very good exemple. I answered that there's in fact nothing to do, legally or not, as it's like if these administrators are living in a different world as we do. In fact, I told him that's the cruelty of the online HYIP industry and we all experience it at different levels. In the end, this draw the lines between the successful HYIP investors and the others.

On the other hand though, that unethical behavior is somehow the reason why we can receive payouts as huge as 2% daily on our investments. HYIP are not risky for nothing. What do you think about it?

AIMTrust has the potential to stay for a while, you are right. About the Claculator, I suggest you download the Free software from U-Software. I like it because it allows me to easily do the math without going online.

I am actually promoting to start a legal action against Geniusfunds based on the facts that Cyprus is in Europe and in order to register and incorporate a company they must have provided some sort of identity. I do think that this is the only way to try to do something.

The money I invested in Infinitiva brings us back to September 9th 2009. I'm expecting to be able to withdraw my principal amount during April. Among my HYIP experiences, this particular venture has been oustanding from support to DDOS attck surviving, passing by instant payouts.

They are processing my withdraw request in a couple hours. I also contacted support regarding my blog and obtained a reply in less than 1 hour, which I find quite effective.

No surprise WhiteFund is climbing its way pretty fast up HYIP.com rankings.

The risk involved in the HYIP industry is not bigger now simply because GeniusFunds is down, it has always been the same. The problem is people forget about that high risk when they start trusting the HYIP they are involved in. It may in fact be one of the most improtant reasons why some people are losing big amounts in GeniusFunds at the moment. It's sad but it's reality.

Actually I came here as usual because I just noticed my weekly 10% ROI appears in my LibertyReserve account. It usually takes a couple hours before my withdraw requests are processed by the WaterInvestment staff. Two more weeks and I'll be 100% in profit.

Alex is right about WHOIS tools. In fact, I only use it to see when the domain was last updated.

One point I want to mention is that GeniusFunds truly put a lot of HYIP players in profit. I for exemple, still had active investments around one year ago with them.

That in itself is pretty good for a HYIP since a lot of them scam before the first cycle end. Also, keep in mind that I'm far from being the only one who made money with GeniusFunds.

I apologize if this hurts the members who lost. I don't want to be big talking here. It's simply a fact. I wish you all better days.

The problems I experienced with BioTechInvFund started in the night of March 17th. I couldn't access the website at all. On the 19th, I finally could and the admin informed us that the recent DDOS attack was responsible for the problems. The admin now invested in DDOS protection. Still, my withdraw requests were still pending untill yesterday.

Now, the website is running smoothly and all of my pending payouts have reached my LibertyReserve account. BioTechFund have dealt with the situation and that's what really counts. How many HYIP runs away after their first DDOS attack?

At the moment I'm 70% ROI and counting.

Hello guys,

I've been experiencing some problem with this HYIP with my withdraw request. The server can't process , informing me that my LR account number is missing in their data. It is not missing and when I re-enter it, they send an activation link to comfirm the changes in my account but this link won't work.

I'm presently waiting for my ticket to be answered byt their support staff.

BioTechInvFund as been paying instantly since launch. Also, some members seem to not experience the same problem as I do. Which is encouraging.

Let's see what happens with my issue...

Unforunatly, Time&Chance just posted an accurate comment...but in my opinion, this kind of ''truth'' about HYIPs is not all good to publish on a high-traffic forum like HYIP community.At least, I always have been very hesitative doing so...
Especially when problems could be solved; yes, there are some chances...

Don't get me wrong here: my goal is also to help decrease the amount of people loosing their money in HYIPs. My point is that I find very delicate this kind of situation when a HYIP is experiencing problems. In that precise scenario, the objective is to minimize damages to the investors' wallet.

That said, posting explicite comments about ''worst case scenarios'' is not helping the situation to re-align nor the investors to get a couple more withdrawals in the if the worst does happen. Sure, forum posts do not have all the weight in the balance when it comes to a HYIP longevity but still, it weights .

Now, for the benefits brought by posts like the by Time&Chance's have a very positive incidence : people wondering whether to invest or not in the particular HYIP ( say GeniusFunds )now really have something to think about...

I think Alex's intentions are good Koopsta. Of course, I have some reserves...

His ''Quality vs Quantity'' initiative is good at the basis. The thing is you can't ask any monitor or private investor to be 100% reliable in their HYIP recommendations. When Alex deny a listing or say he do not recommend to invest in the venture, it's false to immediatly conclude that this HYIP will fall the next week or month. It could well last for a very long time actually. In the same line of thoughts, programs he accepts to monitor and recommend investments today could well scam next week ( bigbudget).

Now, the difference between a private investor like me not recommending a HYIP on my blog and Alex doing the same on HYIP.com is very huge: I welcome a handful of visitors everyday and Alex has thousands.

The point I want to stress is that Alex recommending a HYIP or not will inevitably influence some payers in this HYIP community. I'm sure about that . Someone disagree? Consequently, the pointed HYIP will have more investors or less whether or not its listing is accepted on HYIP.com. This was not the case before as such measures was not shared. Now can that have an impact of the given HYIP success or longetivity? It's hard to give a straight answer to that question...Time will tell.

To conclude, as far as I know, HYIP.com is the only big monitor to provide informations on reasons listings denial; I like that move from Alex. Will it really help us, private investors, to make more profits? I wonder...

I would be pretty incomfortable with a GeniusFund investment at the moment. Even more if I couldn't withdraw my marbles even by paying a penality fee.

In my book, this HYIP have good chances of ending March being the best new HYIP option of the month. From security to plans, to advertising campain. I'm not explicitly refering here to it not using MNO services but more on the slowgrowth approach to it. I think when managed well, investment bonus promotion is a good promotion choice. In addition they are way more welcome in the early stages of a HYIP than when the HYIP have been online for a while. What do you think?

I just noticed that I received the money I requested this morning from WaterInvestment.net, so I came here to inform you guys ( or maybe Sunsurfer2 is the only one visiting this forum topic hahaha). I think it's good for me anyway as it's like an interactive version of my offline book-keeping; Sort of... Plus I hate those forum full of batch numbers and paid posters displaying nothing else; nothing to think about.

But if someone DO visit this place here, I find it relevant this week ( as this HYIP is 2 months old ) to discuss about fast growth or heavy traffic to a program and the consequences it may bring. Why? Because it's particuliarly the case for Waterinvestment.net don't you think? Well........... You haven't noticed it yet?!

It's probably one of the most BIG-TIME advertised venture over the network of the HYIP industry today, and it really shows through Alexa. In fact, and this is troubling somehow, HYIP.com might well be the only monitor not featuring one of there banner and to deny them. Anyway, How huge their advertising budget can possibly be? How does that affect the players' profit?

I've seen alot of fast growing opportunities and it seemed to be a cause for Crashing. Even, Alot of major and long lasting HYIPs are Crashing the sameway when they attain the Internet Reach of our program here. I'm eager to see ( should I really be ) the futur of Waterinvest.net, as it is really unique in its whole ( plans VS advertising campain, website quality, story, etc )

Let's share our thoughts on Waterinvestment particular case.

For today, I think I'll make it a habbit to come and post a weekly report about this Waterinvestment opportunity. I think this is and even greater idea since it's not monitored on HYIP.com .

So Yes I was paid today 10% ROI to my LibertyReserve account today. It makes 30% Return On Investment for me now (around 42% counting the RefBack I had ).
Apart of that, I've been following the program growth on Alexa.com over the last 2 weeks ; you'll agree it's obviously gaining in popularity and that's good for the lifetime. What do you think about this popularity?

Another point I wanted to stress is the fact the admin bought the most expensive add on Money-News-Online.com, in the middle of last week, right above the 2 Panamoney.net ones. For what it's worth, MNO even informs us that Waterinvestment.net spent $8000 to keep this top advertisement spot untill august. Now this is really interesting since HYIP.com states that this practice is a BIG NONO! as to invest in a venture doing so. I think it adds up to the fun if waterinvestment.net actually put me in profit, which most factors make me confident it will. Well, it just better to be positive don't you think? hehehe

The bigger you are, the bigger your influence on others . Why? It's natural:
One is not Goliath by self-proclaiming it; he attains this notoriety because others are according it to him and his achievments. Why MNO and Hyip.com and GoldPoll are better established than the majority among our industry ?

Now Goliath was beaten with a little rock thrown into his face right? hehe :D ( Was it loyal from David though? poor Goliath... he sure learned how to throw rocks too afterwards... ) hahaha Now laughs apart...

Both of you guys ( MNO.com and HYIP.com ) will more and more have a different influence among investors in the futur if you continue with your new politic. That's what you want to achieve right?: separate your line of thought the clearest possible from MNO's. The thing is there will inevitably be situation where you'll both be on the same wave lenght. Why setting apart in any way? Why not say in chorus that this particualr HYIP is awesome ? It reminds me a politicien who fundamently agrees with the other government side on an issue but HAS to disagree to follow his own party line... this is just wrong don't you think?

OK I know I'm getting things in deep but we're talking about choosing the right HYIP here, which is fundamental in the small players business like me. I mean, us who do not generate any or little profits from reffering others like HYIP.com or MNO.com do. It's because of us you guys can get a nice BMW ;-) Not that I'm not getting one but you see my point. hehehe

To conclude, what strikes me now is to compare which one between you two will get the best program in your campain. Respectivly, whose most adverstised HYIP will eventually give the best results? Right now, I will track fxstar for MNO and Atoxfinance for HYIP.com. And by the way, I agree that right now, MNO tends to advertise more cheap ( not proven ) programs that you do on HYIP. I don't know if it's a concidence or awanted practice though...

Just to tell you that I finally decided to join Waterinvestment.net

They paid me twice so far and fast enough. The money is credited in my account every monday and that the same for every member.

If you decide to invest, I suggest you invest on a sunday ( that's what I did ) . This way, you will be paid 10% of your investment very fast ( the next day you deposited as it will be a monday ). It jump started my investment.

Anyway, so far so good with this one.

And Finally if you allow me, I see a funny allusion to the cold war when Russia and the USA were the two big powers of the world, one controlling the orient and the other, the occident. I've been shopping for a HYIP these last weeks and it appeared to me that the option brought by waterinvestment.net demarked itself. What do you think?

I don't know why but they tend to remind me the days of seamlessprofitable... Still, that is just an impression and not so good in the long run if you recall... anyway

I also remarked that more an more new HYIP admins give their program an original niche concept; in this case water. Those admins must be aware that some investors are tired of the good ol' forex trading approach. But what do you think about that? Will it work in the case of Waterinvestment? I thought it wouldn't work for RichAlien crazy niche but a profit could sur have been made for some of us... So why not with a more realistic one...

Finaly, do you think it's a good sing when a new HYIP like waterinvestment is promoting so heavily through the industry network? Promoting is essential but it sometimes is a practice for fast admins who just want a quick venture. Nevertheless, TOpFinancial was promoting ( and still is ) everywhere in it's beginnings like WATerinvestment is doing and is an awesome program .

Yes indeed, it's finished. Sorry if you had big losses. I personally was just on the line (90% ROI) to clear a profit. I made a mistake re-investing on the 21st into RG. It happens you know... Now, that's when a well balanced portfolio feels like a hot chocolate ;-)

To summarize, I would say it was a nice and different HYIP but with the same lifespan of the classic ones. More importantly, and to open discussion, I would even go on the feeling I have about investors behavior in general. I think that the HYIP investor of 2009 is really promoting ''quick-burners'' by shifting their money very quickly from one NEW hyip to another new.

At the stage we are presently, what my little fingers tells me about Seamlessprofitable is it's going to reach the 60 days. But who cares about my little finger, really? hahaha Me!

No seriously I consider more determinant factors ( not talking of the overall quality and rarity of the website) that leads me to this 60 days :

1) Rarity of presentation : This HYiP have been presented to us by the admin exactly like what actually is a HYiP : a game. It may sound awkward but I like this honesty, which doesn't run the streets in our business. For the past weeks, they've improved their system and the announced upgrades ( if realised) will get even more attention from investors.

2) Quality of Advertising campain Well that's hot it is. They've rocket launched as one might say. In addition, their in a spirit of confidence from all Major players to this investment option. This is good.

3) I just read a recent update from the admin informing us they are adjusting the plans. In my opinion, this is a very nice move from the management and alot more ( if not all ) HYIP would last longer by making the point on the situation, say every month, and then rectify the shot for better longevity. An other program I announcing this is ShiftMoney. Anyway, I like this attitude from admin.

Now, SeamlessProfitable Achilles' heels reside in the lack of choice for payment processor. I know some of us who would like using their ''X'' e-currency account instead of LR. In another way though, using LibertyReserve or PerfectMoney makes their very nice instant withdrawal feature possible. Still, I'm sure some of you guys would trade this feature to be able to use another payment processor.

To conclude...
If I was a new potential investor ( october 25th ), I would be comfortable to invest my money before we reach mid-november. We will then be able to see what more can be taken out of this one.

And as an investor, I always had success jumping into programs that offered that little something else. It's proven that us Human are attracted instinctivly to that green apple among red if you know what I mean. So many HYIPs looks and works the same. I think statistic are on the side of this Seamlessprofitable, and that's what I need to earn. Don't you? h?h?h? Anyway that was me taking HYIP and philosophy together ;-)

I like the freshness of the scipt and the fact that Mr. Goldberg doesn't take us for idiots. By this I mean he's clear on the fact that it's a game, unlike all other HYIP pretending making most of their money out of re-investing investor's funds.

I included Seamlessprofitable in my portfolio on october 1st with $100. and they have kept their word since then, paying me around 6% ROI every day.

The payouts are confusing at first. But the founder and admin ( David Goldberg ) told me he was working on that...For now,
