Alex, Do you have a rating for GONE? Genius Funds are no longer a PROBLEM, they have taken the $ and fled like a thief in the night. I, like many others have profited greatly from GF but it still leaves a bad taste in your mouth when you have referred friends and family to invest and they lose money. As for me, GF is a closed chapter! After seeing the signs, unfulfilled payouts, DDOS attack, website down, false promises, returned emails, support discontinued, phones disconnected, website closed, we finally all understand that they are gone. These were all stalling tactics so they could pack up and move and wouldn't be harrassed by the public. They tried to continue by offering a Premium Service for $200,000 and above but evidently weren't successful with that so they offered the new WBMS fund for deposits of NEW MONEY of $2000 and above. Experienced HYIP investors knew something wasn't right, the email that was mistakenly sent to everyone, c'mon we aren't that stupid are we? Oh well there are several programs running that I am heavily invested in with "GF" money but they will soon leave us, they always do, just get your money out as soon as you can because they WILL ALL CLOSE EVENTUALLY! Goodbye Genius Funds you thieving BA$---DS!!

Hello All, I think we all need to wait until Monday when statements come out before we throw Genius Funds under the bus. I do believe they have earned our trust, I know they have mine. Let's enjoy this wonderful Sunday and wait until they have a chance to fix whatever attack has happened to there great company. Vicious attacks are not helpful especially for the long term survival of any business, there will be time for accusations and finger pointing at a later date so all of the naysayers will have there chance. Hello All, I logged into my account today and read this news from Genius Funds.

"An e-mail was sent yesterday from our servers advising of a new investment fund being offered selectively to private clients. Unfortunately, a technical problem caused the e-mail to be sent to all our investors. After the meeting of the board of directors, it was decided to offer the new fund publicly to all investors and not selectively. Therefore this fund is now available for purchase by all investors that hold an account with us."

Am I the only one that has an uneasy feeling about the strange email that we received from Michalis Constandines, then a recanting email saying it was sent in error and now it's being offered to everyone. Is it a ploy to entice new funds? I hope not! I have always been paid by GF and hope that I will continue to be but I have an uneasy feeling about the strange actions as of late. I have a large pending withdrawal for the first time. I hope everything is back to normal soon, I would love to invest in the new fund but will wait until I feel more comfortable. As for me I will continue on as before, I think it is isolated to British Columbia. I like the statement posted by Alex:

"We are currently in process of registering with SEC, but even without registration, our affiliates in the US are monitored and we make sure that they do not violate US laws."

I don't know about you but this brings me comfort in the fact that they are trying to abide by SEC regulations. It proves to me that they are a legitimate business, which I have believed they were all along. Let's all stop the rumors that are floating ALL OVER the internet. profitc, Support was correct each deposit runs for 150 days. You can have multiple deposits and each will run concurrently, they are not combined together. Each deposit has it's own maturity date. If you look under your "active investments" it will tell you how many days have expired and how many days remain before maturity. I hope this helps. Papaw

neroflick, My funds are doing that at the present time. When I want to withdraw money I just change my compounding but you can't change it but once per week. I have not sold shares yet, I have just withdrawn dividends. I do believe if you set your compounding at 0% and earn for instance $500 and you withdraw $250 and redeposit the other $250, that money will have to go through the No Sale Period again. I am unsure of this statement but I believe that is how it works. Perhaps time & chance has a better understanding of how it operates. Later Papaw

Hello buch, I have been with GF for over 1 year and am invested in both funds. I didn't invest in GF to collect a daily or weekly dividend, I set my compounding on 100% and did not change it until my initial investment matured. My thoughts when I invested were start with a lower initial deposit and let my balance grow versus starting with a larger initial deposit and take a weekly payout. Both plans work but I feel my way limits my vulnerability to dishonest administrations. The larger deposit has you in premium shares quicker but it also leaves you vulnerable if the program closed. Always remember it just takes a few more weeks to reach your goal. I do feel GF is the strongest investment on the internet today, there are way more positives than negatives. Yes! If you use 100% it leaves it in your 'Total value of shares available for immediate redemption', if you use 50% it puts half in your cash balance and the other in 'Total value of shares available for immediate redemption'. If you withdraw part of your profits and redeposit at a later date, those funds I believe have to go through the "No Sale Period" again. Papaw

Any amount which is NOT invested, that not tied in, does not earn. So you need to either withdraw or re-invest. Why would you take the third option of leaving it just there.

I deposited $2,000 and set my compounding at 100% in early 2009, when my first investment matured I withdrew my original deposit and reinvested the balance. Ikariux, If anyone on here gives you their thoughts on how long a HYIP will exist, it will just be a guess. In the world of HYIP's it is almost impossible to predict how long any of these programs will last. Genius Funds is not your normal HYIP, most programs don't last this long. If you scroll through the list of HYIP's, check the lifetime of most of the programs and you will see that Genius is truly #1. Trust your own instinct's, if you think it will last a while longer then set your compounding at 100%, if you are wanting your account balance to grow but you want part of our investment back, then set it at 50% if you just want to get your initial investment back set it at 0%. Always remember, never invest more money than you can afford to lose! I hope this helps. Papaw

Hello Tent, The last payout that I received was from a weekly payout. I do still have a substantial amount invested in GNI but haven't tried to withdraw since Christmas because I'm letting my account grow to try and reach the 7.5% level which requires a $21k investment. I guess from some of the feedback that I have been reading on several forums that I should send in a support ticket and see what the GNI status is? To date I have been paid on every withdrawal request and in a timely manner but I do know that past performance does not dictate future performance. There was an attack on GNI last year and I withdrew every deposit, after 2 weeks things seemed to settle down and I redeposited and things have ran smoothly ever since. HYIPMENTOR, I too believe GeniusFunds is a sound investment. I also thought Stoic,Novalex, Youmilex etc. were sound investments also. I do think it is good to recoup capital from an investment plus funds that you have lost on other programs though. Being overzealous sometimes causes you invest without doing proper research. In hindsight I wish I had started with a larger investment in GeniusFunds and PanaMoney usually past experience causes people to "pull back" after you have been stung from other investments. I started with a medium sized investment in each fund and have been pleasantly surprised with the performance of both. I did set my investments at 100% compound and have never regretted it but how large do you let your account grow before you start taking dividends $10k, $20k, $30k? Everyone needs to be patient, although sometimes it is hard, geniusfunds will help us all prosper along with some other nice programs listed on HYIP.com so be happy with the progress we have made in 2009 and look forward to a GREAT 2010! Everest, I just renewed 2 different accounts with GeniusFunds. I am trying to let all of my accounts grow again until they reach PREMIUM Shares. I have already withdrawn 5 figures once and will set all of my accounts to 50% reinvest when they both reach $10K again. When you reach premium shares the EMGF fund actually grows faster than the WBMF fund if you use 100% reinvest. Just my thoughts! Papaw

Investor42, I have been with GeniusFunds for quite some time now and started with an investment of $500 and set my compounding at 100%. I have since grown my investment to Premium Shares and have been rewarded handsomely for my trust in this great program. I do not recommend doing that with every HYIP that becomes available though. You can scroll through the list of investments listed on this forum and find programs that you like and go to the discussion page and read posts about experiences of some of the seasoned investors here. You will be able to figure out who the seasoned investors are. For the most part everyone on here will give you an honest opinion of what they think about a particular program. Several members here have their own blogs which provide valuable dialogue, many will let you email them about other programs that they are invested in. Always remember that just because someone was successful in a program does not mean that it will continue, HYIP's disappear daily without warning. So be careful and enter at your own risk! Hello All, Why would you judge a program if you have no investment with them? I have investment's with GNI and WILL continue to have money in this program. I would not invest in any program that I did not feel comfortable with nor should anyone else. I would not tell you not to invest if I had NO proof of any indiscretion with any program that you were invested in. I have received a weekly payout from GNI for the last 30 weeks without fail and I feel that I will continue to do so. The same donation issue came up last year without incident and they have NEVER failed to pay me! I agree with TH wholeheartedly, GNI should be listed as paying because they ARE PAYING unlike other programs on this forum. Alex is doing a great service for all of us by providing a place that like minded people can share their thoughts whether we agree or not but I personally feel that GoldNuggetInvest and GeniusFunds are the most stable HYIP's available. Hello All, I have been with GNI for 14 months and this was presented to members last year. It is not mandatory, charitable giving is never mandatory it is at your descretion. I would think if you were in profit as I am you would give to an organization in your community, not give the money to a HYIP to hope they distribute the GIFT accordingly. GNI is very sound , they just spent money to change to a new script why would they do that if they we in trouble? I have grown my investment to 5 figures and plan to continue taking part of my profit and reinvesting the rest until I reach the 7.5% level then I will take a weekly profit of $1575. Ces0607, If you are new to HYIP investing try to stay away from programs that offer a high referral fee. These programs generally don't stay around for very long. Always check programs out before investing. Get on Hyip monitors and see what experienced investors are saying about a program before investing. There are several members on these forums that I trust, by reading and researching you will be able to figure out who these people are. By listening to these members you will be able to access many years of knowledge just by being a member to this invaluable forum. Burst, I never invested in Oilmongers because they would never reply to support tickets. That was an early warning sign for me not to invest. It seemed that they were more worried about their ranking than taking care of their potential investors. With the HYIP's that we have all had the misfortune of being scammed by, it is good to hear that there are honest programs still available. Hello All, I have only been in Genius Funds for a few weeks and have noticed that I only get paid for the WBMF fund on Mondays. Is this normal procedure? I am paid on the EMGF fund for 4 days per week. Is this standard procedure? Surely every Monday is not a holiday for the EMGF fund. Papaw

Hello All, One week with a pending amount of over $700. I have always tried to defend Youmilex but now there is no response from support tickets. Tradelite EkoFunds BamaInvest etc. when will it stop? How do we keep these CRIMINALS off the internet? If they aren't paying then their website should be suspended so they can't solicit other people to invest in their fraudulent company. Hello All, We all need to calm down. Go to "Terms" on the Youmilex webpage and read item number 8, do not send in negative posts to public forums without contacting administration first. Ask yourself, have I sent in a support ticket asking why I haven't received my payout? Have they not responded to my support ticket? Is it past 24hrs? Have you always been paid in a timely manner before? I have received over 20 payouts from Youmilex and have one pending now for over $700, let's give them the option to explain why all of our payouts are pending before we go into mass hysteria. If administration doesn't respond to our support tickets with an explanation why our contracts aren't being paid, then we should "let the world know" that there are problems with their program. Hello All, What a surprise, I logged into my MutualForex acct this morning and noticed that I was credited with deposits from the holidays. MFF had sent out an email saying they would be off for the holidays and would resume work on Jan. 5. But when I checked my acct I was paid for every business day even during their timeoff. Mr. Watch, Thanks for your interest in this program. At this time, we no longer need your help. Youmilex is a wonderful program with honest administration. I have been paid on 15 expired contracts, will receive another one tomorrow. I have received several hundred dollars in referral fees that I have already collected along with over 250% profit. Youmilex may disappear as have several other HYIP's but they sure seem to be functioning like a well oiled machine. That could all change at a moments notice but we are all aware of the volatility of high interest investments. Thank you for your interest in this site but there are several other HYIP monitors that you could have fun with. Hello All, I am confused. Youmilex is making all of their payouts, they have listened to their members and adjusted our accounts so we don't have to pay processor fees and their ranking drops. It seems a little perplexing that other HYIP's are not paying, you can't access their site and they are still ranked ahead of Youmilex. Hi All, I sent in a support ticket today asking about commission's from automatic renewals. Youmilex responded promptly! To receive your commission's you will need to send in a support ticket, at that time they will manually post your commission. Go to your referral page and keep track of it manually, then send in the support ticket when they renew and they will pay your accordingly. Happy Investing and Happy Holidays!!! Papaw

Why Not, Each unit cost's $5, for each unit you will make 25% for ten days. For example if you deposit $100 you will profit $25 for a total of $125 for ten days. Hope this helps. Papaw

Hello All, I received a news flash from youmilex. We are now able to reinvest from an available balance. Send a support ticket before your deposit expires stating how much of your payout you would like to reinvest. Don't forget that your deposit has to be a multiple of $5. The difference will be moved to your account balance which you can withdraw at anytime, this should help all of us with the processor fees. Hope this helps. papaw
