I agree with everything glo and papalodell said. The one addition to glo's remark is to remember not to invest more than you can afford to lose. Also remember that with Stoic, you can only INCREASE the compounding function - you can't DECREASE it. In other words, don't start at 100% compounding unless you intend on leaving your money for 190 business days!

I totally agree with all of you gentlemen, something is not right and/or SAFE with LR. I was hoping it was only me with a malicious phishing website but it looks like a deeper problem.
Once I reach the $1000 again (hopefully before January 31 for the christmas plan), I will exchange them into PerfectMoney before investing with STOIC since it is a 190 days investment,
who knows where LR will be in 9 months...
I've noticed that STOIC has extended their representatives with more countries... very nice for all of us!

Warning!!

Today, I was going to post my satisfaction with CENTFUSION but...

Something is not right here...
They must have a glitch in their payment process because I did not receive my withdrawal request made at 3am PCT...
I noticed:
- I'm not the only one
- that the amount can be small or big
and since I have always been paid within few hours and some have been paid after my request, I think it must be a bug or something!??
It was my 3rd round and I was waiting for my 3rd and last payment.

I'm still waiting for an answer of my email...

So let's see how it goes before jumping to the usual conclusion and hold on before investing with them until problem is solved!

About security, if your computer is protected like you describe (this is a very good setup), most likely you got into one of those phishing websites (similar looking domain name, with the same graphics), which collected your login info directly. There was an accident about this reported recently.

I did not want to bother people with my problem, the only one who knew and try to give me good advice/wisdom was PROOF.
I was shocked for 5 mn and then decided to move on because it is a strange game this online hyip business and I live in Las Vegas so this is kind of "gambling"... and I knew nothing could be done, even after an email to LR that waited 2 very long days to be answered! lol

Facts:
- after the $5 transaction, I recieved an instant email from LR and less than 5 sec after, another one from LR confirming the 2nd transaction (nothing writen on the "memo"). (Still don't remember the website name!?).
- my winXP is always up to date, anti-virus, anti-spyware, firewall too
- I never click on email links or download/open email attachment, I'm not a newbie
- I ran the anti-virus/anti-spyware/CrapCleaner scan, nothing
- I use the latest firefox
- I always copy and paste login and paswords
- I always do a manual update of anti-virus/anti-spyware before investing

It happened from the website I was investing, I THINK, some kind of double use of my LR authorization... I don't see other explanation.
Therefore, I blame LR to allow this kind of security breach but ALSO their lack of concern AND reaction to the problem!! They could have blocked that sum on the other LR account?? and ask more info about that transaction...
and they don't seem to have corrected the problem either... we are not talking about $4 here...

There is no rush of course, and we are collecting common questions about compounding plan, prior to putting together related common "knowledge base' items. We will probably draw some sort of an example table to demonstrate what can be achieved with compounding plan under which conditions.
When estimating the returns with compounding plan, please keep in mind that principal is included in earnings, therefore, compounding rate of 100 % should not be used forever and must be decreased at some point, so that earnings start accumulating as profit on account balance, not as ever increasing principal.
If not sure, it is better to use regular plan, where compounding can be done manually and user would have full control over reinvested portion at all times. Compounding plan WILL yield more due to higher daily rate, but it will happen over longer period of time.

P.S. Goldpoll has fake votes at the moment due to extortion we do not accept. It happened before, it is not the first time this happens, and nd we expect those to be removed, once admin over there receives our complaint.

I had the same "problem" with LR in december but I lost $4435 (yes, you read right!!) just after making a $5 payment! and they did answer me that it was a hacker etc...
I wrote them I understand hackers but their security is crap because there is no way I can physically do 2 payments in a row in less than 5 sec so they should have had a warning system to put the money on hold, send me a transaction/confirmation email... but no answer of course...
I was reaching the $5000 marks to invest with Stoic...

All above advices are the good one! I trust the veterans!

I will use StrictPay when it is possible and will look into PM too. Plus StrictPay offer a Debit Card...!

But since many programs use only LR, I have 2 LR accounts, one as "the safe" (never in contact with exterior) and one as "the door" which make/receive payments only.
So when I make an investment, I only transfer the exact sum from Safe to Door and when I receive payments, transfer them back to Safe, even if I have to pay the fees.
The main reason to do that is my money was stolen 5 sec after I made the $5 investment... that way, if it happens again, the "Door" account is already empty!!

that is not correct. when they say the principle is included, they mean that it is ALREADY included in the interest rate of 4.24%.

so an investment of 100 would yield a grand total of 127.20 after 6 weeks. they are not going to throw in an extra hundred bucks, because you have already received it within the 4.24% daily interest rate.

so if you wanna see substantial returns from ur invest you gotta come high.

an investment of 100.00 would yield $4.24 daily x 30 Business days.

Will wait few days to see what's going on!...

and I found that $800 would give with their 30d-4.5%-daily-compounding-plan $2,196.25 (=275%!!). Again, I'm not sure I'm right on this one, seems high return compare to the normal one...
also why the admin don't just post an example with an investment of $100 or $1000 on their "Knowledge Base" when both plan mature!??

For the daily 30 days plan at 4% and $4.2% ($10 to $10K), with what sum is it 4% or 4.2%??
and what would be the total at the end of the 30 business day since the capital is included for let say:
$100
or
$1000
ex: for $100 = 30 business day x 4% = $120 + $100 capital = $220/30days = $7.33/day for 30 business day!??
Am I right or wrong?

Here is my exp with this one:

Invest 1:
I've invested $50 2 days ago and got back directly in my LR account yesterday and today:
$26.5 at 11/11/2008 17:18 (their time)
$26.5 at 11/12/2008 16:01 (their time)
Result: 26.5x2=53 and 53-50(initial investment)= +$3 (=106%)

Invest 2:
I've invested $300 yesterday and got back directly in my LR account today:
$162 at 11/12/2008 16:02 (their time)
Tomorrow, if the $162 shows up, result will be:
162x2=324 and 324-300(initial investment)= +$24 (=108%)

I just tried this one:
Might Trade running 19 days so far, server in Columbus, Ohio USA.

Nov 6 = $50 (in Liberty Reserve invested for 7 days at 18%/d)
Nov 7 = $9 (profit, not compounded)
Nov 8 = $9 (profit, withdraw of $13 instant!)

It was directly deposited in my LR account once I pressed "submit", no pending!!
Very nice!
