For the past week, if I log on via Firefox, the site kicks me out after 30 seconds. However, if I log on via IE, I can cruise the site no problem. Now as of today, they have a new captcha and I can access the site via Firefox without a problem. Perhaps a Goldpoll DDoS issue they were resolving. Gonna invest and update.

They show I was paid $1328, however LR doesn't agree.

I have made a withdraw request 5x and have sent 4 support tickets with no response or payment. So, based on what you say "admin", I'm a dishonest investor? Only honest investors get paid? As soon as I'm done writing this, I'm gonna check my plusinv.com account. I will guarantee that my withdraw request has been canceled. I will ask for my money, that was due to me on the 26th, yet again. So admin... it's on you! I would be happy to send a copy of each the emails you have sent me confirming my request, as well as a screen shot of my "your account" page.

So Bulow has "altered" their plans to 75 days and bumped the percentage up 1/10th yesterday. I have a plan that matured today the 22nd, however, it appears that my initial investment, is by default, now in a 75 day plan. I was paid the slightly higher rate which I pulled via LR this evening. OK.... so as it turns out, I am the ass here. Genius was looking after my security. They responded to all of my queries, it was my email blocking them for some reason. Here is the email I received from Genius, thanx to laezin, on my problem.

If I don't input anything, I get an error message. Perhaps I am just stupid. I have sold shares several times and have never been asked for this. I am now going on 5 days and 5 support tickets with ZERO response from support. Spoke with phone support again tonight and was told that my query was forwarded and I just need to wait. The thing I find to be funny is that phone support has never asked me for my TPIN!...... haha! So phone support doesn't require a Telephone PIN, however selling shares does....... who wooda thunk'it!

Got through to Genius via phone..... they actually do answer! Was instructed to contact email support. Now comes the waiting again.

Genius admin help please! I tried to sell some shares two days ago and was asked for a TPIN. This was the first time I have been asked for this and I don't remember any updates from Genius regarding it. After 3 failed attempts of inputting my TPIN my account was locked. I have sent 3 support tickets, called the 2 phone numbers countless times which are dead ends and now 24 online support if "offline" (first time I have ever seen that with Genius). Piggyback would like to post that Genius is so far the best fund I've been in. My plan matured last week. Started with 800 at 100% compounding (I know... risky) and ended with over 4200. I even let it go about 4 days longer and they kept paying me. Withdrew 2500 late last night and was in my LR when I woke up. I'm gonna go back to sleep and see if they give more when I wake up again.
