Been with this program from early October (soon after program opened). Payouts have always been instant to LR until now. The last few days requests have gone to pending, some cancelled, some still pending.

Never a good sign when I program:

1) introduces an extremely high paying plan with a high minimum - usually means they need funds quickly to pay older members, or as a last ditch effort to get money and run

2) stops instant payouts after being instant for so long.

I'm still consistently paid by GOB. It sometimes takes 3 or 4 days to get my payments. (Check the confirmation e-mail they sent you when you requested your payout - it explains that there are delays.)

Sorry, not buying it. If it is due to Forex market changes, then the rates at all levels of investment should go down. In addition, forex market profits depend upon the trades made, NOT the absolute value of the currencies. At the very least, the plan should be advertised as "Up To 2.5% daily", rather than being advertised as a fixed interest rate of 2.5%.

Yes - all getting paid.

HOWEVER! Not cool to decrease the rates without announcing such changes first. Signed up for 2.5% daily, now down to 1.1% daily payments.

I realize that the TOS (as with any HYIP) state that you can change the rules or rates at any time. Obviously, nothing I can do about that.

BUT, I have never seen this done by an HYIP without announcing it first.

You would do well to communicate better with members - otherwise you will have difficulties maintaining your program.

Ok, i dont invest in hyip's anymore, they are all ticking time bombs. There is only way to play the game and that is get your money in and principal out as fast as you can. If you can compound, do it. When your principal is acheived withdraw it and move to the next hyip. I personally trade forex and make good money at it, but its not easy. Most of these companies are either scams or they dont know how to invest. There is a reason why you havent seen any of these programs around for more than a year. Also if you see anything with panama in it, dont walk, run away

Frank - remember that Alex states that every program monitored by MNO will fail. Since all HYIPs fail, he/she will NEVER be wrong! You will eventually lose a beer or two! :)

Wow, Alex. You really like to "kick 'em when they're down". Not sure how his approach was "last decade", nor did I see any "acts of desperation", nor was this a "premature death of barely born" (the program lasted 6 months). Seems he took quite a different approach than his cohorts - even refunding a good portion of the money (at least for me). More than I can say for pretty much all other HYIPs that disappear, whether monitored by MNO or HYIP.com! You've had it in for this program, and any others monitored by MNO, from the beginning.

But you obviously are entitled to your opinion. And since all HYIPs fail eventually, you will NEVER be wrong! Kudos.

The first two truly make me laugh... I know you said no negativity - sorry. But I truly think it funny that people still believe those lines.

I'm sorry, but your assumption that "there is a real bank account behind every e-currency transaction" is just flatly wrong. An e-currency account can be opened, funded, and withdrawn from without any bank account. And if you think you can trace where an e-currency sends the check good luck! It is easy for an admin to open a Strictpay account, for example, get it verified by giving their REAL INFORMATION, open an LR account using fake information. Then, when you send your money to their LR account, they use an automated exchanger to change to Strictpay. You have NO WAY of tracing where that money went, since LR is not going to give that info up. And the admin, with a legitimate SP account, gets away with your money.

A quick explanation of some of my comments:

My comment about "Paul was right about Genius" was directed at one of the reader's comments above, NOT at you, Alex. The reader stated that he/she couldn't understand why Paul was "persistently attacking Genius". Now, he/she knows why.

With regard to Alexa rankings, I know the alexa "number" can be falsely lowered. My point was that admins might use the remaining alexa info to figure out where to list.

Having the "I told you so" factor available is something you are guilty of here as well, Alex. When a program lists with MNO and then fails, as they ALL WILL EVENTUALLY DO, then you can say "I told you so".

Attacking the fact that MNO doesn't allow for discussion of readers is like attacking McDonald's for not serving sushi. MNO is a blog. A blog is somebody's written ideas about a topic. Paul has never presented his monitor as a discussion forum. HYIP.com is NOT a blog, it is a discussion forum and monitor.

All I'm saying, with all this, is your predictions that MNO is a negative indicator is a "self-fulfilled prophecy". You will ALWAYS be correct because HYIPs will ALWAYS fail, regardless of who they list with. That makes you just as guilty of using the "I told you so" as Paul.

Wow - no comments and already a problem on HYIP.com. Must be because the program was downgraded due to listing with MNO, and the admin decided not to pay for a downgraded listing.

For anybody reading this who ONLY reads HYIP.com, you all should know that XZFinance, as of right now, is paying me daily and I'm already in profit. Though it is a short term program and therefore very high risk, those who got in early are now in profit. It is also listed on EVERY OTHER MONITOR as paying. Since this is the case, I can only assume that the reason for the negative rating here is as I stated in my first paragraph.

Sorry Alex, but if you have a problem with programs listing with MNO, you should return the monitoring money to the admin and list the program as not-monitored - or if you want to be more specific, "not monitored due to MNO listing".

Your quality initiative has the right idea. What is going to happen though is readers are going to start assuming, as I have, that your negative listings are solely due to MNO listing. This devalues your ratings. And I know several HYIP.com fans who feel as I do and have started to rely more on other listings.

Guess Paul was right about Genius, huh?

The fact is, all HYIPs will end sooner or later. Genius lasted (to my knowledge) over a year and a half. It made a lot of people a lot of money, and it took a lot of money from a lot of people in the end. That is the nature of HYIPs. Who WASN'T confused by Genius in its last days? MNO was just stating what many were thinking.

Everybody needs to stop thinking of HYIPs as serious investments, and start thinking of them as a game. I think Alex has forgotten this with his/her war on MNO. Here are the facts:

1. The goal of an HYIP is to make money for it's administrator. If investors make money too, that's a bonus.

2. The decision which monitors an HYIP uses is a business decision. The more, the better. Both HYIP.com and MNO have among the lowest alexa rankings (lower is better, for the uninformed) among the monitors out there. If a program administrator wants the most bang for his buck, he's going to go with these monitors. Regardless, there are "players" out there who use MNO exclusively, and HYIP.com exclusively. Why should an admin of a program ignore either of these groups?

3. All HYIPs will fail, regardless of which monitors they list with.

4. Saying that listing with a particular monitor is a "negative" sign for HYIPs, as Alex has done with MNO, is ridiculous. Listing with ANY monitor can be considered a negative sign since ALL HYIPs will fail at some point. I can name numerous HYIPs that were listed with HYIP.com (who I've been reading for 2 years now) that failed almost immediately, as well as those that lasted over a year!

5. Multiple programs listed with MNO have lasted a very long time. Genius is one, GNI was another, Stoic (if I remember correctly) to name just a few. If MNO is such a "negative" indicator, explain the success of these programs.

I think Alex has a good premise in the "Quality vs. Quantity" initiative. Proven negative signs should be used (such as extremely high returns, for example), as well as proven positive ones (large amounts of money spent by the admin). Listing with MNO, unless it CONSISTENTLY indicates failure of a program within a short amount of time after listing, cannot be used for this. If Alex has data that proves this (give me program names, dates they listed with MNO, and then failure dates) then I'd like to see it. But I'd venture to say that just as many programs that have been listed with MNO have been successful for 3 months or more, as those that have listed with HYIP.com.

Well, regardless of what's going on with HYIP.com monitoring - this program continues to pay me daily. :)

If you have to spend 100 lines of text on HYIP.com trying to figure out if a program is real or not, gone or not, then you have answered your own question.

all I can say is that we have definite difference of opinion. I understood from day one that these are not real investments. I am not deceived about that. I come from the school of real investments.....stocks, penny stocks, forex...and believe me, theres lots of corruption there too. wherever theres money, you will find corruption. This game is all about timing. Due dilligence is fine, but its a very small piece to a very big puzzle.

Its not so much the fact that I am trusting Infinitiva, I am trusting my own judgement based on the sense of timing I have developed through my experience in this game. And it has paid off exponentially...not only here in Infinitiva, but in every other HYIP that I invest in.

There is nothing stopping a "real" investment opportunity from going bust. The only difference, like you said is that you have to spend a lot more money and get a lot less returns.

so to each, his own....if Infinitiva is scary to you right now, run for your life. If due dilligence is a big part of your puzzle, great. You probably wont find too many HYIP's if any at all that will be worthy of your investment dollars.

To answer a couple of the questions above:

All the e-currencies have their advantages and disadvantages. LR has complete anonymity, irreversible payments, and is very easy to work with, but has absolutely NO customer service (so if you have a problem with your account, forget about getting an answer to your query). Also, anonymity goes both ways, so programs can take your money and run without any trail.

The better e-currencies, in my opinion, are the ones with some verification required (Strictpay, Alertpay). Although programs can still run with your money, at least with these there is a chance of getting some of it back.

As far as exchangers, that depends on what you want to exchange. For LR, SP, and STP, I use XChanger.org. For most others, and for purchasing e-currencies, I use goldexpay.com fairly often.

I think it says something that despite the problems with LR API, this admin keeps paying MANUALLY - rather than just waiting for LR to fix the system (which, as we all know, could take some time as it has in the past).

I'm beginning to tire of this vendetta you apparently have against MNO (and now you attack MMG in your post today). If InvestJoy didn't pay you, then list it as not paying. Comment on it if you wish stating why they are not paying. You may even comment on the fact that they tried placing a fake HYIP.com banner on their site.

HOWEVER, it seems lately every time you list a program as not paying and make comments, you mention MNO blog. You have consistently stated that MNO is a "bad" monitor, with questionable practices. I know this from your GNI posting, and now from InvestJoy - I have not looked for other mentions.

The place for your opinions about other blogs is in a blog post of it's own, NOT WITHIN THE COMMENTARY ON A PARTICULAR PROGRAM. You have the power to place that particular blog post at the top of every page of your site, if you wish all to see it. Call it "MNO SUCKS!" if you want. BUT - continuing with these rants about programs and combining them with your quite obvious disdain for MNO within the posting for that program is unseemly, and, quite frankly, causes me to skip these forums completely and seek information elsewhere.

Personally, I don't give a rat's a** how "questionable" another blog might or might not be. They are opinions. If a program is paying a monitor, then MNO has every right to say "it's doing absolutely great". Anybody in this biz for more than a day realizes that monitors are more likely to continue to be paid even after a program has scammed. And we should take the opinions of monitors with a LARGE grain of salt. After all, monitors don't put their own money into a program (at least at first) - so you actually didn't LOSE any money here. You just didn't make what you expected.

For me, InvestJoy has been paying like clockwork, every day. And, quite frankly, that is the only thing that makes a damned bit of difference.

Why does anybody rely on whois data anymore? Site registrations, addresses, company registrations, etc. are too easy to fake! I ignore that information and go based solely on the program itself.

I think removing GNI from "monitored" list is the only option here. With all due respect, Alex, if you want to express your opinion about GNI - feel free to do so in a blog (which I'm sure you have the power to put at the top of every page of your site if you wish). But to draw so much negative attention to a program that has paid all members for several years when you yourself don't even have a stake in it isn't fair. You should know better than anybody that speculation does not serve ANY hyip well. If your intent is to bring down GNI with negative opinions, or to be able to say "I told you so" when they eventually do go down (and we all know no HYIP lasts forever), then you only cheapen your image and will damage the reputation of HYIP.com. Whether or not GNI has ethical intentions by recommending charities, all this speculation has to stop. Go back to being an honest monitor, only monitoring those programs which you have an investment in, and leave the opinions in blog entries.

I continue to read HYIP.com because I like being able to read comments from other investors. But monitoring should be based on fact, not speculation.

JUST FYI,

Moneyplus had their alertpay account blocked (seems to be happening alot lately). The news on their site explains it.

They offer exchange to LR or PM for 5% or 3% fee, respectively. Small price to pay to continue to get paid, imho.

You can check the list of exchangers in Buy/Sell LR in Liberty Reserve website if you were to use e-currency exchanger as your medium to fund your LR. If you want my opinion, you can go to www.entelnova.com. However, compare their rates first. I'm not sure about bank wires; for large amount maybe its more feasible. Hope this helps.

Regardless of what you say about the charity request being "questionable", the fact of the matter is that GNI is paying - to my knowledge to ALL investors currently - and should be listed as such. The morals of an HYIP admin shouldn't affect their rating on a monitor, regardless of how low they may be. "Problem" status should be reserved, as I thought it was, for those programs with problems paying. Unless you have not received a requested payment, or have proof from another investor that GNI hasn't paid them, you should be listing them as paying.

If I am wrong about this, and morality/ethics DOES play a role in your monitoring system, then I simply have a problem with your system and that is on me. I have been following HYIP.com as one of my monitors of choice and will continue to do so, but I will have to adjust how I use the information I get here. What is to say that other programs listed as "problem" on your monitor are actually paying, but are rated as such simply because you feel they are ethically suspect? Perhaps you need a new category for rating - "Suspect" comes to mind. These "Suspect" programs would be defined as those that have no problems with payments currently, but whose actions warrant a "second look" by the investor.

Just my opinion, fwiw.

A warning for Genius investors (don't know if this has already been posted yet - but I think I remember Genius putting out an official update about this). Received the following e-mail:

Been in this one for 18 months now. Please don't forget, they did the charity thing around the holidays last year, too. (Though I can't remember what charities...) So, I'm not sure this should be seen as a "warning sign" for the program.

BUT (and this is a big caveat).... if you are going to donate during the holidays, do it through usual channels, not through an HYIP! As much as I've liked GNI and as long as they've been around, it is still a gamble. Put your money in the program, if you want, but I wouldn't place a donation recommended by a HYIP!

Payments for me (LR) have been instantaneous upon request, chip. I am currently in profit here.

Are you using LR or PM? Perhaps PM withdrawals aren't instant...? Also, I'm sure you did this, but make sure you check the actual e-currency account, and no rely only on confirmation e-mails, to determine whether a withdrawal showed up. I know with LR getting confirmation e-mails is hit or miss.

I would send your information to support. As you see from the first couple of posts here, an issue I had with my account was resolved immediately, so admin is (or at least was) responsive.

Anybody else having trouble receiving "verification PIN" from LR when logging in from a different IP? My account was hacked - fortunately there was only about $5 in there at the time! But now I can't log into that account to see what if anything actually happened. Obviously I've opened a new account to use and am switching my account number with all the HYIPs, but I can't get a verification PIN from my account.

Payment update - still paying daily. And now immediate payment processing! (at least with Alertpay...)

I think this was a misunderstanding due to language barriers. It is hard to effectively convey a joke or a sense of humor in a language that isn't your first. Perhaps Jane's comment would have been funnier in her primary language! :)

I think I know what you mean on withdrawal password. I couldn't do it either for a few days at the beginning. I was copying and pasting, but system wouldn't except it. As staff explained it later, you need to use "virtual keyboard" on the form to input the withdrawal password.
I thought I'd mention it for future reference.

If you have "Roboform", this works as well for the withdrawal password. It's what I do.

Appreciate the effort, Jane. But I think you misunderstood what I was asking for. Although knowing how many business days are left is helpful, that is information I can easily get by figuring out how many payments I've received and subtracting it from 270.

What I was really looking for was an actual "calendar date" that the investment ends. Since you take so many "vacation days", it would be helpful to know on what "date" the 270 business days ends. For example, if I made an investment on November 1, 270 business days would be November 14, 2010 - if no vacations are taken. But it is much later in your case.

Agreed, mykeaiyej. "Good and genuine" online programs would be ideal. Unfortunately, "times like these" bring out more scams than ever. So, it is better to be smart about how you spend money, rather than wish for more good-hearted admins - the former is much more attainable.

I have just found out that I cannot withdraw my money from my cash account at genius into strictpay because I funded my account through Liberty Reserve.

I thought you could withdraw into any account but I was wrong.

Strictpay do not now use LR , so does anyone know how to get funds from Liberty to strictpay? Would appreciate some help,

Nothing suspect about that at all, sek420. Many successful HYIPs didn't (or don't) have a member area. I was paid yesterday after 8 day program directly to my Alertpay account.

Diversify, diversify, diversify! Genius is a good program, but DO NOT place all your eggs in one basket. Whether you have $20 or $20000 to invest, split it up amount several programs.

A couple of my picks have been on the books for a year now and still making money.

True that you can't rely ONLY on the amount spent on a program. BUT, I believe in this case that outside circumstances (downtime of Staminus servers, for example), coupled with rookie mistakes by admin (delaying payments by 48 hours for no reason, for example), brought this one down before they could possibly be in that much profit to make the scam worthwhile. So, although I think this was an outright ponzi (program didn't even try to claim otherwise), I think it went down early because of these problems/mistakes, and the investor's panic.

The difference with Novalex is that they had been online much longer and were well in profit before they disappeared. This one is likely a loss (or a very minimal gain) for the admin. I'm sure he'll be back and won't make the same mistakes.

In general, I think the amount spent on a program should definitely enter into any evaluation of a program before "investing".

Well, since it appears only HYIP.com and myself are a part of this program, I guess I have to comment. ;)

Currently at over 50% ROI at this point (after about a month) and so far, so good! Payouts are processed immediately as soon as they are requested. Keep it up, admin (even if nobody else wants to comment on your great program...)

I am in the random plan for the last 2 1/2 weeks. I've already gotten my principle back and am simply waiting for random payments to show up in my account. The yields are higher than the stable plan, if you're willing to not receive payments every day. I figure if a program is going to collapse, it will do so whether I'm getting 6% a day or 14% after 2 days - the difference in risk isn't that great.

I agree with sunsurfer/plato the philosopher above - this one is unique enough to generate demand. And it is a game - like all HYIPs - but in this case there is no BS.

I think it is against the rules. I expect Alex will be in here eventually and "edit" the referral links out...

Unrelated to this program, but I have to ask Fairdeal: Why do you wait to withdraw earnings only once a month?!? Knowing that so many HYIPs fold without warning, doesn't it make more sense to withdraw as soon as possible (i.e., daily if allowed) to get back as much as you can? Aren't you worried that in the time between your withdrawals, the program will disappear with money that was available to withdraw in your account?

In every program I am in, I withdraw AS SOON AS there is the minimum withdrawal amount available in my balance (whether it is $1 or $100). I also take into account fees charged by e-currencies, so for example I usually only withdraw whole dollar amounts to avoid the "rounding up" of fees. But why leave money in your account - it isn't really yours until it is out of the program!

No offense, Alex. But no! Your comments, though important and good to have, don't carry as much public opinion weight as other investors. And the success of any program relies on word of mouth. I want to see that others, besides monitors, are being paid here.

Okay - I have some difficulty believing that you really celebrate EVERY Jewish holiday on the calendar. "Shemini Atzeret" isn't even separately celebrated in Israel! (It is combined with Simchat Torah into one day.)

There have got to be at least 50 Jewish holidays during the year, if you count every single one. That would make your actual investment term significantly longer than expected. Are you taking all 8 days of Hannukah off, too?!?!

Despite all this, my payments are still on time and processed within a day. It's just that I have no way of telling when the investment term actually ends!

Oh, question answered. My first payout appeared in my back office, I pressed "Process", and voila!, my withdrawal appeared in my LR account immediately. Great start!

By the way, the "office" on the site only has my deposits. I don't see any links for withdrawals. Do they appear once you have a balance to withdraw? Or is there some process I'm not aware of? (My first payment is due tomorrow, and I want to make sure I can withdraw!)

Any advice given from any source should be taken to be just that - advice. Nobody's opinion is always right or always wrong. No offense to Alex, who does a great job here, but I think there is a place for MNO and HYIP.com in the same arena. MNO provides information about scripts, hosting, and security, and a good summary of the plans as the programs come out, that you can't get in many of the monitors which does affect (at least my) evaluation of programs. Opinions and hype are just that. I tend to ignore the interviews and opinions of MNO anyway, in favor of the factual parts of the reviews.

Everything is still good here with payments. I get paid within 12 hours of every request, and I request daily.

I have to say, though, that customer support is lagging. I've gotten responses over a week after my original question. And those responses rarely answer the question - but usually pose more questions!

Also, that d**ned captcha code is too hard to read. I routinely have to retype it several times before getting it right. (Minor point, but darn it, I'm making it!)

Have two tests in different "randomly generated plans". First payouts due Oct 11 and 13. Will update then.

Great program! Always pays within 6 hours like the site states. Getting close to having my principle out and will consider compounding a portion at that point.

Update!

Problem was immediately resolved with my deposit being returned to my account balance. I was able to re-invest using my account balance and am back on the plan. Plus, I was credited with the one day of missed interest and successfully withdrew to my LR account, which was processed immediately.

This one looks GREAT! Customized script and design, SSL, DDOS, live chat, e-mail, support, tel #, etc. Placed a test yesterday and will update as it develops. And plan on placing more here ASAP.

One thing, though. Be careful when looking at your "current deposits" page - the "cancel" button is large and once you hit it, there is NO CONFIRMATION BEFORE YOUR DEPOSIT DISAPPEARS. (A friend sitting next to me thought it would be funny to press it - NOT funny!) I have a request in to support to help fix the problem. And I'll update about that too. If admin is honest, my deposit should be reinstated.

But I stand by my evaluation of the program. Reminds me a bit of some other successful long-term programs...

Thank you, whynot, for being a voice of reason here with regard to spreading out your money. I disagree on a couple of other points, though.

HYIP = Gambling

That's it, end of equation.

Play in multiple programs. Get in early, get your principle out ASAP, and play with profits. Don't get greedy. And never gamble more than you are prepared to lose.

This is the ONLY way to be successful here. You can do all the research you want (i.e., "due diligence"), but remember - THE INTERNET ALLOWS ANYBODY TO BE WHOMEVER THEY WISH, and WHATEVER THEY WISH. Registration documents can be forged. Offices can be facades. Phone numbers can be bought in any location.

Returns promised by ANY hyip are ridiculous. If it seems too good to be true, it is. That doesn't mean you can't profit - but it does mean you need a healthy serving of cynicism.

The sooner you realize this (it took me about 6 months of straight losses to do so), the better off you will be.

And with all respect to senior members (myself included), following us is not always the best way. First of all, the definition of "senior" is sketchy at best. A new member of HYIP.com could post 1000 times within a few weeks - does that make him/her a senior? Second, by the time I am recommending a program to somebody, it has already "born fruit". Sometimes following recommendations of my seniors helped me, many times it did not. This is the reason I don't recommend programs unless I am recommending them at the same time I get in. If I've already made money, it is beyond my recommendation. Many like to wait 1, 2 or even 3 months before joining a program. Hogwash! The best time to join is the first week.

Here are my rules:
For short term, high return programs - join within the first cycle (1 or 2 weeks) if possible. Keep playing until principle is out. Then play with profits. Get out completely (no further investments) within 30 days if possible. These programs will fail sooner (take bestinv for example) - better to be completely out earlier. Sometimes with this philosophy a program lasts a month or so longer than I am in it. So be it - I can't predict the future.

For long term, lower return programs - join as early as you can. Get principle out, and play only with profits, taking out a percentage each cycle. These programs will often take longer to fail (stoic is an appropriate example here) - and there will be enough new investors to support payouts to the earliest investors for some time. By the time it fails, I'm well in profit and if some percentage of my earnings is still in when it folds, I'm still in profit. I never compound until I've at least gotten out my principle plus some extra to cover losses.

For either type of program, I don't care about office space or contact info. I don't care about SSL. I don't care about company documents. And I certainly don't care, nor do I EVER believe, what the admin says are the "investment activities" of the company.

I often wonder how these verified processors are still used by HYIPs. If they have your contact information on file, and you disappear as the admin of a program, wouldn't you be concerned that Alertpay will report your information to the authorities? Or is that just not enough of a threat to dissuade the scammers? Or is it that these processors aren't going to waste their time pursuing the scammers?

If I were planning a scam (which I'm not, but I'm sure there are others who are), I would use only the truly anonymous processors. Wouldn't you?

This is what i think to fix all this crap....I would recommend that ALL HYIP have to register with a authorised company to be abel to put there site up as a Legitimate HYIP. , once they happen then they would get a Seal of approval on there site.

Okay, I haven't commented in a while. But here's what I think of this idea:

If you do that, you will have NO HYIPs. Period. A legitimate company wouldn't be offering their high returns online using Liberty Reserve, Perfect Money, and the other anonymous e-currencies. They would act like legitimate companies. And even a legitimate HYIP isn't going to spend 50 or 100k "bond" to an authority which itself would have to be corrupt to even be involved in HYIPs.

This is a game. Pure and simple. THAT's how you avoid getting scammed - assume you are going to be scammed and plan accordingly. I use the Fast In, Fast Out method for these things. I don't care how good an HYIP looks, I'm in until I get my principle back, then I play with the house's money. That's it. A recent example, I got out of BestInv 10 days after getting in. And they disappeared a couple of weeks after that.

Harsh reality - but it has played out over and over again.

Invested Sept 3 a small test amount ($10), but only got paid 3 out of 5 payments (cashout request from Sept 7 still pending over 24 hours). So, I probably lost $2.92 in this one. Guess I should go to work tomorrow...

See, this is what is sad about HYIPs. My sympathies to Kris, but if you are unemployed, and presumably (although I realize this may not be the case) unable to afford to lose any money, why are you gambling at all, let alone here? You wouldn't put $200 into random stocks or trade it yourself on Forex, would you? And even though those are gambles themselves, HYIPs are FAR MORE LIKELY to result in losses if you don't know what you're doing. My firm belief is that HYIPs should be treated as a game. If you know how to play, you can be successful. But if 1% of these companies are real, I would be surprised. All will eventually fail. Yes, I said "All".

I started out over a year ago here thinking I could evaluate each of these as a business ("due diligence"), but lost money doing so. Simply put, ANYTHING can be faked on the internet - government documents, articles of incorporation, phone service, addresses, financial statements, etc. and etc...

Now I use the FIFO method. "Fast In, Fast Out". And the larger the promised returns, the quicker I get out!

Please, people, if there's one thing to be learned here and it has been stated over and over and over again in these and other forums: DO NOT "INVEST" WHAT YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO LOSE!!!!!

In this game, the house (HYIP) ALWAYS wins - you just don't want them to win with YOUR money!

Tested with $75 5 days ago, and was just paid my 5th payment of $17 to my LR account and am reinvesting bigger. This one's been around a while for a short term program. Money-News just added them to the list so popularity should increase. Good luck, all.

You can check the e-mail address in their system by logging into your account and going to "Edit Account". Scroll down to the e-mail field.

But if your e-mail had been changed, you would not have been able to change your password since you need to confirm your identity by e-mail for any changes.

Everybody needs to check their account ASAP. My password and LR account numbers were changed this morning. Fortunately, I got an e-mail that my account info was changed only 6 minutes after it happened. I was able to retrieve the new password, log in, and change the information back without any funds being stolen. Put in a new random password - so we'll see if it happens again. But beware!

Second, 120% return means a total of 120% of your principle, which is a total return of $12. (See the Bestinv site - returns include principle)

Been with Infinitiva for a couple of weeks now - they process withdrawals usually within an hour every time and I have no complaints. (I have invested in the 30 day and the first 150 day plans)

I have been paid consistently every day by AIM for the past 6 days.

HOWEVER,

Their contact form does not work (I keep getting redirected to the contact form page, and have yet to receive a response for several days). Their compounding function does not seem to work (I changed my compounding to 10% to test it out but still receive 100% profit for withdrawal).

Like I said, they are paying, but the website needs work. Anybody else having these issues?

Good to be back. Stayed away from the forums for a while - got tired of defending "good" programs, only to see them crash and burn. Found using the "in early, out early" HYIP investing philosophy, instead of trying to filter through the speculation on the forums and doing a lot of "due diligence" works better for me. Less stressful, too.

A more accurate measure would be anybody receiving a payment OTHER THAN TO STRICTPAY, as these payments will often continue unless Novalex wants their accounts frozen by strictpay.

Although there is technically a "trail" as you state, it would be impossible to follow without the cooperation of the exchangers, e-currencies, et al. involved. In addition, many who are involved in HYIPs as investors do not want government agencies to know what they are doing, particularly if they live in a highly regulated country (i.e., US). So, a good proportion of investors would likely not cooperate with investigators. Even if it could be done, it is likely these trails would lead to dead ends. Scammers who are good at what they do (and say what you will, to keep a scam like that going for over a year takes some skill) have an exit strategy from the very beginning. So, these guys are long gone. The FBI, SEC, or any other US or other government agency would need to put forth too much effort, without much chance of success, to make it worthwhile to even mount a serious investigation.

I know it's a fatalistic view, but the best one can hope for is that the e-currencies involved will refund what money is left in the account of the scammer. And often that is very little by the time the account is frozen. Strictpay and alertpay have been very good at trying to do this. Liberty reserve, to my knowledge, has NEVER refunded money and has NEVER mounted an investigation. My recommendation is to contact the e-currencies directly with your complaints and see what they are willing to do. Having done this before, my predictions: LR will do nothing (you probably won't even get a response), SP will tell you first to contact the scammer directly and then get back to them, PM will tell you they have a no refund policy, Alertpay will mount an investigation and you may get a refund. (I forget which of these stoic accepted.)

No payment yesterday or today. No response from admin. MNO also no payment. Doesn't look good here. (Fortunately, I think I only lost a total of $7 here.)

For what it's worth - I had a small deposit here (my first one), starting in June of '08, varying the compounding to get my principle first. The plan matured yesterday, and I was able to withdraw the entire amount without a problem. But this was a small amount - larger investments are still not mature, though I have gotten my principle back plus.

This program paid me without fail to this point. I will update if and when I get paid on larger plans (they mature in a couple of months).

Since I didn't get an answer yet, I went ahead and tried onlychange.com with a small test of $50

Transfer was instant to my PM account from LR. Fee is 4%. Hope this helps others trying to shed the scourge of LR from their system...

I totally agree with you Babyhuey...The senior investors here should band together and outpost these one-post wonders. Who knows where they come from or what their motives are, but as long as Stoic is still up and running, can we please move forward??

I recall a very important rule in HYIP's... only invest what you can afford to lose. Heres another golden rule: do not speak bad about the program you are invested in. You could wind up shooting yourself in the foot. Heres another one: if you are not invested in the program, unless you have a valid question, stay out of the forum until you DO become invested. Heres another one: If you HAVE made profit and you are no longer in the program, please remain quiet and give others the same chance you had.

Amen to all 4 of those rules.

Rita - this has been addressed elsewhere. That notice has been around for at least a year. A scam likely wouldn't have lasted that long. Back to Stoic related comments...

Actually, the reason why you can't withdraw it right away is stated on the website: New deposits to cash balance cannot be withdrawn for 60 days after the deposit. Not being able to withdraw it right away is explained by their rules. You do NOT have to reinvest it - you can let it sit there for 60 days then withdraw it. If you reinvest it, you will be able to withdraw it at the end of your existing lockout period (if the amount is less than half of your current investment), or at the end of a new lockout period (if the amount is more than half).

This one should DEFINITELY not have "Paying" status. At the very least a Problem should be listed here as multiple forums have listed them as such, and many have not been paid.

Invested here a small test amount. Withdrawals pending several days. Didn't even last one investment cycle!

There is, in fact, a Commonwealth day in the UK. It is NOT a public holiday, but rather a day "observed by some" and "unknown to many".

The Stoic did NOT say it was a public holiday, only that Stoic is taking this day off. That, I believe, is their prerogative.

They didn't say anything in their e-mails about PM. I would try opening an Alertpay account (they're free to open and don't charge a percentage when you withdraw to them until you have an amount over $400). Then request your withdrawal per the instructions sent by RFI. If they still don't respond to your request, then you have a problem.

But I received a withdrawal to AP yesterday without any delays.

Rewin - before you assume I was being rude, it's just an expression to mean "look at the findings in the current context" - i.e., HYIPs are different from traditional investments. If you use the same criteria to evaluate an online HYIP that you would to evaluate traditional investments, they will fail. That's all I meant.

Dapper, you hit the nail on the head. The "I told you so" scenario is all too common. The reason is simple. Benie does his due diligence, which he has a right to do. But full due diligence in any online HYIP is going to fail to meet criteria at some point. When it does, Benie reports here his findings - also his right to do. The problem with that is, his report causes others to panic, thus creating a vicious cycle causing the program to fail.

A self-fulfilled prophecy.

I think the reason senior members get pissed off at this is because a program is paying and going along fine, and it is too easy for negative comments to cause that program to collapse. We have all seen this time and time again.

Members like Benie should continue to do their research, but they and others should interpret their findings with a grain of salt. If anybody can point to a SINGLE hyip that has successfully passed a rigorous due diligence investigation - currently or in the past - please post it. I can guarantee that nobody can do this.

I am simply happy with a program that continues to pay as Stoic has. And when they fold, which will eventually happen, I and many others will be in profit. THAT is the only goal of these investments/gambles.

Nobody is saying that, Benie. I think the point was those of us who have seen so many ups and downs with these programs and so many fail over the past year are simply more likely to overlook some details of due-diligence, in favor of just being happy a program continues to pay. By all means, do whatever research you need to do to satisfy yourself. And if you are not happy with a program, don't invest there.

P.S. As an aside, if you already have $20,000 in Stoic then are we to believe you invested that much without having your questions answered first? Or did I misunderstand your comment?

First of all, "Poors" is not in any dictionary I know. So, spellcheck would indeed find that Poors is incorrect and might automatically change it to something it recognizes. So, either way, my comment stands.

Second, I was not saying English isn't your first language. My point was that even if it is, it is confusing.

Third, if you don't want comments from other forum members, don't post on the frickin' forum! This is now the second time I've been yelled at for trying to be helpful - I now see why many of the more senior members here no longer seem to be as active on the forums.

No, the exact opposite. I set compounding at 0% for the first few months, get my principle back (i.e., withdraw profits when they equal what I put in), then increase compounding as desired.

Welcome to the HYIP world! Stoic has always paid me (invested since June of 2008), but my investment is relatively small compared to some of the others. As a general rule, never invest more than you are prepared to lose. I would also recommend not compounding until you have received your principle in return - but that's just my 2 cents.

I would imagine your answer would be similar to the reasons why some establishments accept Visa, but don't accept American Express. Stoic appears to be successful enough with the payment processors they currently use, and it is likely not worth their trouble to go through the process to include these other processors.

I don't mean to answer for admin, but you deserve some sort of response. HOWEVER, your comment - and I quote "If this time stoic avoids my question, i'll potentially start to influence people about stoic's credibility and trait of deserving trust and confidence" will be seen as a threat. So I would venture to say that you just eliminated any possibility of a real answer from admin. Have you tried "Live Support"?!?

I agree with everything glo and papalodell said. The one addition to glo's remark is to remember not to invest more than you can afford to lose. Also remember that with Stoic, you can only INCREASE the compounding function - you can't DECREASE it. In other words, don't start at 100% compounding unless you intend on leaving your money for 190 business days!

Only 3 different people have commented here. Anybody else invested in this program?

Quick update (if anybody cares anymore): I received a full refund of my original deposit with Megalido from Alertpay. Appeared back on my credit card 3 days after they told me I had been approved. It was not a large amount to begin with, but it felt good to get it back just the same.

I plan on using Alertpay wherever possible, with my second choice being Strictpay. These two have stepped up in the face of HYIP mayhem.

FWIW, LR can kiss my ass. (Pardon my French...)

Probably because they are flying "below radar". One of the criteria Alex has said she uses is investor interest in the program (I suppose by number of votes or comments) - this one is lower yield, and apparently less advertising, so it would be lower down the list. (There are some very solid programs at the bottom, by the way)

Regardless of whether or not there is a problem with Transparency, Paypal is a US company. Therefore, the rules are more strict than most payment processors. The US Gov has a big problem with HYIPs (since they aren't the ones making the money), so they are illegal. Paypal would likely require documentation that even some of the most transparent HYIPs would not be able to provide.

Just my 2 cents, adding to Deathwatch's 2 cents.

I had sent in an official complaint to Alertpay a few weeks ago, not thinking anything would come of it. Got a notice today that "my refund request has been approved". Don't know how much yet. Nice, cause I had written this one off as a total loss.

Another reason to use the "verified" payment processors (STP, AP, SP).

Regardless of the question of your experience (and throwing terms at me doesn't prove your experience, by the way, just that you know how to use the internet), Rae has perfectly reasonable questions (ones that any monitor should be able to answer) - to paraphrase:

1. What are the criteria you use for a program to get on your list?

2. What are the criteria you use to take a program off your list?

It is easy to make a list of all the programs that will fail. Just cut and paste the complete listing from HYIP.com and/or Goldpoll and/or Money-news-online et al. Justifying it is a reasonable request if you expect people to take you seriously. Perhaps your only goal is to waste time for those of us on the hunt for good due diligence information - if that is the case, I expect your next answer to be as evasive as all your previous ones.

Strictpay has also had stellar performance, in my opinion.

My 2 cents:

LR stinks. Seems to be remarkably prone to hackers, and they have no support staff (or none that I've ever heard from myself).

When asked the question which is safer, LR or *insert payment processor here*, it is always the other choice.

Just my opinion, though. In fact, I have made it a point to convert any investments I've made with LR into another processor, if the HYIP allows me to do so. Worth it even if there is a conversion fee.

No problem here. Was able to get on and log in without difficulty.

Fusion - We all know these programs will eventually die. But Stoic survived the Christmas season, while Safeatom and Tradelite didn't. One should be "extremely careful" with ANY HYIP.

Safeatom's site doesn't even load today. I think we can safely say this one's gone for good.

Great news! Problem solved by admin (Thank you!). Account was credited this morning with compensation for the delay (+10%).

It just seems odd that after such great customer service I can't get in touch with admin. Fortunately, this deposit was small it being just after New Year's. Might be more useful to use your knowledge to figure out which programs will SURVIVE, list those, and help investors out.

Telling people which programs are about to fail only prevents new investors from joining - doesn't help those already invested (particularly in longer term programs).

Deathwatch - if you've been doing this that long then you also know that comments such as yours are enough to bring any of these programs down. We all know that most HYIPs won't stand up to due diligence. Most of us accept that fact. What we can't accept is when comments are made with the sole purpose of bringing down a program which, for better or worse, is working for so many people.

So, why keep a list when you know that 99% of the programs will be on it. I guess I should ask if there are any HYIPs which have NOT made it on your s**t list. I'd be surprised if there were.

First of all, Deathwatch, "being with a program for a certain amount of time" has INCREDIBLE significance.

Second, if you wish to keep a watchlist, there is no reason for you to state that here OTHER THAN to cause trouble and incite panic. Why should any of us give a s**t that you have a list?

Had you made a comment stating that you have your doubts about the program, explained why, and given somebody (admin) a chance to answer your questions, nobody would have a problem with your opinion being here. Unfortunately, you chose to say "You're on my list". That's not an opinion, that's the kind of thing a serial killer writes to the police.

I've never gotten daily messages from them, but had a maturity on the 24th before the site went down. Appears that people are still getting paid despite the site being inaccessable. I think that's a good sign. My next invest doesn't mature until January 10, so we'll see at that point.

I have just read on HYIPInvestment.com comments submitted by one or two investors to the effect that Admin. and support at SA have taken a Christmas hiatus, not unlike that announced by The Stoic; and this will also be the case for the New Year Holiday. For the current period, SA is supposed to be back, processing withdrawals, etc., on Dec. 28, and then on Jan. 4 for the New Year Holiday. Let's take a breather here and see what happens. I understand that Mary, at SA, has responded to a query about the slowness in processing withdrawals, providing the info that I just shared here. I, too, will make a query and whatever I learn, even if it is the same as what I just presented here, I will update here for all. In the interim, think positive. There is an old Italian adage that goes: Penso male e trove bene, which means Think the worst and expect the best. If anyone must be pessimistic, think along those lines. I, for one, prefer to be optimistic, though the ugly head of pessimism keeps trying to surface. Stay well, people, and good luck to us all!

Here is some food for thought about why this great program has suddenly stopped paying.

There is this guy, mendez, who is bent on getting his money back from TradeLite. He has contacted the FBI in Puerto Rico and set up a HYIP background investigation group. Late last week he contacted SafeAtom to do his check on them. Early this week SafeAtom stops paying or answering queries. Coincidence? You decide.

I have no reason to blame Mendez solely for this problem with Safeatom (though it is quite a coincidence if what Dapper says is true). But Dapper does make a good point. Threatening government investigation is the QUICKEST way to bring down a program. Especially since as we all know none of these programs are without some bending of the law. I think this may be what brought down several programs in the past.

Have to agree, Papalodell and Forgeron. As much as I'd like to be able to defend Safeatom, there have been no payments for me in over 2 days and no communications either. I had heard that Christmas was a BAD time for HYIP's, but having not experienced one yet (I only started investing early this year), I had no idea just how bad.

Looks like I'll be changing my strategy a bit - again!

I'm not sure if this post is for or against stoic. I, for one, have never had a problem here and I know most others on this forum will agree when I say "go away".

You have a right to think what you think. But you do not have the right to potentially ruin what has been so good for so many. If you feel that the Stoic is a scam, I have a solution for you: Don't invest here.

Not to be rude, but it's no wonder you get banned from forums, as you stated elsewhere. You make unfounded speculative claims about a program and seem bent on ruining a good thing. If you want to persist in your pursuit of a program that ran away with your money (i.e., Tradelite), go ahead. But Stoic has done nothing wrong. I would venture to say that you aren't even invested here - so why do you persist so?

This is a game. Play, or get out.

Mendez, I applaud your conviction in trying to get back your money back and trying to put some background checking mechanism into the HYIP industry, but you are overlooking one very important factor. That factor is - ALL of these companies are operating ponzi schemes! How do I know this? There are no legitimate investments that can consistently provide the returns that these companies provide.

Now what does this mean to investors and potential investors? There is an opportunity to make above average returns on investments here, but there is also the very real possibility of losing some or, if you don't spread them around, all of your investment. Each person who CHOOSES to invest in these programs needs to realize and accept the benefits vs the risks. These companies are not under any financial regulation, so you invest at your own risk!

What happened with TradeLite is not unusual, it is actually the norm. All of them are going to close unexpectedly at some time (most in the near future), so what you need to do is try to make as much money from them before they close. The veterans who invest in these programs already know all that I have said, but I think that you are a relative newbie, so you may not. You and the other newbies need to make a decision as to whether you are high risk-taking investors or not. If you wish to avoid risk, this is not where you should be investing. You need to stick to government papers, etc.

The point of all of the above is that it does not make sense to setup a unit to investigate the background of HYIP companies, as you will not find even one of them that will likely match your expected criteria. What may in fact happen is that you will put pressure on them and they may close down. I suspect that is why you have been banned from other forums, because although you think you are trying to help the industry, you may actually be hurting it.

If you wish to remain a HYIP investor, cut your losses with TradeLite and focus on other programs. Bear in mind however, that the day will also come when the same thing happens with the other programs as well.

We realize this is a game, most HYIPs are likely schemes. Part of the game is figuring out when to get in, and when to get out. I screwed that up with Tradelite, but have done well with others. Most people who "invest" in these companies fully realize this.

I agree with Dapper that you will NOT find a single HYIP that meets all of your criteria. What you WILL succeed in doing is shutting down the game, as too much investigation will lead to many HYIPs getting "spooked" and disappearing. It will become a self-fulfilled prophecy for you, as your suspicion (which is correct, by the way) will be confirmed. And you will only ruin it for many of us.

Remember that you are not investigating Citibank, or any traditional company. You are investigating companies which defy investigation by their very nature. HYIPs are not for you, since you obviously don't understand their nature.

This course of action (100% refund of the original deposit, with earnings withheld) was taken against this user, in reply to her/his unfounded THREATS and extreme RUDENESS while communicating with both, Live Support worker (transcript was examined and found to be handled appropriately and politely) and later, in written support request, addressed to program staff.

A simple matter of this user's OWN PROBLEM of forgetting his/her account related information (marked with RED letters on the program account creation form), turned into HARASSMENT of program workers ONLY FEW HOURS after her/his original request to reset account information.

I think what people need to take from what happened with Tradelite, and countless other programs in the past, is that this is a risky business. Never invest more than you are prepared to lose. Do your research, if you want or need to, but in the end: "The risk is yours to take."

I feel your pain, I have invested 5G and I know how frustrating it can be to lose, and I am hoping you diversified...however, please remember the rules of the game, don't invest more than you can afford to lose, get your principle back as soon as possible, and diversify, it will help you live a happier, longer life.

However, despite the loss and having experience the loss on other hyips like LOI where I explained the program to TH and know he also lost, I must side with TH as I am off to greener pastures. I understand, Yoman. You are welcome to your doubts. If it makes sense to you that I would say what I'm saying because I have some sinister plan, so be it. "Guidance" is what I'm trying to provide. You will find many of us who have been here more than a few months and comment frequently on the forums have only good intentions. But I understand it is impossible to convince anybody of true intentions in the forum environment. In fact, scammers come in all shapes and sizes - there are many out there who could scam any of us even face to face, as has happened often enough.

I would suggest, though, that if you are going to be suspicious of me because I'm trying to save others some time, then you also stay suspicious of any positive or negative comments in the forums. Anybody can say anything they want here - there is no research into the claims of posters. And if that's the case, why even read them? Unless you have some foolproof way of telling who is lying and who is telling the truth, that is.

I have a few people I trust in the forums, based on prior performance/comments, because they have earned that trust by steering me in good directions. I will continue to comment, not because I have some scam in mind, but because I have an opinion I think some want shared. Probably the same reason you post here.

Actually, mendez, I lost money with Tradelite - they disappeared 9 days before my 2nd, and principle-returning, investment was to mature. Just as I lost money with FFG, 4fxtrader, alcoholding, LOI, Richard Falk, FXElite, AGI, etc., ad nauseum - many programs which disappeared long before you joined this forum.

However, having gone through attempts at finding some of these companies and those responsible and failing, while wasting much of my time, I know it is near impossible to get one's money back. It think the closest you will come is if anybody invested with Strictpay, they appear to be refunding a small portion of your investment with Tradelite.

You may continue with your pursuit of what I guarantee is now a phantom. If you are successful, I congratulate you. I have chosen not to pursue it because it isn't worth my time. Best to move on to greener pastures.

But, and this is a big CAVEAT, DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF ASSUMING that those of us discouraging further action are in on any scam. That is insulting. We discourage it from experience. You may choose to learn from that experience, or not. But don't complain when you get to the end of the rope and you are no closer to recouping your losses. You may choose to believe me, or not - quite frankly, I don't care.

Also, if you are going to post a comment like "Many of members of Tradelite.net and BamaInvestment....are the same" - make darn sure you have some proof to back that up. Speculation, though it may lead to the research needed to prove a theory, is not welcome here without hard evidence. Do your research first, then post findings here.

And admin has been sending out updates to all members on a weekly basis - among those updates were changes to the "promo" plan in that the max was decreased. A good decision, in my opinion.

Who cares if they stole the website design from somewhere else? That is a "minor" fib, in my opinion. The rest of it is your opinion of the security and stability of the site. I do recall your warnings, Yoman. And I appreciate your attempts. But I would still stand behind Tradelite AT THAT TIME. There was nothing in what you said that could not be explained another way AT THAT TIME. And there is no program out there that doesn't have some inconsistencies. And to this day, though Tradelite admin obviously did not handle this well, I don't believe the original intent was to scam. I believe that they had trouble with security, and a hacker, which started them on a slippery slope from which they could not recover. And the program failed. Then, the choice was made to cut and run, I don't deny that, rather than face angry investors. I certainly understand the decision, if I don't agree with it.

I choose not to pursue the issue legally. Losses in the HYIP world happen. Scams happen. Failures happen. A lot of money can be spent on pursuing these people, and 99% of the time nothing will come of it. More power to those of you who choose this route. It's good to have a direction for your anger, and you have every right to pursue avenues at your disposal. But don't expect any real results. These guys are long gone by now.

But don't assume that because a program failed it was because they intended to scam from the beginning. That is a giant leap of logic.

But I'm happy for those with strictpay who may at least get part of their principle back. I'm hoping some of the other big HYIPs will survive the Christmas season. Excellent point, time&chance. I'm a little reluctant to invest in a Panamanian company with the same building address as Tradelite right now, and which appeared at almost EXACTLY the same time as Tradelite's disappearance (give or take a day or two) - probably coincidence, but I have what I believe to be a healthy skepticism. I think I'll watch this one for now - not even going to do the "due diligence" until people start getting paid here.

Yes, I think you should panic, gary. I think we should all panic. In fact, I see no downside to panicking. It makes PERFECT SENSE to panic less than 1 hour after a site becomes unavailable. ESPECIALLY when the exact same thing has happened several times over the previous few days. The best thing to do, actually, is to go to the top of your closest clocktower, scream "OH MY GOD SAFEATOM's DOWN!!!!" at the top of your lungs, and jump off in despair.

Nothing bad has ever come from panicking, has it? Nobody has ever been wrong when they came to a conclusion out of panic, have they? Please, by all means, panic.

(Sorry, just a little frustrated with the knee-jerk responses around here. Take a deep breath, count to 10, then do it again and again until the site comes back up.)

Mine (firefox) went from "Can't find the server" to "Can't establish a connection to the server". We all seem to be getting different messages. This'll be my last comment here until something changes. There are fully 10 pages of comments since problems began. Maybe Alex can publish a quick summary and get rid of all the duplicate comments...

Alternatively, you could use Strictpay. It's not really an "exchanger" per se. But they do have the option to fund the account using LR. Open a strictpay account, fund the account using LR, then request a check which will cost you $2. The fees for the transfer to strictpay are less than to getemoney. You can also request a bank wire from strictpay (I forget what the fees are for this).

I'm not invested here, but remember Washfund? They started offering the same type of plans (1000% after a day, etc.) and stopped paying a few days later. Good idea not to recommend this one, Alex. Hope you didn't invest too much!

Be careful what you expect, Why not. Tradelite doesn't pay automatically (you have to withdraw), so you won't get any confirmation from them until you can log into your account. Until the restructuring is complete, you won't have access. We all just have to wait until the process plays out.

I believe the onus to "calm down" is on us. Not on Tradelite. The mob mentality directs everybody to panic. Multiple comments on this forum stating the same thing over and over again do no good.

1. We know that tradelite is forwarding to panamoney. Nobody has an explanation for this. STOP COMMENTING ON IT.
2. We know tradelite has a security glitch and is trying to fix it. STOP COMMENTING ON IT.
3. We know the address in Panama is the same for several companies. This means nothing as these companies are only using Panama as a registry. STOP COMMENTING ON IT.

4. When somebody can add something NEW to this forum, such as "Tradelite is back up" or "I found this explanation on another forum from Tradelite admin" or something to that effect, please do so. Otherwise, stop stating the obvious over and over again.

Dapper - I have found that if the interest payment for that day is at the minimum, and 1.4% is measured in a fraction of a cent, then they round down sometimes and round up sometimes. I'm sure you'll find that over time it will even out.

No, not having that issue with Stoic, Dapper. Perhaps you are forgetting that interest rates are calculated based only on your original deposit amount. So, if you are compounding, and your investment increases, your interest rate level DOES NOT increase unless you make a new investment.

Response times are usually quick. Try re-submitting your query.

E-commerce has a habit of commenting on things about which they have done little or no research. Take ANYTHING they say with a very large grain of salt.

Their conclusions in this case have no basis in fact, except that the site is down.

Labeling a program a scam after one day of downtime is ludicrous. I suggest waiting at least a few days to see what happens before coming to this conclusion.

The point of ddos protection is to make sure that sites aren't crashed by ddos attacks. It is virtually impossible to stop every ddos attack from even happening. In this case, there is obviously a large ddos attack against multiple sites. Give them time to respond to the attack. The more we call them and flood them with e-mails, the worse the problem.

Obviously, it would be nice if we could all hear from these programs about their progress in this matter. However, taking the time to send out an e-mail (which might not even be possible if they don't have access to their servers), or answer phone calls will only delay their progress.

The sites will either come back, or not. But as I've said before, I'm betting they'll be back - stronger after responding to the attack.

The point of ddos protection is to make sure that sites aren't crashed by ddos attacks. It is virtually impossible to stop every ddos attack from even happening. In this case, there is obviously a large ddos attack against multiple sites. Give them time to respond to the attack. The more we call them and flood them with e-mails, the worse the problem.

Stop stressing! If you are that stressed over the site being down then you invested too much. I have money invested here too as does almost everybody on this forum. There is nothing to do but wait at this point.

Remember the first rule of HYIP: NEVER INVEST MORE THAN YOU ARE PREPARED TO LOSE.

That said, I don't think this one's gone. The likelihood that Tradelite, Stoic, Safeatom, Genius, Bama have all decided to fold/scam/leave at the same time is so low as to be laughable. This is obviously a coordinated attack on blackdos. It will be resolved.

Hey all, just catching up after the Thanksgiving Holliday and wanted to add my two cents on the L/R notification system. I am always notified when I receive or send money from my account and usually, L/R notifies me before the hyip does (ie The Stoic), and since I have my email hooked into my iPhone I know about my deposits instantaneously. This occurs like clock work every time, perhaps it is the email provider causing the problem, not sure but my two cents. I use a gmail account.

Also, like proof pointed out, your system does need to be checked to send emails or they won't come. If you have already done this try unchecking, saving and then checking again.

I am currently awaiting yet another payout from Safe Atom. Usually my payouts have happened in a matter of less than an hour, today, I am still waiting after 5 hours, but I have never had to wait more than six, could be the holliday rush. I will report when they payout is completed. Safe investing.

With regard to your payout, my payout requests from SA have routinely taken between 6 and 12 hours (I've never had one faster than 4 hours), and have even waited almost the full 24 hours on one occasion. So, there is some variability here.

Why speculate? If I say I think they'll be back in a few hours, a few days, or a few weeks, there is no difference. There are only two outcomes. They will come back or they won't. Nothing we do or say will change whichever outcome. Based on the above blog post, I'm betting they'll be back (according to the post - "will be done in a few days"). When they will actually be back, I don't know.

Be careful "linking" one HYIP to another. Although there are similarities, there are many differences. And the similarities are likely coincidence as you stated. The problem with linking one HYIP to another, is if there are problems with one (not that I'm saying there are, but things happen), you've inadvertently created a trail leading to the other on these forums. This may hurt the other HYIP. Just be happy these two are working well and have been stable, and leave it at that. Happy investing!

As stated on LR website: 1% fee for transfers in to maximum of $2.99. No fee for transfers out (sending money).

So, if you transfer $100 into your LR account, they will charge $1.00, so you will actually have $99 in your account. Remember, though, that is only the LR fees. You must take into account exchanger fees which differ between companies.

If you then send money from LR to any HYIP, there is no fee.

Actually, proof, the problem I'm having receiving notifications continues despite having checked those boxes, clearing my browser, checking them again and again, and trying to contact support (with no responses at all!). In any case, I simply check my account after I've made a withdrawal request and periodically all the time.

Babyhuey - I know you didn't ask me specifically, but I have had the same issue with my LR account. I have set my preferences to receive notification when I receive or send money from the account, but I never receive these e-mail notifications. I contacted support about it several times, but got no response.

I have never been advised of "phantom funds" arriving in my account, however. That's just weird. I think they have a big issue with their e-mail notification system.

But, as long as my account continues to function, the notices or lack thereof don't bother me much. If you've indeed set your preferences to receive these e-mails (there's a checkbox under settings, I believe), you might try contacting support and see if you get more of a response than I.

I asked the same questions of admin a while back and here is my summary of the answers (I don't have the e-mail I was sent anymore).

Trade or sell shares just means you can withdraw your "principle" after 150 or 180 days. So if you invest
$10 on day 0, you'll get $0.10 every weekday forever. You are able to withdraw the $10 after 150 days.

The investment period starts over if a new deposit into the SAME PLAN increases the value by more than 50%. So, lets say after 50 days of investing in the daily plan with $10, you add $7 to that plan. The 150 day "no-sale" periods restarts for the entire $17. If you were to put that new $7 into the weekly plan, you would then start a 180 day no-sale period for the $7, but the no-sale on the $10 doesn't change.

Unfortunately, in the HYIP world, these programs never (at least that I've seen) come back. First they have "trouble" with selective payments, then they stop paying, then the website disappears. The best course of action is to forget about your deposit and move on. This will happen to you again and again (as it did to me in the beginning), but hopefully you will eventually have deposits in several good programs that give good returns. Others may have had a different experience, but my contracts have been paid EXACTLY 20, 40, or 60 days TO THE MINUTE from when I made the deposit. So if you made the deposit at 2pm, your money will be in your account at Tradelite at 2pm. I don't think this is one of those programs that pays in the morning of the day your contract expires.

"Exchanging" is changing one e-currency for another (i.e., exchanging LR dollars for PerfectMoney dollars)

"Selling" is essentially cashing out your e-currency (i.e., getting actual dollars for your LR currency)

"Buying" is using money to purchase e-currency (i.e., funding your LR account)

What you want is to "Buy" LR. When you have profit in your LR account that you want to put in a regular bank, you will "Sell" LR. If you want to change your LR into PerfectMoney or any other e-currency, you will "exchange".

Hope this helps with the terminology. As for the specifics of Instantgold.net - I don't use this service, so I can't help.

The rate of return is certainly sustainable for the long haul. It took me a long time to get into Stoic, Tradelite, and Safeatom. This one I was in from the start. Always pays quickly. I have a small deposit with them now, got half my principle out and now am set at 100% compounding, considering putting more in. We'll see what happens after the 150 day "no-sale" period, after which I'll take out a bit at a time. I like that you can withdraw principle (i.e., sell shares) at any point after the first 150 days.

I had an account open with Tradelite for over a month before I made my first investment. So I don't think there are any restrictions in this regard.

You might want to get a translation of the recording in Spanish. Perhaps it was telling you to "Please Hold, and agent will be with you shortly" or something to that effect. Also, are you sure you placed the call correctly, using your country's international code, etc...?

I've never needed support here as the program has always functioned perfectly for me. So I can't really comment except my little "test call" above. But I know others have contacted support and received immediate and helpful responses. Hope your problem gets resolved, Donaldo.

I think maybe you misunderstood me. If you receive money in your L/R account, they charge you 1%, up to a maximum of $2.99. That means that if you receive a transfer of $300 or more, your fee will be $2.99.

If you send money from your L/R account, there are no fees.

The max investment in Tradelite is $25,000 per account. As far as what to do beyond that, you'd have to contact admin.

Very disappointed in changes and especially so, in admin's way of communication. He is basically talking against his own program and said things he shouldn't have said at all, or should have put them across a little more professionally.

I agree, Alex. I don't hold high hopes for this one. I'll continue to surf daily, since it's easy to do, until maturity, on the off chance the program survives the next 36 plus days. Seemed so promising - my gut was wrong on this one.

As I understand it, this means that even if we have a current 12 day upgrade in place, we will not be credited until 36 days?!? As a show of good faith, admin should at least honor the current 12 day upgrades, even if he doesn't want to offer them to new investments.

Admin says this is not because of a "cashflow problem", but then goes on to say this is to "maintain the exchange of money" - which, by definition, is cashflow.

I'm not an alarmist, so I'll reserve final judgement until payments are due - but this e-mail seems to indicate that the first payments we'll see are 36 days from now. And while it is true as he states in the e-mail that if he were truly out to scam, he could be long gone by now, it is also true that this e-mail allows him 36 more days of upgrades without a due payment. Perhaps I'm misinterpreting the e-mail.

"Due diligence" is simply research you do into a company in which you are going to invest. But as the level of diligence each investor wishes to pursue differs, there really is no one answer to your question.

In all honesty, my due diligence involves exactly what you already do. I look at as many forums as I can, get advice from those who I feel are most experienced, get a general "feeling" from the website and the program, and go from there. Others do more extensive research into the origins of the company, how long the website is registered for, who is running the program, etc. I, personally, do not feel that extensive research does much good. But that's only my feeling. I'm sure others will disagree.

I know I haven't given a very good answer. If you are looking for specifics on how to research a company, perhaps other experienced members can give you that.

But by its very nature, "due diligence" is not something you are "required" to do at all.

So each deposit will mature when you have surfed 12 pages for 12 days. If you miss a day it just pushes everything back a day. Also if you are going to upgrade make sure you do that before surfing. this is my first auto surf also. I have been with them now about 28 days, and going very well. This may seem obvious, but better to "over"-hammer the point home than to miss this important step!

I agree with MarkP. The only way a hacker would know as soon as you change your password is if you have a breach on your own computer (key-logger). I hope this gets worked out for you!

Also-be careful not only to change your passwords every so often, but also USE A DIFFERENT PASSWORD for each HYIP, as if one gets hacked they will be able to log into all your other accounts if you have the same userid and password everywhere.

100% compounding simply means you will automatically reinvest your profits each day. So if you invest $100, after day one, you will have $102. Then after day 2, you will have $104.04. Etc. At the end of 150 days, you would then have $1949.96 (by my calculator). So, I guess the simple answer is yes, they pay you with all the interest.

Somehow I knew my comment would be taken the wrong way. You missed my point entirely. The folks who have been here the longest and have both positive AND negative comments, depending on the program, are the ones you can usually (yes, "usually") trust. If you read other forums, these people have been negative when warranted, and positive when warranted. I agree that you have to wonder about somebody who ALWAYS posts positively, or ALWAYS posts negatively.

And I wasn't kidding about the privacy issue. Alot of people on these forums DO NOT want people knowing how much they are investing. Kinda makes them a potential target in this world of theives and hackers.

You have to read multiple forums to know who you can trust, not just one. And I have read almost every comment in every forum here, so I know who to believe and who might be slinging the bull.

The bottom line, though, is if you don't feel comfortable investing somewhere - don't. You will be much better off.

Chill, Missy. If you read all of the posts (22 pages worth), you will see MULTIPLE success stories. Many don't include the details because they don't want people knowing exactly how much they've invested (privacy and all that). And would it really matter if you had the details? It would be easy to make up these numbers, so what good does that do you.

I look at what the more "experienced" people say in these forums, and take them at their word. The important thing is that investors like proof, for example (sorry to use you proof), with a long record of honesty on these forums has stated several times that he is thousands of dollars in profit here. Others have said the same.

And to your point about finding $1.50 under the couch. That is one thing if you do it once. But can you find $1.50 under the couch every day for 190 days ($285 profit)?!? I doubt it. If so, check your pockets for serious holes!

If you have doubts, do what I did and start with a small amount. See that you are getting paid, then invest more. I'll tell you, though, that you will not find a more forthcoming admin, a more consistent HYIP than Stoic. Good luck!

Just a word to the wise, Roosevelt. Consider getting back your principle (0% compounding for 50 days) before going to 100% compounded. Even though the return will be lower (about half) but you will be playing with profit after the first 50 days. Then each subsequent investment can 100% compound for the duration. Even a self-professed gambler should decrease his/her risk.

Just my advice, for what it's worth...

I don't have an investment due until tomorrow. But I don't hold any hopes for this one. IT's listed EVERYWHERE as a problem and I haven't seen any "got paid" reports.

Perfectmoney is relatively new, isn't it? (maybe I'm wrong about that) Have enough people had good experiences with them?

Seems to me, the only reason NOT to wait to accept new processors is greed. Pure and simple. With a little patience (I think Altergold didn't even last 2 months!), SA could have avoided this problem. Fortunately, it seems SA may be strong enough to withstand what has happened, mostly by passing on the losses to the investor (much like ANY business). Hopefully, other solid HYIPs will learn from this. Stick to what works!

I think there was a bit of a rush to use Altergold here. It was WAY too new on the scene to be able to count on it. I think HYIPs, especially those with as good a reputation as SA, need to be a bit more cautious when faced with a decision to use a new processor. With E-bullion, nobody could have predicted what happened. But with Altergold, there was no track record at all! There are others out there with much more experience and longevity (at least one or two I can think of) that, although the exchange rate might have been less favorable, were more likely to stick around.

Better to get 25% back than 0%. And at least they are making an effort to give SOMETHING back, unlike other HYIPs that just disappeared when EB folded, without a word to their investors. I can only imagine it being a tough decision to make for SA - to "declare bankrupcy" (i.e., disappear) or to give back what they can afford.

System is working fine for me. Amounts are all correct. The website is a little slow, but that's nothing unusual.

Still no replies here from admin to my e-mails.

This one is dead. We all need to move on, unfortunately. Just another day in the world of HYIPs!

We're going to see a lot more of these "hit and run" scams. They work! Even if you only put in a small test - enough tests is a good amount.

Best to spread the money around. Keep the eggs in more than one basket, so to speak. You're bound to hit a Stoic/Safeatom/Tradelite/Valiant eventually!

Every real e-mail from L/R states "L/R will always address you by your first name". This did not use my first name so I deleted it immediately as a scam, or an attempt to infect my computer with a virus.

ANY time I get an e-mail like this, I always verify the origin before clicking any links. This type of scam is not unique to the HYIP/e-currency world.

This one didn't last long. 3 days no payments - looks like a "hit and run".

The return on investment seems low enough to last (for the 60-day plan, 1.57%/day profit). Plus, they limit the total amount of investment to 25k PER ACCOUNT, rather than per investment as other programs do. Therefore, the most any single investor could net from this program even maxing it out is around 140k per year in profit (25,000 x 94% x 6). Seems realistic as HYIP programs go. Plus, the track record seems solid. And the debit card is an extra that makes it seem worthwhile.

But, as code correctly points out, nobody can really say. And remember as is often quoted here "the risk is yours to take". NEVER invest what you aren't prepared to lose.

I saw that, too. One problem that seems to be pervasive in HYIPs is once one payment processor is down, it affects money flow for the entire program, including other processors that might be functioning well. I hope that's the case here, for all our sakes, as it provides for a possible solution (if L/R fixes the problem).

Really, though, Richard NEEDS to comment here. If there really is a problem with L/R that involves customer service, maybe we can help.

L/R has HORRID customer service, so this is not out of the realm of possibility. I currently have support tickets out to them for several WEEKS with no reply (thankfully, nothing urgent).

Sounds like the message was written by admin - but since there is no identifying info in the message, who knows? It would help if admin would post HERE to explain as well.

I don't have anything due from here for a week or so - so I have no choice but to wait anyway...

Thanks for clarifying, proof. But if I'm not mistaken, the only complaints there on the forum are for yesterday and today. Yesterday was a bank holiday (at least here in the states), and there are some programs that don't pay on U.S. holidays because many of their investors are from the U.S. (i.e., Stoic did the same thing). Also, there is a note on the home page from yesterday saying there was a problem with L/R payments.

But I agree it would be helpful to hear same from admin directly rather than have to guess why there might be a problem...

And while this is an EXCELLENT question, it is answered in the FAQ section of each of these programs. Remember to read the FAQ (and, in fact, the ENTIRE site) before investing anywhere. If you can't find the answer there, feel free to ask here, as there is a wealth of experience in these forums.

There is no automatic compounding option with this program. You have to reinvest manually at the end of each term if you want to compound your earnings.

Although I don't have any investments maturing here quite yet, I have made multiple withdrawals of profit over the past 2 months without any difficulty and without any delay.

Interest is credited to your account daily, and you can withdraw it at any time (any uncompounded portion). The principle is not available for withdrawal until completion of the investment cycle (190 business days).

Agree with code - I don't think this was Safeatom.com that did this to you. Any hacker could use that name and then hack your account. Did you contact L/R about the problem?

I have been able to withdraw, without incident, every day since beginning to invest here a couple of weeks ago. I have had no problems depositing funds either. Admin has always responded to me immediately, as well.

Please post more description when you say "NOT PAY", so somebody might be able to help figure out what the problem is.

The quickest way to destroy a program for good, whether there is really something wrong or not, is to threaten to report them. By sending that e-mail, I can almost GUARANTEE that you have shot off your own foot. And you may also incur the wrath of more senior members of HYIP.com who have invested in this program, as you have just potentially ruined things for them. (See future comments below)

Good luck with investing, but please THINK before sending threatening e-mails - HYIPs are VERY SENSITIVE to bad press.

Not sure I understand the question, but according to the program you are paid 4 days of interest on your deposit, which you may withdraw daily. Your principle is then supposed to be returned to you after 94-109 days - but I don't think anybody's been in this program long enough to find out if this happens yet. After the initial 4 days, you don't earn any more interest on that particular deposit.

These programs have to set a lower limit on bank wires because a)they cost money, and b) they require more work on the part of the program than, say, an e-currency. I think you'll find that MOST HYIPs that accept bank wires only do so for their very highest level of investors.

Draconicus - you might try sending your request directly to admin by e-mail or contact form, or call them, as you might get a better explanation from the source.

Don't businesses often have PO boxes for correspondence? And multiple offices would then have the same address if they have a box at that particular location. Just a thought.

I've noticed that since they changed the site, there are some technical glitches. Several times I've had to attempt login more than once in order to get to my account. And occasionally the "turing number" has not been accepted when I KNOW I typed it correctly. However, admin has always responded quickly and I haven't had any problems depositing or withdrawing. Please let us know when your problem is resolved, time and rae!

Just as an aside, rae, are you trying to contact them through e-mail directly, or through the contact form on their site. I have always had prompt responses through the contact form. I have yet to directly e-mail - perhaps these are going to their spam folder?

HYIP is originally legitimate investment program, which is a long time ago Yoman. Now HYIP are mixed up. HYIP today are involved in any of the categories below:

1. Stock trading only.
2. Forex only.
3. Pyramid.
4. Commodities trading.
5. Gambling. (Yes, they used our money gambling in casino.)
6. Mixed. (Pyramid + Another category.)

HYIP is a good place to make money, IF you are good enough in spotting the right one at the right time. This is NOT bingo. You need the following:

1. Luck.
2. Big capital, but invest small.
3. Never take it too seriously.
4. Observation skills, logical thinking.

Take it too seriously, and you'll end up with no earnings or lose everything. For Yoman, it's no earnings. For the rest who believed too much, lose everything sooner or later. HYIP is a game, yes. I don't agree with 99% luck though. It's 70% luck, the rest is your logical thinking and your observation skills.

Alot of investors including Proof and the others are raking alot of profits out of HYIP. Why? Simply because they know what is HYIP, they know the right timing. Even if they lose, they can cover up the bad investment with the good one in their portfolio and still earn money.

Some of you may laugh at the word "investment" that I used. But believe me, it's the same. Putting your money to work for more money IS investment.

To Yoman, you are not suitable in HYIP. Go find the real company, it's almost impossible to find a company with no problems in HYIP. As long as they pay, they are ok to go. All HYIP, be it real, fake, pyramid or anything, they will fall at some point. Even DTP was killed by the problems they're having. DTP involved in real trading, but since they're day traders they have risk, and there it go "HYIP".

That is HYIP, from my point of view. Correct me if I'm wrong.

This should be a warning to all about ALL HYIPs - check your account information as often as possible (account numbers, etc.), change passwords regularly as well. It seems very easy for a good enough hacker to change an account number, or a password, and steal your money.

Some of the fault lies with the program, as responsibility for security of the site lies with them. But we all need to maintain diligence about our own security.

Simply put: Yoman - you take HYIPs too seriously. Discussion of "investment portfolios" and "market investigations" indicate to me that you are thinking of HYIPs as part of a serious investment strategy. This is laughable. If you are looking for a place to put your money where any amount of investigation is going to help you, you are in the wrong place. Making money here is 99% luck. That's it.

The HYIP community is vastly different from any financial community. Many of us are happy to accept the level of risk inherent in this business. One of the risks here is that these companies are very susceptible to "bad press", simply because of the way they do business (i.e., via the internet). Your statement that a "company will never be damaged if it is a real company" simply doesn't apply to the world of HYIPs. Negative speculation can only hurt. If you do this on every forum, 99% of these companies will fail - real or not - just because of the fragility of HYIPs.

You are looking for a rock solid company in which to invest. Good luck. But you won't find it here and you will only hurt the rest of us.

I do understand you. I am a very wary investor in my normal portfolio. I DO NOT consider HYIPs part of a normal portfolio. But my advice is if you need to do this much investigation in order to be comfortable investing, you are in the wrong place. I GUARANTEE you will find something wrong with 100% of the companies here. I may incur the wrath of other investors with that comment, but so be it.

Invest very small, and in a variety of HYIPs, and you will eventually make some money. A frustrating process for any serious investor, I'll grant you, but it is the only thing that seems to work here.

Although I'm all for due diligence, unfortunately in the world of HYIP monitors every negative comment does significant damage, regardless of the truth of that comment. Let's say, for example, you finish researching next week and find that Tradelite is a valid company, and all the things you thought were bad signs were adequately explained. Even if you post here your findings, your previous negative comments have done their damage, and companies have failed before simply because of PERCEPTION.

Many of us, myself included, honestly don't care if a company is "valid", because a)I'm in this as a game, and b)it doesn't matter as long as they continue to pay. Obviously your take on HYIPs is different, and I respect that. I would ask you to do the same. Once you have made your decision, you are more the WELCOME to post it here, with support for your decision, ONCE. Let the readers then decide if they want to heed your warning, or otherwise, whatever the case may be.

And, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't use the word "SCAM" unless you have proof. Lack of payment unexplained by the company, a deposit that never shows up and no response from the company are examples of proof that would be acceptable. Tradelite has RESPONDED to your queries, and has been PAYING investors for quite some time now.

Other than a fax number that appears to be shared by several companies, there is no evidence I have seen that this is a fake company. I think the more senior members of HYIP.com, several of whom have made good money here, will likely concur.

That being said, and to repeat what has been said many many times on this and other forums, ONLY INVEST WHAT YOU ARE PREPARED TO LOSE. That way, if a company (and I'm not saying this one will) turns out to be fake, you haven't lost your "lunch money".

Same happened to me, but I did it on purpose to test the system out. Reinvesting profit started a new 150-day investment with that profit.

On the other hand, compounding automatically keeps it all in the same 150-day investment.

Yes, interest is calculated Monday through Friday.

And to head off another common question - the calculator on their site will give you three numbers, one at the low end of the interest range, one in the middle, and one at the high. So you can get an idea of the range of your profit, since interest rates vary daily.

I've run into this question myself. Every deposit made, whether from your e-currency or directly from your account balance, is treated as a new 150 day investment. So, if you have $200 in your profit balance, and reinvest it, it will be a new $200 investment for 150 days.

I suppose one way to check the validity is to ask the same question of PerfectMoney and see if you get the same response - that they use a legal firm to receive their faxes. If they corroborate the story, then this only enhances the validity of the company.

Alternatively, you could ask for the name of the law firm and call them, but I'm sure they have attorney-client privilege and would not tell you who their clients are. Or, fax something attention that law firm, and see if you get a response from the firm!

Just a clarification on my stand. I have not posted comments to make any one panic. This is one of the best programs so far and their response and payments are very punctual. I too have invested with them having good hopes. But still, there is always a hairline doubt somewhere about any hyip for that matter.

Jinnu - I agree 100% - it is ALWAYS a good idea to go into an HYIP with some doubts in the back of your mind. That's why I always start really small.

Yoman - No offense was meant by my comment. It's just that there have been many instances lately of negative comments from plants, as there are likely plants making positive comments. I personally have not received my first payment yet from this company. Also, I think if you dig deeply enough into ANY program listed here or goldpoll or any forum, you will find some inconsistency. Unfortunately, there is no good way to be entirely sure of any company, unless there is COMPLETE transparency - which there really never is on the internet. I have yet to find an address listed in a contact area that I could find on any map, for instance. I also have yet to call a phone number that didn't either go to a generic voicemail or be disconnected altogether, in ANY program.

My take on the whole thing is this: HYIP programs are occasionally legitimate businesses, sometimes games, sometimes (often, unfortunately) scams. If it is either of the first two, it will make people money, but eventually collapse either because a)business is bad, or b)the game is over. If it is the last, it will collapse because that was part of the plan originally - to scam us. Part of the game is having to guess which of these things each program is.

I prefer not to worry about it, and I consider this a form of entertainment/gambling. I avoid the obvious scams. I invest when others are making some return (whether real business or game), and don't worry about the fax numbers, addresses, etc. Hopefully I make some money before the inevitable collapse. Invest only what you can afford to lose, and don't count that money among your assets (at least, that's the way I think of it). In my mind, the money is gone as soon as it leaves my e-currency account - that way I'm pleasantly surprised when I'm in profit! (Sorta like sitting at a blackjack table.)

Just my two cents.

Tradelite has a long record of success on this and other forums. If multiple small business offices are located in the same office building is it not possible they share a fax line. The phone numbers for Perfectmoney and Tradelite have the same exchange as well - indicating the same general location. It's also not "amazing" that the above companies are registered in Panama. Many companies are registered in Panama.

I agree with MarkP on several points - 1) you only have one post, and there is a history of people with only 1 or 2 posts posting negatively to discredit a company. 2) Businesses OFTEN register in different countries, and it is perfectly legal. 3) Taking info from chat boards as evidence against a company is risky. That's like using a gossip column as your news source!

Please come with concrete proof before you post negatively.

I was paid this AM through L/R - but only small amount as I only have a test in this one. I don't hold out high hopes for this one to last given the EXTREMELY high returns promised. But, we'll see...

Yes, this is normal. They review all deposits first, and according to their FAQ, can take up to 24 hours to be approved. And as far as e-mails - you MUST give them more time than a couple of hours!

Patience is a MUST with HYIPs. Also, you should NEVER invest what you aren't prepared to lose! (I only say this last part because you say you put "quite an amount of money" here.)

Just an observation here, and a caution...

Their plans change DAILY. First it was 1000% plus after 5 days, then 3 days, and now, 12HOURS!

Be careful here. And start small. Sounds like people are being paid so far, but these high returns with ever shortening investment periods are a warning, at least for me.

For those in these larger plans, please post ASAP when you get paid. I'm interested to see what happens here...

If you read the FAQ on their site - "if you make your deposit on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday you'll receive your first payment on Monday; otherwise you'll receive your first payment on the following business day." Seems like payments are made only on weekdays.

Perhaps this also applies to withdrawal requests?

I just noticed that many posters have referral links at the end of their posts but in another forum you edited out proof's referral link and said "no referral links please". I'm also seeing a lot of posts without any real substance but that contain referral links, making it seem like people are commenting just to put up their links.

Wow. This is a unique situation. On the one hand, we have people getting paid through STP with no problems. On the other, we have people not being paid at all through other processors. Alex seems to be stumped by this, which makes this even more intriguing.

If elitemoney is having difficulties, they should announce such in at least one e-mail, or even one post on this forum. But they have not. And the excuse that "they are too busy fixing problems" to answer any e-mails doesn't fly.

So, one of two things is happening: Either a) elitemoney is actually having problems and are trying to fix them, ignoring all outside distractions (to a fault). If this is the case, why have the website claim payments are being made? Or b) they are sacrificing some investors for the good of others - using our investments to pay off STP investors. What the logic is behind doing that is beyond me. An outside 3rd possibility is that in their haste to disappear, they left automatic payments going in STP. That's doubtful, and even if it was the case then payments would stop when money runs out.

Alex, have YOU had any communication with admin?!?!? One would think they would AT LEAST respond to a monitor's request for info!!! Does anybody have a reasonable possibility for an explanation for this?!?! In particular, I'm asking the "more experienced" HYIPers out there - you know who you are.

TO THOSE INVESTORS USING STP AND GETTING PAID: please understand that those of us not being paid, including the monitor, cannot possibly see any good in this unless elitemoney responds. I hope your payments continue, for your sake, but that does NOT help us. As previously stated that I would post when paid and again this Monday, as last the $34 owed was in my STP account. Even through the EB fiasco they were one of the first ones to transfer funds to another exchanger. I have found the communication here very good, but possibly they are running behind due to having moved to the new server and figure payments are more important than communication. I do not know, BUT SUGGEST IF YOU ARE OWED FUNDS YOU CONTACT THEM AGAIN and give them time to recoup. Since we are already in profit, we will undoubtedly reinvest again with more funds. ps I DO WISH THEY HAD POSTED THEY WERE CHANGING SERVERS AND WOULD BE DOWN!!

I'm glad you are receiving payments. That's great for you. As for me, I haven't received a payment in over a week and MULTIPLE communication requests both by regular e-mail and through contact form online have been ignored - therefore, this program is in the crapper - at least FOR ME!

Also, the tracking system tells me I have been paid when I haven't so.... there is no excuse for that kind of deception. Again, I'm GLAD you are being paid, and I hope it continues for you - but I'm not holding my breath.

I want to make sure I understand this program:

Over 4 days, interest is paid. Then, the principle is returned "94-109" days later? That's unique.

What accounts for the range 94-109 (they don't explain in the rules section)?

If this is actually how it works, then the actual return for the investment "term" is relatively low - if averaged out - but you just get it all sooner (110-120% profit over 3 plus months). Sounds like a GREAT way to get business and still be able to support the returns (they can keep using your deposit for the full term, so even if they don't make enough to cover it in the first 4 days, it's likely they will cover the 110-120% over the course of 3 months!)

In order for this to fail, if I understand it correctly, they would have to have a bad 94-109 days!

Looks like they changed that recently. Still very high return, but over 5 days and minimum is now $150. But I'm positive it was as I stated above yesterday.

If you do that you wont get your money you compounded until the term ends. You only would start getting the interest on the new amount when you changed it to 0. It would be more but it would take you longer because you compounded for 30 days

Agree with markP. Also, it just makes sense in a high risk investment to get back what you can earlier. If the program fails (NOT this one, but others have) in 20 days, at least you got back 40% of your principle. It just depends on your appetite for risk.

The plan I am in pays weekly on Monday to STP! They have paid me each and every week on time even though I invested thru EB, they paid thru that fiasco. I shall definitely post this Monday when the funds reach STP! For me they have answered emails and worked out any problems, so let's all HOPE THEY CONTINUE! Possibly they were so busy during whatever happened they thought payouts should come first and if the site was totally offline they could not post except in monitors and that takes a lot of time to visit each one as I have done that as a favor to one admin who had a problem. You get paid at the end of the investment period. And the 15 day plan is 150% so you would get $150 for a $100 investment. That includes principle.

I hate to say this, but pollicino do you have any proof of deposits because you don't have many posts here and you seem to be the only one still getting paid. Lately there have been many posts on multiple forums from people being paid by the programs to comment positively.

Not sure we can trust you - no offense intended if this is not the case.

It concerns me when a program begins paying some investors and not others. That has never been a good sign. And as reluctant as I am to start posting negatively here, I have received no response to multiple e-mails over the last 2 days, and there seems to be no further presence of admin here - especially when a simple comment from admin would do so much to bolster confidence. Admin even already said they have problems with the website, but that "all payouts are processing as usual".

I am due a weekly payment tomorrow (perfectmoney). I received last week's on time. Usually payments are made in the morning, early. I will post accordingly after tomorrow. I have defended the program to this point, but not sure I can do that anymore if delays continue without explanation.

If ANYBODY receives a payment other than to STP, please advise.

Do you have both LR and STP investments here? If so, that would be a good sign that they are consistent in their lack of payments (i.e., only STP paid at this time). Wish they would comment here, regardless.

I know you asked Proof - and you're right in assuming he's an expert at this - but for my part, HYIP's in general are a risky investment. A large percentage of them fail at some point. When that is, you will never know until it happens.

Think of it this way - If you were told of an investment which had a 75% plus chance you could lose your investment, how much would you invest?

Just my thoughts. But I'm sure Proof will answer in time - he always does!

I hope that the $20 - or when you get it - won't affect your decision on investing! At $200 it is 10% so either when you invest or achieve $200 in your account, the 10% bonus is only that - a bonus and your overall returns will be far more than that.

Best choice is to invest and get some money working for you!

My experience is that I received the bonus when my account achieved $200 - so I started with less than that, and the $20 is tracked as a separate investment once my account balance had reached $200.

Stay cautious yes, but more importantly keep it simple - don't over-analyze, don't get stuck in analysis paralysis, and don't make it more complicated than it it. ANY investment carries a risk. Be comfortable with the risk level you can manage, say "goodbye" to your money and then start making your money work for you!

I believe transfer of funds to STP is only available to large investors as noted above. So, this doesn't affect me. Agreed, though, that admin needs to address the delays for other e-currencies...

Better to have payments without the site, than site without payments :-). The problem is for those who want to make deposit, if they can't enter at the moment. Although they can deposit directly.

I'm not in profit yet, but approaching same. What I will say is that now you can change compounding option of your deposit (something you couldn't do back in May), so if you want to get your principle back, change to 0% compounding until that happens. Shouldn't take more than a month and a half if you've been 100% compounding since May...

I agree, Matthew2C. It seems odd that they would offer a larger percentage only to withdraw to STP. The only advantage I can see is that perhaps they plan on eventually doing away with e-currencies, which can be significantly unreliable, and going entirely to STP in the future. It would seem to be the more stable option.

Anyway, this doesn't affect me, as I'm still on test spends at this point. Hoping to get to the $2000 mark soon, though!

SafeAtom has been around a while, and seems to be stable. I get paid on time, every time.

If you're going to test a program, start with a small number (my advice - not everybody would agree, I guess). $2000 sounds large for a "test investment". But perhaps $2000 is a small number for you - everything's relative.

SafeAtom is a GREAT program! But, whatever your decision, Shali, don't invest more than you can afford to lose. That's true of ANY program.

I was paid on 5 day plan a few days ago, and reinvested in 15 day plan. I have another 15 day plan investment coming due in about a week. I will let you know. (These are all small amounts, as I always start with small tests before going in fully)

I'm no expert on the EB situation (Glo is a better person to ask - maybe she'll comment here). But I think it is really up to each individual company to figure out how to get around EB. Some have made arrangements to allow investors to use other e-currencies, others can't afford to do so.

As far as EM being stable - I've only been in this one for a very short time, but so far, so good.

E-bullion is down. Many investment companies have been accomodating in changing over e-currencies, which is in itself above and beyond. Not all companies have been able to convert enough funds over to do this. Give it time, please.

I invested 2 days ago in 5 day and 15 day plans, so my payments aren't due yet, but my referrer was paid as promised.

Placed test here today. As I did in several other plans today. Going with the "fight chaos with chaos" theory of HYIP investment. If I invest small amounts in multiple plans, chances are good at least some of them will be good.

Looks strikingly similar to SAInv, also in Panama, recently disappeared but paid well until then. Don't know if this is good or bad sign. Will let you know.

I read that a bit differently, glo. I read that "at this status" (meaning at this time) only principle will be paid. There is nothing in this notification that says interest won't be paid. Just not until security is better and the database can be restored. Without their database, how can they know which plan you were invested in? They can only know how much you originally invested if you send them the batch number.

I'm assuming (and perhaps I assume too much) that once the database is recovered you will get your interest as well. And if the database can't be recovered, at least the principle will be returned (more than I can say for other programs that have disappeared.

First of all, the best way to prevent new investors from being scammed is to advise them to read the forums.

Second, if you believe SAInv is a scam (and I'm not sure of that yet - maybe just fell prey to EB problems), reporting to the FBI and IC3 will get you nowhere except on a long list of "pending investigations", years of waiting, which will eventually turn up nothing because a scam will be long gone without a trace by then.

Third, SAInv, if truly a scam (again, I'm not sure of this and really have no reason to believe it is a scam yet), no reporting you do will threaten them - it will only make them disappear faster.

But, if you have the time to waste filling out the IC3 form with what little information you actually have, be my guest...

My advice, if you truly think this was a scam, move on. It's all part of the game.

If anybody, especially the seniors (glo, proof, lordxan, et al.) knows of a program that a) changed it's investment plans or b) the website disappeared giving a similar message to the above, and then c) CAME BACK - please advise. I have yet to see this scenario play out.

Otherwise, my theory (backed by evidence - 4fx, henrygordon, et al.) is that once a program significantly changes the plans or the website disappears, they are gone for good.

Yes, Proof, I try to "keep the faith" but faith is one thing. Faith in the presence of contrary evidence is quite another. And now this program is listed as Problem here which takes some doing to get there. Still no responses to my contact requests, no news on site of current trading trip, so there is definitely a problem here - what sort of problem I have no idea.

Okay, a brief review of compounding....

Compounding means that you automatically reinvest whatever profit you make. For example, if you invested $100 in safeatom at 2% interest daily, and you 100% compounded, the next day your deposit is at $102. Another day, and your deposit is at $104.04. You will not be able to withdraw profit because it is all automatically reinvested for you.

In this same example, setting at 50% compounding means 50% of your profit is added to your deposit, and 50% can be withdrawn. In this example, after 1 day your deposit is at $101, and there is $1 in your account that you may withdraw. On day 2, your deposit is 102.01, and your account has $1.01 in it available for withdrawal.

True you can make much more compounding. But usually it is wise NOT to compound until you have made back your principle. With compounding, you can't withdraw the compounded amount until the end of the investment. 150 days is a long time to wait to wonder if you'll get principle back...

There is nothing you can do other than comment on monitor sites about the program. Once these programs disappear, they are gone, and nobody gets any more money out of them. There is really no legal recourse, as these program admins are almost impossible to track down once they've "gone underground".

So, my advice - Don't stress about it, accept the loss, and move on. Not to sound harsh, but any money lost here SHOULD have been money you could afford to lose. This is gambling, nothing more.

Um....I'd like to retract my prior comment about SAInv. What a difference 5 days makes!

Not to be a pessimist here, and with all due respect to babyhuey and lordxan, but we have all heard similar comments on these forums before: Alcoholding was touted as having "great communication, and both Alco and FFG were both defended to the last with "on-time payments", even by the most experienced HYIPers here. I think EVERY HYIP, regardless of history, needs to be approached with caution by all investors. As somebody who seems to have some of the crappiest luck around here with HYIP's, invest SMALL at first - then reinvest profits from that small investment. "Small" can be defined differently for different people - for me, I usually start with an amount less than $50, then build on that.

I'm almost shocked when I see written on these forums about people making a first time investment of $1000 or more in any one program!

That being said, I agree that SA seems to be a good investment, as good as any HYIP can be, at least. I'm in with my test amount, and so far communication HAS been great, and payments HAVE been on time.

But, until the end, FFG and SAInv also had great communication and on time payments...

Anybody heard from admin lately? I have tried to contact them several times, including using the e-mail posted on this forum, about a missing deposit, and I've received no responses.

My payment is not late yet (it will be in a few hours), but I have to make a comment.

I have said this before, I believe it was on this forum, but it seems that it is almost ALWAYS a bad sign when a program changes/adds/removes plans from/to their programs. It happened with 4fxtrader before they disappeared, and it might be happening here. I don't know if this is because these programs are trying to expand to fast and can't handle it, or if they are scams trying to entice new investors one last time with larger returns.

I, for one, will be changing my investment strategy a bit. I will significantly decrease my investment in any company that changes their plans, ESPECIALLY if the new plans promise LARGER returns. But also if they are smaller, as this may be a sign the plan is failing to meet expectations.

Fortunately, this is the ONE company I was in some profit with, so if they disappear now it doesn't affect me except to be a bit disappointing. Sorry for those who invested recently and haven't broken even yet. Live, and learn...

And the best choice for compounding, as a general rule in programs where it can be adjusted mid-investment, is to keep it at 0% until you have made back at least the principle, then increase it according to your goals.

I have been paid consistently, and have one due tomorrow. I did have one payment a few weeks ago that came very late in the day (after 1900 GMT), and only after I e-mailed admin. They were very responsive and paid immediately. I'd suggest starting with a simple inquiry to admin@sainv.com.

I get that e-mail at least 10 times per day! I have blocked the e-mail address as spam it got so annoying. I don't invest in anything that has been "spammed" my way. Just a rule I have. If the program is good, it will be on monitors, or friends will refer.

Calvin, I have invested here since my last comment (test amount).

However, I'd caution against assuming that because a site looks professional, popular, and "stable" means that it isn't a scam. The scammers aren't stupid. And anyone could design a scam HYIP to attract many customers to make it look "popular".

Not that I'm saying safeatom is a scam. But unless there is something glaringly wrong with what the HYIP is telling us, it is pretty much a gamble which ones are good and which aren't. If a particular investor makes money, it was a good HYIP. If another loses money because of the HYIP's disappearance, it was a bad HYIP.

Anybody else notice that the 5 day plan is now "coming soon"? I'm wondering if this is a normal occurrence for a shorter term plan to just up and disappear like that, or if this is a warning sign that the program is having difficulties in the short term and needs to "take a breath". In recent experience, changes in plans has heralded a problem with the program (4fxtrader, for example).

On the other hand, I did receive my most recent 5 day deposit today, on time, as usual. So if the plan were having problems, payments would likely be delayed, no? Any thoughts?

Sorry if I sound too negative. But experience has to count for something. And my experience has been pretty damned crappy!

Of course, getting your principle back depends on the program sticking around long enough for that to happen! Seems like my luck is programs go under a couple of weeks after I invest, before I even have a chance to get the principle back (alco, ffg, 4fx, constantprofit, gold-empire, lobby-finance, henrygordon) - despite great reviews from all before I invested!!!

Oh, well. Guess I'll keep thinking of this as my version of a weekend in Vegas...

Don't feel bad, visionary. I had money in Alcoholding, FFG, 4fxtrader, Constantprofits, and few others that have disappeared. Fortunately, a few remaining investments have been good so far (SAinv is my SAVIOUR).

Anyway, sorry for your losses. I hope it wasn't anything you couldn't handle.

Has anybody heard anything at all from admin? The pending withdrawals don't bother me as much as the fact that nobody seems to have had a response from admin. The least they could do is send a response saying "we're working on it".

I'm starting to lose confidence in FFG because of this, and I'm sure I'm not alone!

Glo - I have pending payments with both L/R and Pecunix. Both of these sites are working fine, so it isn't the payment processors. And, at least with Pecunix, I have NEVER seen a problem with delayed payments. I don't use EB because I can't afford the $7 monthly fee at this time.

Sterix - I agree with Webbie. NEVER INVEST MORE THAN YOU ARE WILLING TO LOSE. You have to assume going into any HYIP for the first time that you are going to lose that money. Realize that with 90% of these programs (and you don't know which 90% it is), every withdrawal you make is a GIFT. If you make your principle back, CELEBRATE. Then only invest profits after that point, because that is gravy.

I think most of the more experienced HYIPers here would agree that your first investment with any company should be a small amount.

Hi TH, I certainly agree with you that communication is a must for any HYIP! A long time ago I was in a program that was endeavoring to reorganize and down FOR A MONTH and did not post very often because as it was put: "they had no news and had nothing to say"! FFG was right on the ball at first with answering emails, but since they have grown so large not so great!! However, for what it's worth we had a WD completed on 7/29 and 8/04 which was promptly added to my EB account within 12 hrs! Prior got a final payment and return of principal! Now I am contemplating: It would have been better to leave the funds last received in FFG where at least I could reinvest or pull out through Pec! Both of these WDs were over 500$! Remember, too, they had major problems with their site, which was unaccessible most of the time and had to upgrade, which undoubtedly put them behind! What I do WILL NOT DO IS CONDEMN A PROGRAM AND ITS ADMIN FOR A PROBLEM THAT IS TOTALLY OUT OF THEIR CONTROL, ie LR who posts SO SLOWLY AND THE EB FIASCO!! Hopeful for the best for all of us! I have done some research and those crying foul only requested funds on the 8th, two days ago after EB was down!!

Glo, my request was a week ago, to L/R (which has worked for other programs even today) - so I'm not included among the people you call "those crying foul". I'm not condemning FFG. But hearing that you have received your payments up to 6 days ago doesn't help my confidence. In fact, it worries me that perhaps they are paying only their "larger" customers, and ignoring the little guy - something that seems to occur frequently with these programs.

My pending withdrawal would have been the first "return of principle" I had received from FFG. But alas, I have not received it, and am still "in the red" with this company. I'm happy that you are in the positive here, but those of us in the negative are understandably frustrated.

Reluctant as I am to take sides in a conversation like this - I understand that companies have BIG problems when a large currency site like EB goes down. I do not have a problem accepting that payments may be delayed because of this across the board. And I DO NOT hold HYIP's to the same standards as a listed company. We should all understand that this is a gamble from the beginning.

HOWEVER, when a company has these problems and DOESN'T respond to e-mails, communicate with their customers, or otherwise "calm the herd", that company is bound to get bad comments and votes on monitor sites. And once those comments show up, these companies tend to fail (NO MATTER HOW HONEST THEY MAY BE) because their business is 80% driven by the monitor sites.

FFG has always been good in my book. But I have a withdrawal request, to L/R, pending now over a week. I have sent multiple e-mails, contact requests through the website, and even tried calling their phone number (which doesn't connect to anything, by the way), and have received NOT EVEN ONE RESPONSE. That is irresponsible, and only serves to weaken my confidence in the company.

I would like to hear from somebody - ANYBODY - who has over 100 comments with HYIP.com (glo, proof, et al.), that they are still being paid on time, OR somebody who has heard from admin about the problems going on right now. It would not be difficult, nor take longer than 5 minutes, for a company whose server is still working to shoot out a form e-mail to all investors briefly explaining that "yes, we are still here, and we are having problems, but you can expect payment when..." And if they don't know WHEN, at least say that! Silence is inexcuseable.

Wrote to admin. Responded within 30 minutes. Payment received. Great job, admin!

Anybody else have payments with SAInv that are late? I have payments due yesterday which haven't been completed and this is HIGHLY unusual for this timely and paying site!

Paid again! This one is good! I have to assume (at least I hope) they are being smart about keeping investments with one e-currency within that same e-currency, rather than shuffling it around. It seems that the programs that move funds from one e-currency to another get into trouble when one goes down - i.e., when L/R isn't working, or recently with EB's problems.

That just makes the most sense to me...

I took most of my funds out of L/R a few weeks ago when they had such bad problems. I put it all into Pecunix - which has been very consistently good. I'm willing to accept that my balance will fluctuate with the price of gold for some security.

Is it possible that EB's problems are affecting other withdrawals? Perhaps FFG has a lot of funds with EB and they are locked up at the moment. I certainly hope that is the case because I now have a very SMALL withdrawal request pending for several days. And I never had a problem before this.

Is anybody getting paid through LR at the moment?

Today is the first time there has been a delay in my withdrawal to L/R from FFG. L/R is up and working well, and other programs with whom I have investments have not had recent problems with L/R, so I suspect (with all due respect to glo and her experience) a problem on FFG's end. But since it has only been 9 hours since my withdrawal request, I am not panicking. They may have a technical glitch.

Of course, my luck has been atrocious with these HYIP's. Every time I put in a test spend, everything goes well. When I make the next spend, even to the most favorably reviewed and established programs, they seem to go "bad".

I will give this withdrawal request 24 hours before I make a big deal about it. And I agree we can't exactly trust comments from those with so few posts!

I've written this one off as a loss. Thankfully I had only a test spend in here. I never thought it was a good sign when they changed the programs so drastically...

I, for one, hope they do not open the newer plans anytime soon. My reasoning: it seems like every plan that expands to new plans for investors is doomed to either fail, become less responsive to investors, or disappear completely with investor's money (i.e., 4fxtrader as a recent example). I'm not saying that would definitely happen....but that just appears to be a pattern with HYIP's in my short experience.

MarkP - I agree with you that this doesn't look good. My account is a small test account as well. It seems that most of the time when an HYIP changes their program so drastically it heralds the end. I'm glad that you and others are still being paid, though. I'd be curious to find out when and if the first person gets paid under the new programs...

I'm using L/R. But this isn't only an L/R problem as I haven't heard from admin at all either.

It's almost embarrassing, but my pending withdrawals are for single digit amounts! So, it isn't only the larger amounts with the problem. And if they can't handle these tiny amounts, there's no way I'm putting more in. This is exactly why I always test with small amounts.

The weekend explanation doesn't cut it. I've had pending requests since last Thursday! AND after the changes to the site I got an e-mail from them saying all requests would be paid within 12 hours. That was 2 days ago. It goes without saying I won't be investing more until I hear from them. But I will e-mail them again now that the week has begun anew...

This one seems really great. And pays on time, every time. I have 3 investments with them now. My gut tells me to invest quick and invest large. I just wish I had more funds to back that up!

Don't forget to check spam folder - occasionally these e-mails end up there for no apparent reason. Also, I have had this happen with SAInv on occasion. Usually a follow up e-mail gets a response within a few hours. In my book, as long as they keep paying, I'm happy to wait a bit for a response.

I'm having the same problem. If I refresh over and over I eventually get it. But it has become slow to the point of madness over the past few days. Fortunately, I have nothing due today but will in a few days. Something's slowing down their server significantly. DDoS attack, maybe?

On your profile page at the bottom are listed your pending withdrawals. There is a "cancel" button there. Press that, then press cancel again on the next page. The balance does show back in your account. Then just resubmit a withdrawal request. This works for me sometimes. Other times I've just had to wait.

Have you tried cancelling the request and resubmitting it the next day. That's worked for me in the past.

Normally I agree - it was just a deviation from normal for this site. Other sites I'm used to waiting 24, sometimes 48 hours!

That's what I was hoping to hear from somebody else! Thank you, markP. Too many seemingly great programs have recently had sudden problems, and some have disappeared completely - much to the surprise of even the most seasoned HYIP investor! This is enough to make me a little skittish. But, I won't worry about it.

Thanks for responding so quickly, proof. The reason I asked is that it has been more than 8 hours now and that's unusual. But, it is Sunday - so I won't be "worried" until at least tomorrow. But considering ffg's track record, I have no doubts the withdrawal will be processed soon.

I have a question for the regulars with this program: What is the longest you've had to wait for a withdrawal request to be processed, assuming no problems with the e-currency you were using? I know the website says anywhere from 2 to 6 hours, depending on where you look. And it hasn't been much more than that now for my most recent withdrawal, but I want to know what the outside timeline is... since my previous ones have been less than 2-3 hours.

I agree with the above wholeheartedly.

On a separate issue, even though most of us are supporting Alco in their "time of need" and are willing to wait, shouldn't this program be listed with "Problem" on the monitor because that is in fact what there is, a problem. I'm not suggesting to discount it completely as "not paying". But I think this at least warrants a warning to new investors FOR THE TIME BEING.

Once the program is back up and actually paying, then I would support a re-upgrade to "Paying" status.

I think the point is that it does no good to speculate here since you either: a) have money in the program which you can't get out now anyway, or b) you have no money in but can't invest anyway because the site is down. Either way, there is no choice but to wait and it won't cost us any MORE money on this site to wait.

I repeat my request, however, that those who have had direct communication with Greg (I am not one of them) continue to keep us updated with any and all further communication from him. Some have been with him longer than I so have more reason to trust him - so I'm going with that because of what I said in first paragraph. Deferring to the HYIP Gods, so to speak...

Actually send them a money order can take a while. I can take up to 3 weeks i think. The easiest way is to do a wire transfer through your bank. It usally takes 2-3 business daysIve done 3 deposited 2 wire transfer and 1 money order. These are just my own personal experiences.I make enough interest now on my programs where im not depositing anymore of my own money.

Thanks for the commiseration (no, I don't know if I spelled that correctly). I plan on opening an EB account as soon as I can afford $7/month. Yes, I know that sounds silly, but I am starting cautiously and I don't keep enough in the accounts to support that yet. Certainly not enough to support a cryptocard. When I've made my millions (hah! maybe thousands...), I'll open the account.

For now, I like Pecunix. Cheap, easy to use, and I'm willing to accept the fact that values fluctuate with the price of gold in exchange for a website that seems to always work. Most programs I'm invested in accept Pecunix, as well.

Of course....with L/R down so often it just f***'s up my whole outlook...

No problem logging in today....yet. But I have to agree with Alex. L/R is extremely easy to use, technically, and has extremely low fees. However, they are down so often that they often adversely affect HYIP's and their ability to pay, let alone the effect on us investors!

And why does L/R have so many problems with DDoS, while I've never had a problem with Pecunix or the others in this regard? Perhaps L/R needs to use the same DDoS protection the others do...

I'll repeat glo's sentiment above: ENGLISH PLEASE.

But seriously, thanks for attempting to explain that. I don't really understand 90% of what you wrote - but I think the gyst is: the problem's on alco's end.

I really like this program because there is nothing on the website for the hackers to go after, no passwords to worry about getting stolen or changed, and no manual requests of funds that are vulnerable to crooks. There is no real risk of DDoS because you don't need to be on the website to invest - you just need their account numbers. I just hope they can keep these kinds of returns coming...

Got into my account just now without any problems.

Well, at least I know it isn't my computer.

Don't know if anybody else has had this experience with this program - Usually with 4fx withdrawals occur instantly upon request. Lately, though, they have not. I find if I place the withdrawal request in the morning, I get "will process ASAP". But if I later cancel the request and resubmit it, the withdrawal is immediately deposited. This has happened several times - I'm not complaining, since the money ends up in my account, but...

Any ideas why this happens?

Anybody computer people know what the following means:

I keep getting this when I try to load the alco site. It's happened before, and resolved itself, but I'd like to know what it means...

By the way, since I don't expect Greg to be able to answer multiple e-mails while he's working on this problem, and seems to answer e-mails from some of his "larger" investors - It would be helpful if those who do receive responses from him post them here, so the rest of us peons can have a clue as to what is going on. Also, if anybody can please post as soon as they receive any payments again from this program, it would help us - and in the long run, help Greg too as he is less likely to be inundated with contact requests.

Yes, but this has happened before, many times, and has always resolved within a few hours.

It would do no good to put in more withdrawal requests anyway, so might as well wait this out.

Wonderful news, proof and glo. But in the future it might be an idea for Greg to shoot a bulk e-mail out to all investors with this info. This shouldn't be hard to do and would take no longer than a few minutes.

I suppose I will be reinvesting as well - As I see it, my ability to withdraw money will not be affected by my investment status with funds already in the program. If I'm not getting paid a few dollars, I won't be paid a few more. I won't, however, put any new funds in until this is cleared up.

But to me, "only a few weeks away" is EONS in the world of HYIP's. My own "for what it's worth"...

Well...it's reassuring that Greg answered somebody. But why should problems with LR keep him from sending withdrawals in other e-currencies?

cecolmen - Pecunix has an "alert system" which warns you WHENEVER making an investment to a HYIP that it might be a scam. I have not found any selectivity in this warning and I believe it is just a way for Pecunix to absolve themselves from responsibility should you be taken in by a scammer.

Just cleared my browser and the site works again. My computer must've woken up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. Love computers, hate their personalities...

Withdrew return on 25 day investment today.

Of note, I first tried to withdraw from a different IP address (home computer) than I had invested from (work computer), and received an "authentication error". Then had no problem withdrawing on my work computer. Seems like an extra security feature unique to this program. So, if you get an error upon trying to withdraw, make sure you are on the same computer you made the deposit from.

I actually received 2 backlogged payments from them just now to my L/R account, but they were extremely small amounts so this doesn't really change anything.

Don't worry, paperchase - my "test spend" was a mere $5.00! But payments have all been quick, admin is responsive, and there are so many good comments about ffg that I will be investing significantly more in the near future when, as in your case, I have more funds available.

Thanks for the response - Anything good or bad to say about Pecunix? I haven't seen their site go down yet and they seem stable as well. My only problem with E-B is the monthly service charge which, when accounts are at low balances as mine are, are prohibitive. I'm waiting until I have a larger sum to use E-B.

We have been in P2P for a few months and will reach the max before the first of the year! Although many changes are being made in upgrading their site, payments have been forthcoming each and every day right on time! They have grown so large communication can be a problem and it is best to come in under someone you know so they can guide you! Presently their forum is down for upgrading and due to their huge growth I am sure most every aspect will be covered in this manner when they return! Happy investing in this winner!!

I know this takes the forum a little off track, but I'm involved in P2P. I didn't use anybody's referral link, but was able to sign up with the site and invest even though it states "by invitation only". Is that going to be a problem? If it is, anybody wanna give me a referral link?

Site is now working for me in FL, USA... Like I said, this has happened before, and will likely happen again. So far, all withdrawals processed within 12 hours of request and as long as that continues I don't care if the site goes down for a few hours...

Had some trouble logging in today (and many other days, too), and admin responded within a couple of hours - resolved the problem, for today. But the site design and previous comments are making me nervous about this program.

I'll bite - Can you give a brief synopsis of what happened with Expert Trader? I can only assume from what you wrote that the outcome was NOT good!

I'd like to know before I put more than my current test into this plan....

Yes, 110%, 150%, etc. are counting principle in this program.

I had heard that about EB a long time ago, but so many have good things to say about it. How do you feel about Pecunix and e-gold? Are there any more that have good reputations/experiences?

Glad to hear others are having similar issues with L/R. I'll be looking into EB for future investments. L/R's down WAY too often...

Paid on time on 4 separate investments now.

There is no such thing as "Cashing out" or "Withdrawing" with this program. Payments are made automatically at the end of the investment term. And yes, I have received payments now on 3 separate investments with this company.

I got the same e-mail - after I e-mailed customer service, and after the above comments I posted - and my L/R account has been credited since.

I'm in with L/R only at this time (as a test). And I've had instant withdrawals every time except now. L/R is up and running, but they did make some changes to the system recently so perhaps that is causing a problem with the usual interface.

But I still don't come up with any contact info on the website - what are the contact numbers/e-mail info you have?

As did I, markP. That's why I'm posting here - this is a change in the usual procedure. The first 4 withdrawals I made were INSTANTLY in my L/R account. The fifth is pending on the 4fx website.

My mistake, found the address.

I also just noticed there is no way to contact them, at least not listed on the website. The space for "Contact" is empty.

I don't know if this is a new thing, or if there never was a way to get in touch with admin. I'll try the usual address admin@...

Just curious - today I made withdrawal request and instead of usual immediate payment, it has remained pending. I thought they had an instantaneous payment system.

Anybody else had this happen? I'm not alarmed, just wondering.

As a rule, I ALWAYS withdraw as soon as money is in my account during test runs of a site. My apologies to Greg et al. if this has caused a problem. But I have been burned too many times by waiting too long. So, once my first investment in alco is due - about 2 weeks from now - I will stop frequent withdrawals.

I will say, though, that if admin needs to take a few days off - as with any business - there should be some notice to customers of when they will return. (I wasn't even aware they were gone in this case, because I have only a small test spend and therefore am not giving this my full attention yet.) I can see how that would be nervewracking to have delays in processing of withdrawals if I had a lot of money in.

There is a solution for alco, though - get rid of the daily payment plan. A weekly, and monthly plan are plenty, and they could even add a longer term plan - so they don't have as frequent processing of withdrawals. Just a thought.

We all received advance notification that they would be off for the week-end, NO BIG DEAL since many, many programs run on only a five day week! My hat off to the professional manner in which this site is operated!!!
