I just placed a $20 test, and my deposit does not show anywhere. It seems that if your deposit doesn't show, they don't owe you anything.

I know that the e-currency people will not refund, but we should all start to complaint to them when this starts happening, and ask them to hold the HYIP's money until they at least refund what we paid.

Well, that's a wrap...the lawyers are involved, and they will close off any way that MI can come back...even if they were legitimate. And the lawyers are no different that the hyip scammers. They tell everyone how they are going to get your money back so that everyone signs on, and after their fees and expenses, we will get literally a few cents on the dollar. I guess everyone has a place on the food chain.

Just thinking out-loud, I have noticed a cycle in the life of a HYIP. When they become a premium hyip or in the upper range of paying hyips, the scamming outfits quickly close shop after everyone has jumps on the bandwagon on the next "hot real hyip", and they get a boat-load of new deposits that they know they do not have to payoff. They know when the day of reckoning is and they bale out before they have to let loose on any of that money.

It seems to be the process by which the scammers operate, i.e., Golden Purse, MI, World Finance Forex, etc. This is not saying that there are not a few hyip's that are performing and are paying their investors over the long haul. Because there are a few, and they have not disappointed me....yet.

Another sign of a scam seems to be that they promise a good return, but over a very long investment period where no interest or principal is paid. Although, there are the short-timers like 24goldinvest, Pimp My Bucks, etc. that jump in...get their quick money, never to be heard of again.

The reason I know how these guys operate is because they all have taken me for a ride. Fortunately, all except MI was for a small test spend, but it still hurts that I was so gullible to even give them $10 or $20.

As an investor, I don't know what to evaluate or how to evaluate any of these operations anymore. It is exciting when you think you have found one that is real, and they are paying, but lately I have more duds than anything else.

I will say one thing about one of my hyip's, I had trouble getting into my account and was getting kicked out to the sing in page, which can be a sign that they have closed shop. So I called this customer service number, and actually got a customer service agent. He told what the problem was (my fault), and I was able to get in and make another investment. What a total surprise it was to talk to an admin. Now don't ask me which hyip it was, because they could close tomorrow, and I do not want to be responsible for anyone loosing any money.

I also loged into MinvesTTment.com and it looks just like "our" Minv. Notice that in the header of the site it says MinvesTment (with 1 T). I understand that the links are not working but I am really hoping that the site is under construction and that one of these days we will get back on getting out interests $$$$$$$.

Yes, I would suggest that you do not give any info to the minvesTTment.com site. They are phishing for your info so that they can empty your MI account...if they had access to it. I am 100% certain the TT site is up to no good.

Guess that we will have to sit and hope, until the MI site comes back up.

That www.minvesttment.com is strange...I did a WHOIS, and it stated that the www.minvesttment.com domain name was reserved. The face page looks like it may have been lifted from Minvestment, and asking for update info and a Thwart seal that does not open is not the greatest security I want as an investor. To be honest, I don't think that it is the MI that we have invested in.

The more settling thing is that they have changed nameservers that should be changed on 2-8-08. Why would a company, as recently as yesterday (2-5-08) change IP hosting if they had no intention of coming back online in the near future. They don't appear to have a dedicated server, which is their first mistake, so they have to pay someone to host them. Why spend any money not to come back online????

Who knows...this thing is getting more puzzling by the day. The only thing I can say is that I'm not ready to put it in the ground and throw dirt on it yet.

I have a new avenue of thought for all of you to ponder over. Today is Wednesday a bit after 11am! I have been trying to bring up LR (Mins new source) since early Sunday and it will NOT LOAD! There is a possibility here that Min has discovered LR is not the answer to the EB problem. Ever since LR started many of us either find them totally down or impossible to access. Truthfully I do not think Min needs any additional problems right now and LR IS A DEFINITE LIABILITY!! ANYWAY who of us wants our $$ somewhere you cannot access??

I have been using LR all week without any problem. Both spends and payments...so I don't think LR is the problem.

Who knows if these people do hourly..weekly...monthly, or annually backups. But if they were doing backups, they could then generate their payouts.

What I meant in my initial post was that their website totally disappeared, yet they both came back in 4 days, and paid me. That's is what was so surprising.

Something happened to me on one of my HYIP's that really surprised me, which gives me some hope with MI.

The hyip will go nameless for the time being, but it also disappeared into the night with my money...so I thought. I make this spend on the same day that I made my $300 investment with MI, Jan. 30th.

This morning I get a notice from Liberty Reserve stating that the hyip had made a deposit into my account...principal and interest. I had sent the a bunch of nasty emails to them...I figured what did I have to loose.

Turns out that this other hyip was having technical problems, and when it came back up online, they made their payments.

Now here is the corker. An hour ago, a third hyip that I thought was gone make their final payment to me.

I just can't understand this industry, and all the backroom stuff, if you know what I mean.

Maybe there is some hope with MI.

This result is usually caused by a mail server or IP being down, or the domain not being propagated.

There are a lot of frauds and scams that I have paid money to in the last month that are gone, but strangely enough their websites are still up, and taking money from investors, e.g. 24goldinvest, Pimp My Bucks, goldfinanceltd.com, etc.

I think we all have made investments that have disappeared, but given MI's history, there may be a chance that they will be back. They have been around a long time, and have overcome problems in the past.

As far a e-bullion is concerned, I would not trust those people with a penny. They have a bad history for some time now, and is run by some shady characters. They have taken not only funds from programs, but individual investors also. So when someone says that they want to use EB, I tell them that EB is not worth the drama they cause. If anyone should be shut down, it is EB.

Get a grip guys! Why? For the following reasons:
1. They have been having overcrowding on their site since before the first of the year. I emailed them when I could not access for days and they knew of the problem and were working to fix it. Could they be doing that now?
2. They paid me today and my withdrawal of nearly $500 on Friday came into my EB account as usual!
3. Both EG and EB have been known to block many accounts both past and present at will!
4. Have any of you checked the stock market or worldwide financial news lately. According to your posts apparently you have not. With all the mess going on, not only in the US, but worldwide, all programs need a break here to sort this all out. SO LET'S GIVE MIN ONE!!
5. This being the very first NEGATIVE NEWS that THE MONGERS COULD DIG UP ON MIN, THEY HAVE ALL JUMPED ON THE BANDWAGON HERE!! Do we all need to be supporting their cause, I THINK NOT!

I was reading all these forums and this aint the only place writing bad about MIN. Some cannot access the site.First i tryed the site swith my bookmark and got a bad gateway and then tryed with links in different forums and still got bad gateway and then i searched there IP address i used the IP address and can access the site just fine. i even got the e-mail confirmation this morning they've had problems in the past and always came back .If i were you just wait a few days before posting bad .I have faith in MIN i have only 27 more days until pay out and will post when i do.

Problems happen, but the admin of 1dailyfunds.com is fixing them in a short time window.
Talk to him, because he is handling with everyone's deposits ASAP.

I want to make an investment in 1dailyfunds, but have been holding off until this payment thing is cleared up.

If everyone that has been getting paid would post here, it may settle things. Otherwise we are going to have a situation that looks like a run on a bank.

This hyip have been around for quite a long period, and investors would hate to see their investments disappear because of a panic.

I'm just saying that if things can cool down and let the admin do his job we may see the situation straightened out.

If would also help the situation if the admin would give periodic updates so that the investors do not panic, and cause the situation to get worse.

1dailyfunds is located in China, at least that is what statbrain.com says their IP addresss is located. So depending upon location...there can be a 12 hour time difference.
