As there is no visible pattern on what to expect from newly formed HYIPs, it is often difficult to decide which program is even worth mentioning and which not, because some of them do "come and go" within relatively short period of time. Few words for your consideration:
Before going into details on recently added programs, we wanted to offer few points about the HYIP industry as a whole, because as many would likely agree, this area of investments, while still remaining to be a rather "wild jungle", is visibly developing in the right direction and it is taking a lot more comprehensible "shape".
In spite of what the tightly regulated "main-stream media" is continuing to present to the end consumers as "real investments", many people have come to the realization that generating profits higher than few percents a year on investment IS possible. If it were not possible, many businesses which we are all seeing around us in our every day lives, would simply not even exist.

The reason these seemingly basic things are mentioned here today is because in earlier days, we could only read about such approaches being used by some investment programs and it was something very hard to verify. Today however, we are beginning to actually see the reality of the approach being brought to fruition in programs like AMF Limited and UInvest. Not only can everyone see the face of AMF Limited administrator Ritish, but the entire business model and its current state of development is available for public's view. The same goes for UInvest, where potential investors can arrange a visit to headquarters of this venture and perhaps even take a tour of the offered for investment facilities.

Notably, the investment programs themselves are not the only ones taking newer "shapes" and directions, but the surrounding them media is something VERY important and interesting to watch developing and to follow upon in general. Today, the HYIPs media has grown from just a few payouts monitoring websites into the massive, information rich body of web portals, public forums and private blogs, thus forming the so needed multitude of "tools" for investors to use and to consider. The days when we picked our investments solely based on the website looks and current "paying" statuses have been long gone. Today, we are beginning to see the hints of, and perhaps even some "models" of, industry regulations via such media. We at HYIP.COM feel that this subject is truly worth communicating about, because just like with any other "new beginning" out there, the HYIPs media has its bad and the worst "corners" to be alerted about.

Note on the possible technical issues accessing listed websites:
We wanted to remind the public that some of you may not be able to (or stop being able to) access the subset of websites listed on HYIP.COM and that may be due to purely technical issue. Such problem may arise for the websites hosted on the servers of Dragonara Alliance Ltd, which is one of the popular among HYIP managers hosting provider. The issue may take place if you are, for instance, trying to access several websites hosted on Dragonara network at the same time, or if you are "clicking links" too fast. New Additions on the list, for your consideration:

1.OWEN FUNDS is not exactly "fresh from the OVEN" program as we took some time to see its performance over time. This seems to be one of those straight to the matter programs, without excessive, at times boring or even plagiarized description of what program is supposedly about. This website visitors will find it to be simple yet very elegantly presented, with all there is to know concisely described.
- Investment plans of OWEN FUNDS are separated into two main groups of plans - "Normal Fixed Profits" and "Genuine Fixed Profits". The difference between these two groups is in investment term durations, which are either 90 or 180 days respectively and those are calendar days (program pays on weekends too).
Normal Fixed Profits plans will pay 1.2% or 1.5% daily for 90 days on investments of under $1,000 or above that, respectively. Principal amount should be returned at the end of term and one could also terminate the investment package after 15 days.
Genuine Fixed Profits plans will pay 1.8% or 2.0% daily for 180 days on investments of under $1,000 or above that, respectively ($100 minimum). Principal amount should be returned and one could terminate this investment package after 30 days.
There is also a so-called "Wild Jump" plan for those willing to "test drive" the program. This plan is "filed" under the "Normal Fixed Profits" group of plans and it will pay 1% daily for 5 days, for the total return of 105%.
- Referral program of OWEN FUNDS has two levels, but in this case the second level is determined by the total number of referred customers (50 and more) and not by earnings from the referrals of direct referrals, which is a more typical structure of affiliate programs, when spoken about "levels". Those starting to sponsor new program users will earn 5% commissions and once their downline reaches 50 members, the reward percentage will become 8%.

2.FxCommerceProfit is, as name implies, allegedly involved in Foreign Exchange trading activity to generate profits for program participants. Website also mentions that offered profits are made possible "through pooling funds for cash flow generation", which must be referring to both "inflow" and "outflow" of deposits by the program users. Hopefully, there is also a working model in place for the cases when such "cash flow" is disrupted for one or another reason.
Program overall presented quite well to the public, as far as website content, its security features and usability go.
- Investment plans offered, would produce up to 3% Daily, principal amount will be included in daily payouts and such payouts should continue for 90 business days (no earnings during weekends). The exact percentage users will get depends on the amount invested and it breaks up as follows:
Plan 1: $10 - $500 investments will generate 2.00 % daily
Plan 2: $501 - $1,000 - 2.20%
Plan 3: $1,001 - $4,000 - 2.40%
Plan 4: $4,001 - $8,000 - 2.60%
Plan 5: $8,001 - $12,000 - 2.80%
Plan 6: $12,001 and more - 3.00%

3.EnzexFinance is offering its finance service solutions "without wasting your time and money" which, while quite encouraging, is a slogan, so all selection criteria for a place to invest must be applied here as well.
Program's website appears very professionally, it is well structured and easy to navigate. EnzexFinance claims that its profit generating model is based on everything "from Foreign Exchange trading to the most complex stock trading".
- Investments here can be done by purchasing the "contracts" with $50 being the minimum amount one has to spend to participate. Principal should be returned to investors after contract period expiration, which is 180 business days. While relatively long term commitment may not be favored by all, the good thing about these contracts is that daily earnings can be requested for withdrawal at any time, which effectively minimized potential losses if things will not go as planned here. There is a total of 4 plans offered and they differ in names and percentage of daily earnings as follows:
Basic: $50 - $999 will generate 1.2% daily
Standard: $1000 - $9999 - 1.5%
Professional: $10,000 - $49.999 - 1.8%
Ultimate: $500000 and over - 2.2%

4.BusinessLevel has the generic-looking website, but history have known many relatively successful programs, which may not have been very appealing at the first glance, but delivered on their investment offers. Considering that this program offers rather aggressive investment plans and it has been online for while now, BusinessLevel may well be on its way to become one of the achievers. With that said however, some may not like recent new plans introduction, considering such move as the negative factor.
Investment plans here are "UP TO 11% DAILY FOR 10 DAYS", "UP TO 120% AFTER 10 DAYS" and the most recently introduced "115% AFTER 5 DAYS". Potential earnings are reflected in the plan names with the deposit amount depended variations.

5.Hyip Investment picked some simple, but strategically very relevant name, as those new to the field may easily land directly to this program's website as a result of a simple search. Good overall website appearance, attractive yet not too aggressive investment plans may as well gain even higher interest of those "searching". The profits which this program offers to its users are said to be derived from some investment activity, but perhaps it would be better, if everyone considers the program rather as an investment model and makes the final judgment based on what Hyip Investment does to expand its membership.
- Investment plans first of all should produce earnings on every day of the week, including the weekend. Principal amount is included in daily payouts, which means that once the investment is over, one has to make new deposit in order to participate again. However, multiple deposits can easily "co-exist" here, so there is no need to wait for investment terms to expire if there is a desire to participate with more funds earlier.
Plan A should deliver 4% to 4.5% daily (depending on the amount invested) for 40 calendar days.
For those making the decision to stay with the program longer at the start, there is a $50 minimum "Plan B", which pays less (2.8% to 3.8% daily), but for longer period of time (80 calendar days).
For those not wanting to log into their account every day, there is a $50 minimum, 40 days long Plan C, which suppose to return 170% to 190 %, but that has to happen only at the end of the investment term.

6.AlansTeam must be owned or manged by the person named Alan, but he must be a team respecting person as there is no mentioning on the website about who the Alan is. It is actually not that important, for as long as there are profits made for program users and there is enough "Steam" to keep the program going for as long as possible.
This program's "Team" claims to produce profits via trades in shares of companies, which are in the "promising areas of biotechnology, advertising , internet, network solutions and electronics". Participation in the program is easier than usual because there is no need to log into the account daily to request withdrawals. All that is required is to just make the initial deposit and daily payouts will be then done automatically.
- Investment plans are not complicated either, they are either 2%, or 3% daily for the deposits of under or above $1,000 respectively.
- Per their affiliate program, AlansTeam will pay the referral commission of 10% for each deposit made by referrals. Marketers should be registered in system, but own deposits are not necessary to benefit from the referral commissions.

7.Smartex-Investment is definitely standing out by providing very detailed information on how this venture generates profits for the investors. Short of trying to repeat, everyone is invited to visit the Business Model section of the website to see the schematics and detailed explanations of investment terms and strategies used.

8.LionFunds is a well presented to its website visitors program, which has all the information about the Fund easily available at a click of the mouse. This program claims to be "an investment company officially registered in Dominica and successfully providing financial services to investors worldwide since 2003" Profits for the investors are generated by the team of "certified financial professionals" and LionFunds is not parting in Forex trading, according to the website.
Those new to programs like LionFunds, may find their Getting Started guide very useful, as it provides detailed, step by step instructions not only on how to open an account with this program, but it provides recommendations on digital currency exchange services.
- Investment plans here should produce earnings on the daily basis, there are no earnings on weekends and they plans are breaking up based on the investment amounts as follows:

$5 001 - $20 000(LF3) - 1.8% Daily
