We've had status "On Hold" for a while now because of that, but I do not see any confirmation of problems here so far and payments are coming.

Last withdrawal received on Jan 6, payouts had been reduced to 0.6% for quite some weeks before. Al withdrawal requests are added back to available balance. NOT PAYING
