I agree, that taking care of missing payouts is very important, but the site is (visibly) going through a number of technical issues, which may have been the reason for the support requests overload.
I believe the website is only accesible by golden empire.com. They have not acknowedged any of my emails for almost a week and a half. Signed up on the 5th of Feb cant access my account, and they just are not communicating.
Same here, I made a deposit on Jan. 23rd of $1000 that has never been posted to my account and they have never answered any of my emails. Below is my transaction.
