I haven't been informed of this discussion until now.
On the unanswered support message, our policy is that all messages are to be answered in a timely fashion. I was looking at the logs and I think I found your support tickets.
Two tickets, one asking about the misstake in our faq about forex online time, and the other about how we our site can be registered in 2009 if the company was founded in 2005.
It looks like both tickets were answered in the logs, but if you didn't get the reply it could be mail server or a spam filter that stopped it from reaching you.

About the misstake in the faq our webmaster changed that as it was obviously not correct. We will have to go through the faq to make sure the rest is correct.
The core of Thuram & Wilson are seated in Dubai. We dont have telephone support. The ticket system really works as multiple persons can work the ticket line and make sure questions are answered quickly, and the support workers can be located anywhere not bound by location or time zones. Also we found that is easier to provide a professional support when there is time to find the answer to a technical question, or the time to go through logs if there is a deposit problem. Phone support have a tendency to only answer the simplest of questions.
About the registration question its as simple as we were not operating like we are now with a website that our clients go through. Our business was being done in Dubai with people in Dubai.
